Description

DISPOSITIF DE FIXATION AMOVIBLE D'UNE LAMPE DΕCLAIRAGE SUR UN CASQUE DE PROTECTION
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation destiné au maintien d'une lampe d'éclairage amovible sur un casque de protection.
L'invention trouve une application particulièrement avantageuse, mais non exclusive, dans le domaine des casques de pompiers.
Dans un certain nombre d'applications, il peut être intéressant de solidariser de manière non permanente une lampe amovible sur la surface externe d'un casque de protection. De nombreux utilisateurs de ce type de casques sont, en effet, régulièrement amenés à évoluer dans des milieux peu ou pas du tout éclairés. On pense avant tout ici aux pompiers ou aux militaires, mais également au personnel de chantiers, aux mineurs ou aux spéléologues.
Pour fixer de manière amovible une lampe à un casque de protection, il est notamment connu d'utiliser un dispositif de fixation comprenant un support et d'un élément d'accrochage. Le support est solidarisé sur l'une des parties latérales du casque de protection, tandis que l'élément d'accrochage est constitué par un fourreau susceptible de recevoir la lampe et doté d'une partie saillante destinée à être engagée et à coulisser dans une rainure de guidage ménagée horizontalement dans le support. L'engagement de cette partie saillante s'effectue horizontalement d'arrière en avant du casque; le coulissement de l'élément d'accrochage étant simplement bloqué vers l'avant par des moyens formant butée.
Ce type de dispositif de fixation connu présente toutefois l'inconvénient de ne pas offrir de butée en coulissement vers l'arrière, de sorte que l'élément d'accrochage peut être amené très facilement à se désengager de la rainure de guidage, notamment à la suite d'un choc entre la lampe et un obstacle quelconque. Ceci est tout à fait préjudiciable pour le matériel proprement dit, puisque la lampe peut être endommagée lors de sa chute, mais également pour l'utilisateur qui se retrouve alors sans ce moyen d'éclairage personnel.
Pour résoudre ces inconvénients, la demande de brevet WO 2004/106805 a proposé un dispositif de fixation amélioré qui permet d'éviter les problèmes de l'état de la technique en garantissant le maintien de la lampe amovible en cas de choc, même lorsque ledit choc est sensiblement colinéaire à la direction de coulissement de l'élément d'accrochage dans l'élément support.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif de fixation encore amélioré qui garantisse un niveau de fixation encore accru.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation amovible d'une lampe sur un support du type dans lequel la lampe comprend un pion d'accrochage formant patin destiné à coulisser entre deux glissières de guidage solidaires du support et dans lequel le support comprend au moins une butée disposée en bout de glissière et destinée à bloquer le patin dans une position extrême accrochée caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une languette disposée entre les deux glissières de guidage en amont de la butée et dont la base est solidaire du support, la distance séparant le bord des glissières de la base de la languette étant inférieure à la hauteur du patin tandis que la distance séparant le bord des glissières du bout de la languette étant au moins égale à la hauteur du patin de façon à ce que le coulissement du patin entre les deux glissières provoque le déplacement de la languette transversalement aux glissières puis le rabattement de celle-ci contre le patin dans sa position extrême accrochée et réalise ainsi un verrouillage en coulissement du patin dans le support.
La solution selon l'invention est extrêmement simple et consiste à réaliser un verrouillage mécanique sans aucune autre pièce mécanique rapportée sur le support : seule la languette libre disposée entre les deux glissières vient verrouiller le pion en position extrême accrochée.
Le terme « en amont » est utilisé dans le cadre de l'invention en référence au sens de coulissement du pion lors de son introduction entre les deux glissières et donc lors de l'accrochage de la lampe au support.
La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention se dégageront de la description qui va suivre en regard des dessins annexés qui ne sont donnés qu'à titre d'exemples non limitatifs.
La figure la est une vue de profil illustrant un casque de protection sur lequel est fixé un support d'un dispositif de fixation conforme à l'invention.
La figure Ib est une vue de profil du casque de la figure la, montrant une lampe fixée de manière amovible au casque par le dispositif de fixation conforme à l'invention. La figure 2 montre la lampe de la figure Ib en perspective avant, l'élément d'accrochage étant directement intégré au corps de la lampe.
La figure 3 représente une vue de côté de la lampe de la figure 2.
La figure 4 est une vue en perspective arrière du support du dispositif de fixation des figures la et Ib.
La figure 5 constitue une vue de côté agrandie du support en perspective avant du support de la figure 4.
La figure 5a est une vue en coupe selon A-A de la figure 5.
Les figures 6a et 6b montrent deux étapes de fixation de l'élément d'accrochage de la lampe au support selon l'invention.
Pour des raisons de clarté, les mêmes éléments ont été désignés par des références identiques. De même, seuls les éléments essentiels pour la compréhension de l'invention ont été représentés, et ceci sans respect de l'échelle et de manière schématique.
Les figures 1 et la illustrent un dispositif de fixation (1) permettant de fixer de manière amovible une lampe (2) sur un casque de protection (3) de pompier, avec un support (4) lui-même fixé au casque (3).
Dans ce mode particulier de réalisation choisi uniquement à titre d'exemple, le dispositif de fixation (1) amovible d'une lampe (2) sur un support (4), est du type dans lequel la lampe (2) comprend un pion d'accrochage (5) formant patin (6) destiné à coulisser entre deux glissières de guidage (40,41) solidaires du support (4) et dans lequel le support comprend au moins une butée (42) disposée en bout de glissière et destinée à bloquer le patin (6) dans une position extrême accrochée.
Ainsi qu'on peut le voir sur les figures 2 et 3, le pion d'accrochage (5) fait ici partie intégrante de la structure de la lampe (2) qui présente une enveloppe externe rigide.
Selon l'invention, le dispositif (1) comprend une languette (43) disposée entre les deux glissières de guidage (40,41) en amont de la butée (42) et dont la base (430) est solidaire du support (4), la distance (el) séparant le bord des glissières (40,41) de la base (430) de la languette (43) étant inférieure à la hauteur (h) du patin (6) tandis que la distance (e2) séparant le bord des glissières (40,41) du bout (431) de la languette (43) étant au moins égale à la hauteur (h) du patin (6) de façon à ce que le coulissement du patin (6) entre les deux glissières (40,41) provoque le déplacement de la languette (43) transversalement aux glissières (figure 6a) puis le rabattement de celle-ci contre le patin (6) dans sa position extrême accrochée (figure 6b) et réalise ainsi un verrouillage en coulissement du patin (6) dans le support (4). Ainsi dans le mode de réalisation illustré, la hauteur (h) du patin (6) est exactement égale à la distance (e2) aux jeux de fabrication respectivement du support (4) et la languette (43) et du patin (6) près.
Dans le mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, la lampe (2) comprend un ergot (20) disposé parallèlement à l'axe du pion d'accrochage (5) et destiné à prendre appui contre le bord d'une rampe
(44) inclinée disposée en tête d'une des glissières (40) en formant un bras de levier (L), l'actionnement du bras de levier provoquant le soulèvement de la languette (43) rabattue contre le pion (6) et ainsi le déverrouillage du pion du support. Ainsi dans le mode de réalisation préféré et illustré, la longueur (L) du bras du levier telle que définie par l'entraxe entre l'ergot (20) et le patin (6) (figure 3) est égale à la distance séparant l'axe (X-X') de positionnement du patin (6) en butée de l'entrée (440) de la rampe (44).
Ainsi qu'on peut le voir sur les figures 2 et 3, l'ergot (20) fait ici partie intégrante de la structure de la lampe (2).
Comme on peut le voir à la figure 4, le support (4) comprend des moyens d'indexage (45) destinés à bloquer pivotement du patin (6) dans les glissières (40,41) suivant au moins deux inclinaisons prédéterminées par rapport à la direction de coulissement (Y-Y').
Plus précisément, dans le mode de réalisation illustré, le support (4) comprend une pluralité de rainures d'indexage (450) réparties angulairement par rapport à l'axe (Y-Y') du support et disposées sur la même circonférence en amont de la base (430) de la languette (43), une inclinaison donnée de la lampe en position extrême accrochée provoquant l'introduction d'un ergot d'indexage (20) solidaire de la lampe dans une des rainures d'indexage (450) en réalisant ainsi un indexage angulaire de la lampe (2) par rapport au support (4).
Dans le mode de réalisation préféré et illustré, la rampe d'appui (440) est disposée angulairement sur la même circonférence que celle des rainures d'indexage (450) afin que l'ergot d'indexage (20) constitue celui (20) du bras de levier (L).
Bien entendu, il va de soi que d'autres modifications peuvent être prévues sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'invention. Ainsi, tel qu'illustré sur la figure 4, le support (4) présente une autre direction de coulissement (Yl-Y'l) selon laquelle le pion (6) coulisse entre la rampe (44) et une autre glissière (46), l'ergot (20) venant en appui contre cette autre glissière (46) lors du coulissement ultérieur du pion (6) entre les glissières (40,41) selon l'invention.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de fixation (1) amovible d'une lampe (2) sur un support (4), du type dans lequel la lampe (2) comprend un pion d'accrochage (5) formant patin (6) destiné à coulisser entre deux glissières de guidage (40,41) solidaires du support (4) et dans lequel le support (4) comprend au moins une butée (42) disposée en bout de glissière et destinée à bloquer le patin dans une position extrême accrochée caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une languette (43) disposée entre les deux glissières de guidage en amont de la butée et dont la base (430) est solidaire du support, la distance (el) séparant le bord des glissières de la base (430) de la languette étant inférieure à la hauteur (h) du patin tandis que la distance (e2) séparant le bord des glissières du bout (431) de la languette étant au moins égale à la hauteur du patin de façon à ce que le coulissement du patin entre les deux glissières (40,41) provoque le déplacement de la languette transversalement aux glissières puis le rabattement de celle-ci contre le patin (6) dans sa position extrême accrochée et réalise ainsi un verrouillage en coulissement du patin (6) dans le support (4).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lampe
(2) comprend un ergot (20) disposé parallèlement au pion d'accrochage (5) et destiné à prendre appui contre le bord d'une rampe (44) inclinée disposée en tête d'une des glissières (40) en formant un bras de levier (L), l'actionnement du bras de levier (L) provoquant le soulèvement de la languette (43) rabattue contre le patin (6) et ainsi le déverrouillage du patin (6) du support (4).
3. Dispositif de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'indexage (45) destinés à bloquer le pivotement du patin (6) dans les glissières (40,41) suivant au moins deux inclinaisons prédéterminées par rapport à la direction de coulissement (Y-Y').
4. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (4) comprend une pluralité de rainures d'indexage (450) réparties angulairement par rapport à l'axe (Y-Y') du support (4) et disposées sur la même circonférence en amont de la base (430) de la languette (43), une inclinaison donnée de la lampe en position extrême accrochée provoquant l'introduction d'un ergot d'indexage (20) solidaire de la lampe dans une des rainures d'indexage (450) en réalisant ainsi un indexage angulaire de la lampe par rapport au support.
5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la rampe d'appui (44) est disposée angulairement sur la même circonférence que celle des rainures d'indexage (450) afin que l'ergot d'indexage (20) constitue celui du bras de levier.
6. Casque de protection (3) du type comprenant une coque externe (30), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un support (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui est solidaire de la coque externe (30).
7. Casque de protection selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le support (4) est solidaire d'une paroi latérale (300) de la coque externe (30).
8. Lampe d'éclairage, du type comprenant une enveloppe externe rigide, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un pion d'accrochage (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 solidaire de l'enveloppe externe.
