Einbau-Haushaltsgerät, mit einer Tür, an der wenigstens eine Justierschiene (1) zur Halterung einer Dekorplatte angeordnet ist, die von einer zwischen der Dekorplatte und der Tür angeordneten Grundplatte (2) getragen ist, wobei an der an einer der Dekorplatte (19) zugewandten Seite eine sich quer über die Grundplatte (2) erstreckende Vertiefung (10) gebildet ist.

Justierschiene
[0001] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Einbau-Haushaltsgerät mit einer Tür an der wenigstens an einer ihrer horizontalen Abschnitte eine Justierschiene zum Befestigen einer Dekorplatte an einer Tür angeordnet ist.
[0002] Eine solche Justierschiene dient dazu, die Befestigung einer Dekorplatte an der Tür eines Einbaugerätes, wie eines Einbaukältegerätes exakt fluchtend mit benachbarten, mit stilistisch entsprechenden Dekorplatten versehenen Möbelfronten zu erleichtern, in dem sie eine Verbindung zwischen der Tür und der Dekorplatte herstellt, die es erlaubt, die Dekorplatte in kleinen, präzise kontrollierbaren Schritten zu verschieben und auszurichten.
[0003] Bei dem Einbaugerät handelt es sich um ein in einer Nische eines Küchenmöbels angeordnetes, oder um ein an sich freistehendes Gerät, dem lediglich eine Dekorplatte vorgeblendet wird, um ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild mit benachbarten Fronten von Möbeln oder anderen Haushaltsgeräte zu erzielen.
[0004] Aus ästhetischen und aus technischen Gründen werden die Dekorplatten im allgemeinen mit einer maximalen Breite von 60 cm hergestellt. Sie sind daher nicht geeignet, um Gerätegehäuse zu verkleiden, deren Breite diese maximale Breite überschreitet.
[0005] Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, eine Technik zu schaffen, die es ermöglicht, auch Türfronten zu verkleiden, deren Breite größer als besagte maximale Breite der Dekorplatten ist.
[0006] Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Einbauhaushaltsgerät mit einer Tür, an der wenigstens einer ihrer horizontalen Türabschnitte, eine Justierschiene zur Halterung einer Dekorplatte angeordnet ist, die eine zwischen der Dekorplatte und der Tür angeordnete Grundplatte aufweist, und bei der an einer der Dekorplatte zugewandten Seite der Grundplatte eine sich in Breitenrichtung der Grundplatte erstreckende Vertiefung gebildet ist.
[0007] An einem mit einer solchen Justierschiene ausgestattetem Haushaltsgerät ist die Vertiefung vorgesehen, um darin einen Flachmaterialstreifen aufzunehmen, durch den zwei Dekorplatten zu einer zusammengesetzten Platte verbunden sind. Die Vertiefung der Grundplatte erlaubt es, die zwei durch den Flachmaterialstreifen verbundenen Dekorplatten als eine Einheit zu handhaben und beide zusammen in gleicher Weise an der erfindungsgemäßen Justierschiene zu befestigen, wie dies mit einer einzelnen Dekorplatte an einer herkömmlichen Justierschiene ohne Vertiefung geschieht. [0008] Auf diese Weise können Geräte verkleidet werden, deren Breite größer ist als die gegenwärtig übliche maximale Breite der Dekorplatten von 60 cm.
[0009] Die Vertiefung ist vorzugsweise auf halber Länge der Grundplatte angebracht, um zwei gleich breite Dekorplatten miteinander verbinden zu können.
[0010] Um dem Flachmaterialstreifen eine ausreichende Dicke und damit Festigkeit geben zu können, hat die Vertiefung vorzugsweise eine Tiefe von 0,5 bis 1,5 mm. Die Breite der Vertiefung sollte mehrere Zentimeter betragen, damit eine Verbindung zwischen dem Flachmaterialstreifen und den Dekorplatten, insbesondere durch Verschraubung, in ausreichender Entfernung von den Rändern der letzteren erfolgen kann, um die Gefahr eines Aufsplittems der Ränder der Dekorplatten gering zu halten.
[0011] Vorzugsweise ist ein Grundkörper der Justierschiene einteilig aus Flach material, insbesondere Blech, geformt und ist zur Versteifung mit einer sich in seiner Längsrichtung erstreckenden Verstärkungsrippe versehen. Damit eine dem Gehäuse zugewandte Scheitelfläche der Verstärkungsrippe als Anschlagfläche am Gehäuse genutzt werden kann, ist der Tiefenversatz zwischen der Scheitelfläche und die Verstärkungsrippe umgebenen Randbereichen des Grundkörpers vorzugsweise größer als der Tiefenversatz zwischen den Randbereichen und der besagten Vertiefung.
[0012] An einer der Vertiefung gegenüberliegenden Seite des Grundkörpers sind vorzugsweise abstehende Laschen gebildet, die auf dem Gehäuse des Haushaltsgeräts aufliegend montiert werden können und so die Dekorplatten an diesen abstützen. Da das von diesen Laschen zu tragende Gewicht beträchtlich sein kann, erstreckt sich die Verstärkungsrippe vorzugsweise bis in die Laschen hinein, um diese zu versteifen.
[0013] Anstelle der oben beschriebenen einteiligen Grundplatte kann auch eine mehrteilig aus einer Trägerplatte und zwei voneinander durch die Vertiefung getrennten Distanzplatten gebildete Grundplatte vorgesehen sein.
[0014] Die Justierschiene kann selbstverständlich auch verwendet werden, um ein Haushaltsgerätegehäuse mit einer einzelnen Dekorplatte zu verkleiden, wenn diese die erforderliche Breite hat. In diesem Fall kann die Vertiefung der Justierschiene durch ein Distanzstück ausgefüllt sein.
[0015] Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

[0021] Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Justierschiene 1 gemäß der Erfindung. Die Justierschiene 1 ist einteilig aus Blech geformt und hat einen langgestreckten, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundkörper 2, an dessen oberer Kante ein Steg 3 mit zwei rechtwinklig nach hinten abgewinkelten Laschen 4 absteht. In den Grundkörper 2 ist eine versteifende flache Rippe 5 von unregelmäßigem Umriss eingeprägt, die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Grundkörpers 2 erstreckt. Die ebene Scheitelfläche der Rippe 5 ist im Bezug auf den sie umgebenden Randbereich 6 des Grundkörpers um ca. 1,5 bis 3mm versetzt. Der Randbereich 6 weist eine Mehrzahl von Bohrlöchern 7 auf, die vorgesehen sind, um Schrauben aufzunehmen, mit denen eine in der Fig. nicht dargestellte Dekorplatte an der dem Betrachter zugewandten Vorderseite des Grundkörpers 2 verschraubt wird. In der Umgebung einiger dieser Bohrlöcher 7 weist der Rand der Rippe 5 jeweils eine Einbuchtung 8 auf, so dass der Kopf einer durch das Bohrloch 7 verlaufenden Schraube an der Rückseite des Grundkörpers 2 untergebracht werden kann und durch die Rippe 5 daran gehindert wird, ein durch die Dekorplatte verkleidetes Gehäuse eines Haushaltsgerätes, wie etwa eine Tür eines Kältegerätes, zu berühren.

Laschen 4 hinein und versteifen so den rechten Winkel, den diese in Bezug auf den Grundkörper 2 bilden. In die Laschen 4 sind jeweils zwei Löcher 11 auf verschiedenen Seiten des Fortsatzes 9 gestanzt.
[0023] Eine Vertiefung 10 erstreckt sich vertikal mittig über den Grundkörper 2. Diese Vertiefung 10 ist vorgesehen, um ein Verbindungsblech einer nachfolgend anhand der Fig. 3 und 4 erläuterten, aus zwei einzelnen Platten zusammengesetzten Dekorplatte aufzunehmen. Die Tiefe der Vertiefung 10 ist mit ca. 1 mm kleiner als die Höhe der Rippe 5, so dass sie sich auf der dem zu verkleidenden Hauhaltsgerät zugewandten Scheitelfläche der Rippe 5 nicht abzeichnet.
[0024] Fig. 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Teilansicht eines Gehäuses eines Kältegeräts, an dessen Tür 12 die Justierschiene 1 am oberen horizontalen Türabschnitt (15) montiert ist. An diesem Türabschnitt 15, von den Laschen 4 verdeckt, befinden sich jeweils zwei Sackgewinde, von denen jeweils eines eine konventionelle Schraube 13 und das andere eine Spezialschraube 14 aufnimmt. Der Kopf der Spezialschraube umfasst eine Platte, die in der Fig. unter der Lasche 4 verborgen ist und größer ist als das Loch 11 , durch das mit seitlichem Spiel ein von der Platte axial abstehender Sechskantstift ragt. Durch Drehen des Stifts ist die Platte der Schraube 14 und mit ihr die auf der Platte ruhende Justierschiene 1 höhenverstellbar; aufgrund des Spiels des Stifts ist sie in Breiten- und Tiefenrichtung des Gehäuses verschiebbar. Durch Festdrehen der Schrauben 13 wird die Justierschiene fixiert.
[0025] Der Korpus 16 des Kältegeräts hat am oberen Rand seines Frontrahmens zwei Nischen 17, von denen eine ein Mehrgelenkscharnier 18 aufnimmt, welches die Tür 12 trägt. Im Bedarfsfall kann das Mehrgelenkscharnier 18 auch in der leeren Nische 17 montiert werden, um den Anschlag der Tür zu ändern.
[0026] Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen jeweils eine Vorderansicht und eine Rückansicht einer aus zwei einzelnen Dekorplatten 19 zusammengefügten, mit Hilfe der Justierschiene 1 an der Tür 12 zu montierenden zusammengesetzten Dekorplatte. Die einzelnen Dekorplatten 19 sind jeweils aus einer Füllung 20 und vier einen Rahmen um die Füllung 20 bildenden Profilleisten 21 zusammengesetzt. Die Profilleisten 21 sind stärker als die Füllung 20, so dass die zwei Dekorplatten 19, wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, mit Hilfe eines Blechstreifens 22, der an einander benachbarten Profilleisten 21 der zwei Dekorplatten 19 verschraubt ist, fest zu einer zusammengesetzten Dekorplatte verbunden werden können.
[0027] In einem nächsten Schritt wird an den oberen Profilleisten 21 dieser zusammengesetzten Dekorplatte die Justierschiene 1 verschraubt, wobei der Blechstreifen 22 in der Vertiefung 10 zu liegen kommt, so dass die oberen Profilleisten 21 den Randbereich 6 des Grundkörpers 2 großflächig berühren. Dann werden die Laschen 4 auf die Oberkante 15 der Tür aufgesetzt und die zusammengesetzte Dekorplatte an der Tür 12 in an sich bekannter Weise befestigt.
[0028] Die Justierschiene 1 ist zwar insbesondere dann vorteilhaft, wenn aus zwei einzelnen Dekorplatten 19 eine zusammengesetzte Dekorplatte zusammengefügt werden muss, die breiter ist als die maximal verfügbare Breite der einzelnen Dekorplatten 19. Es kann aber auch aus ästhetischen Gründen wünschenswert sein, eine Gerätefront, die an sich mit einer einzelnen Dekorplatte darstellbar wäre, aus zwei nebeneinander montierten schmalen Dekorplatten zusammenzusetzen. Die Justierschiene 1 kann dann z.B. eine Länge von knapp unter 60cm haben, die es erlaubt, zwei miteinander verbundene, 30cm breite Dekorplatten zu montieren. Eine solche Justierschiene 1 könnte natürlich auch verwendet werden, um damit eine herkömmliche einzelne Frontplatte von 60cm Breite zu montieren. In diesem Fall wird zwar die Vertiefung 10 der Justierschiene 1 nicht benötigt, sie ist aber auch nicht hinderlich, sofern nicht Justierschiene und Frontplatte in Höhe der Vertiefung 10 aneinander verschraubt werden sollen. Wenn letzteres der Fall ist, kann, wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt, eine Füllplatte 23 mit einer der Tiefe der Vertiefung 10 entsprechenden Dicke in der Vertiefung 10 angebracht werden, die eine Verformung der Justierschiene 1 durch eine in Höhe der Vertiefung 10 angebrachte Schraube verhindert. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Füllplatte 223 mit Löchern 24 versehen, die jeweils mit in der Vertiefung 10 gebildeten Verschraubungslöchem fluchten. Eine alternative Ausgestaltung der Justierschiene ist in Fig. 6 in auseinandergezogener Darstellung gezeigt. Diese Justierschiene setzt sich zusammen aus einem Grundelement 25, das sich von der Justierschiene 1 der Fig. 1 durch das Fehlen der Vertiefung 10 und eine dementsprechend geringere Höhe der Rippe 5 unterscheidet, und zwei Ausgleichsplatten 26, 27, die aus einem Blech mit der gleichen Stärke wie der Blechstreifen 21 bestehen und mit den Bohrlöchern 7 des Grundelements 25 fluchtende Löcher 28 aufweisen, die Schrauben zur Befestigung der Frontplatten 18 aufnehmen.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Einbaukühlgerät mit einer Tür an der wenigstens eine Justierschiene (1) zur Halterung einer Dekorplatte (19) angeordnet, die von einer zwischen der Dekorplatte (19) und der Tür angeordneten Grundplatte (2) getragen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer der Dekorplatte (19) zugewandten Seite der Grundplatte (2) eine sich quer über die Grundplatte (2) erstreckende Vertiefung (10) gebildet ist.
2. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (10) auf halber Länge der Grundplatte (2) angebracht ist.
3. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (10) eine Tiefe von 0,5 bis 1 ,5 mm und eine Breite von mehreren Zentimetern hat.
4. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem einteilig aus Flachmaterial geformten Grundkörper (2) eine sich in dessen Längsrichtung erstreckende Verstärkungsrippe (5) geformt ist, und dass ein Tiefenversatz zwischen einer Scheitelfläche der Verstärkungsrippe (5) und die Verstärkungsrippe umgebenden Randbereichen (6) des Grundkörpers (2) größer ist als zwischen den Randbereichen (6) und der Vertiefung (10).
5. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner von einer der Vertiefung (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Grundkörpers (2) abstehende Laschen (4) aufweist und dass die Verstärkungsrippe (5) sich bis in die Laschen hinein (9) erstreckt.
6. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (1 ) zusammengesetzt ist aus einer Trägerplatte (25) und zwei voneinander durch die Vertiefung (10) voneinander getrennten Distanzplatten (26, 27).
7. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zwei an der Justierschiene (1) befestigte und untereinander durch einen in der Vertiefung (10) aufgenommenen Flachmaterialstreifen (22) verbundene Dekorplatten (19).
8. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtbreite der verbundenen Dekorplatten (19) größer als 60 cm ist.
9. Einbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (10) der Justierschiene (1) durch ein Distanzstück (23) ausgefüllt ist.
