Claims (14)
- Ferrure de charnière pour la fixation pivotante d'un cadre (18), en particulier le cadre d'un volet (10), lequel est muni de quatre segments de cadre (20, 22, 24, 26), assemblés à angle droit entre eux et ayant au moins un assemblage d'angle à onglet (30), sur une ferrure complémentaire, comportant au moins une plaquette de guidage (64) qui est munie d'un élément d'assemblage (66) propre à être assemblé à la ferrure complémentaire et qui peut être enserrée entre une face frontale (40) de l'un des segments de cadre (20, 22, 24, 26) et une plaque de recouvrement (68) de la ferrure de charnière, laquelle plaquette de guidage peut coulisser le long du segment de cadre (20) et peut être fixée par conjugaison de forme sur la face frontale (40) du segment de cadre (20), caractérisée en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (68) peut être assemblée à un élément de fixation (54, 60) de la ferrure de charnière, lequel élément de fixation comporte deux bords de guidage (56, 58) et peut être guidé et fixé le long de la face frontale (40) du segment de cadre (20) le long de deux rails de guidage (32, 34) parallèles, jusqu'à l'extrémité du segment de cadre (20), du fait que dans la zone de l'onglet (30) d'au moins un assemblage d'angle (28) un tronçon de rail de guidage (86) est formé entre deux segments de cadre (20, 22) par un élément en pont (76) de la ferrure de charnière pouvant être fixé entre deux rails de guidage (46, 48) du segment de cadre (22) adjacent, de telle sorte que les bords de guidage (56, 58) de l'élément de fixation (54) s'engagent chacun dans des contre-dépouilles (42, 44, 86a) qui sont réalisées sur les rails de guidage (32, 34) et sur le tronçon de rail de guidage (86) de l'élément en pont (76).
- Ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (54) permet, par l'intermédiaire d'un assemblage vissé (60, 62) avec la plaque de recouvrement (68), un serrage de la plaque de guidage (64), ainsi qu'un blocage des bords de guidage (56, 58) dans les rails de guidage (32, 34) et dans le tronçon de rail de guidage (86) de l'élément en pont (76).
- Ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (54) comporte un tenon fileté (60) qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la face frontale du segment de cadre (20).
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (54) comporte des bords de guidage (56, 58) qui, conjointement avec les rails de guidage (32, 34), forment le long de la face frontale du segment de cadre (20) un guidage en queue d'aronde ou un guidage à angle droit.
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en pont (76) a une section qui correspond à la section de l'élément de fixation (54).
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de guidage (64) comporte, pour former l'élément d'assemblage (66), un manchon (12) propre à être emmanché sur un gond fixé sur la maçonnerie d'un bâtiment.
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de guidage (64) comporte un évidement sous la forme d'un trou oblong (74) à travers lequel un tenon fileté (60), disposé sur l'élément de fixation (54), s'engage de telle sorte que la plaque de guidage (64) peut être déplacée transversalement à l'arête extérieure.
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (68) comporte un creux (70) destiné à recevoir de manière coulissante la plaque de guidage (64).
- Ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un écrou de serrage (62), pouvant être vissé sur l'extrémité libre du tenon fileté (60), permet de réaliser un serrage de la plaque de guidage (64) entre l'élément de fixation (54) et la plaque de recouvrement (68), ainsi qu'un blocage de l'élément de fixation (54) sur les rails de guidage (32, 34, 86).
- Ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en pont (76) comporte au moins une forure filetée (84) pour l'introduction d'une vis d'arrêt et de blocage (82) qui peut être avancée contre la face frontale du segment de cadre (22) associé.
- Cadre avec une ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de cadre (20, 22, 24, 26) sont des profilés extrudés.
- Cadre avec une ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les profilés extrudés (20, 22, 24, 26) sont réalisés en aluminium.
- Cadre avec une ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les profilés extrudés (20, 22, 24, 26) sont réalisés en matière plastique.
- Utilisation d'une ferrure de charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 pour la fixation de volets (10) ou de portes.
