  • the plurality of air pocket chambers 46 increases the stability of the container 10 when afloat in the water, limiting damage to the contents.

Claims (9)

  1. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbehalter (10) zum Schutz von Eigentum vor Hochwasser, wobei der flexible Behälter (10) aufweist:
    ein Gehäuse (12) mit veränderlichem Volumen, in dem das Eigentum angeordnet werden kann, und das wasserdicht abgedichtet werden kann;
    eine Einrichtung (16, 42, 44) für das Stabilisieren des abgedichteten Gehäuses (12), wenn es dem Hochwasser ausgesetzt wird, wobei die Stabilisierungseinrichtung bei Benutzung zwei oder mehr Kammern (46) im Gehäuse (12) definiert, während das Innenvolumen des Gehäuses (12) variiert, wobei die Kammern (46) das Gehäuse (12) stabilisieren, wenn es im Hochwasser schwimmt; und
    zwei oder mehr Einwegventile (26) für das Ausströmen von Luft aus dem Gehäuse (12) über die Kammern (46), so dass, wenn das Gehäuse (12) einem äußeren Druck ausgesetzt wird, sich das Gehäuse (12) mindestens teilweise an das darin befindliche Eigentum anpasst,
    wobei ein jedes Einwegventil (26) bei Benutzung in direkter Verbindung mit einer der Kammern (46) ist, die durch die Stabilisierungseinrichtung definiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Stabilisierungseinrichtung eine luftdurchlässige Folie (16), die auf dem Oberteil (20) des Gehäuses positioniert ist oder positioniert werden kann, und eine Einrichtung (42, 44) für das Vorspannen der Folie (16) nach unten relativ zum Gehäuse (12) aufweist, so dass das Gehäuse (12) gegen die Folie (16) zusammendrückbar ist, um die Kammern (46) zu bilden und Luft durch die Einwegventile (26) auszustoßen.
  2. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine jede Kammer (46) bei Benutzung durch eine obere Fläche des Gehäuses (12) definiert wird.
  3. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungssehutzbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem eine oder jede Kammer (46), die durch die stabilisierungseinrichtung (16, 42, 44) definierbar ist, kuppelförmig ist und das jeweilige Einwegventil (26) im oder benachbart einem Scheitel der Kuppel positioniert wird.
  4. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzchälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Gehäuse (12) mit veränderlichem Volumen eine Basis (18) und ein Oberteil (20) entgegengesetzt der Basis (18) aufweist, wobei mindestens ein Abschnitt des Oberteils (20) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann, um das Hineinbringen und Herausnehmen des Eigentums zu ermöglichen.
  5. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbechälter (10) nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Gehäuse (12) außerdem ein wasserdichtes, lösbares Belestigungselement (24) aufweist, mittels dessen der mindestens eine Abschnitt des Oberteils (20) wasserdicht verschließbar ist, um das Gehäuse (12) wasserdicht abzudichten.
  6. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbchälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Gehäuse (12) expandierbar ist, um bei Benutzung das Volumen des Gehäuses (12) zu verändern.
  7. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 6, bei dem eine Basis (18) des Gehäuses (12) expandierbar ist, damit es mindestens teilweise an das innerhalb des Hohlraumes angeordnete Eigentum angepasst werden kann.
  8. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbehälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Behälter (10) außerdem eine wasserdurchlässige schützende Außenschicht (14) auf oder benachbart dem Gehäuse (12) aufweist, um eine Beschädigung am Gehäuse (12) zu verhindem oder zu begrenzen.
  9. Flexibler, wasserdichter Überschwemmungsschutzbehälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Stabilisierungseinrichtung (16, 42, 44) eine Einrichtung (42, 44) für das Zusammendrücken des Gehäuses (12) umfasst, so dass die zwei oder mehr Kammern (46) gebildet werden können.
