Das Grundprinzip der erfindungsgemäßen Leuchte besteht in einer Art Lichtstrich, d. h. einem Gehäuse in Form einer länglichen Leiste, welche nur wenige Zentimeter breit sowie hoch ist. Diese Leiste erstreckt sich über eine große Länge. Das Gehäuse kann an der Decke, als Deckenaufbau sowie als Deckeneinbauvariante montiert werden. Die Leuchte zeichnet sich aufgrund der Verwendung von LEDs durch eine hohe Effizienz bei geringem Energieeinsatz zur schneeweißen Aufhellung von Wänden und Decken aus, aber auch in allen anderen variablen Lichtfarben. Durch die Bestückung mit Multi-Chip-LEDs oder mit LEDs in den Grundfarben Rot, Gelb und Blau können die Wände in allen Farben des Regenbogens beleuchtet werden. Durch die Verwendung einer Linsenscheibe, welche das Gehäuse vorderseitig abschließt, ist eine gezielte Lichtabstrahlung der LEDs möglich. Konstruktiv ist die Platine im Bereich einer der beiden Innenlängskanten des Gehäuses angeordnet, so daß die LEDs innerhalb des Gehäuses schräg ausgerichtet sind und ihr Licht schräg aus dem Gehäuse abstrahlen. Mit der schrägen Anordnung der LEDs auf der einen Seite des Gehäuses und der speziellen Ausbildung der davor befindlichen Linsescheibe ist gewährleistet, daß die angestrahlte Wand oder Decke im Wesentlichen gleichmäßig über ihre gesamte Fläche beleuchtet wird. Je nach Ausbildung der Linse kann der Abstrahlwinkel der Leuchte variiert werden. Bei dieser Linse kann es sich um eine Art Quasi-Fresnellinse handeln. Die Linsenscheibe weist dabei über die Länge des Gehäuses gesehen immer die gleiche Querschnittsform auf. Somit schafft die erfindungsgemäße Leuchte mit ihren minimalen Abmessungen und geringem Energieeinsatz eine optimale, gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung der Wandfläche über die gesamte Höhe des Raumes in großer Variabilität. Durch den Einsatz der bereits erwähnten Mult-Chip-LEDs oder mit LEDs in den Grundfarben Rot, Gelb und Blau ist eine farbige Gestaltung der Wände von leichten Pastelltönen bis zu kräftigen Farben über das ganze Spektrum des Regenbogens möglich. Claims (7)
- Lighting unit for superficial illumination of walls (6) or ceilings in rooms and on exterior facades in buildings,
with a housing (1) in the form of a linear strip,
with lamps arranged inside the housing (1) in the form of LEDs (4) distributed over the length, and
with a linear optical lens (5) arranged in front of the row of LEDs (4) in the form of a lens disc,
characterised in that
the LEDs (4) are arranged obliquely in the housing (1) along one of the two inner long edges,
in that on the side of the LEDs (4) in the housing (1), the lens (5) is convex in cross-section, curving outwards in relation to the plane of the lens disc,
and in that on the opposite side of the housing (1), the lens (5) is curved slightly concave in cross-section. - Lighting unit according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the housing (1) is formed as a U-profile.
- Lighting unit according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (1) is formed as a one-piece profile.
- Lighting unit according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (1) has cooling ribs (2) on the outside.
- Lighting unit according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the LEDs (4) are arranged on a common plate (3) in the housing (1).
- Lighting unit according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that arranged in front of each LED (4) is a primary lens, in particular a converging lens.
- Lighting unit according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lens (5) can be inserted into the housing (1) from the front.
