Abstract

Türstopper der mit einer elastischen Kugel 1, oder Aufstecker 5, und einen S förmigen Bügel 3, eine Einheit bildet. Dieser Türstopper, läßt sich leicht unter vor Türen zu schützenden Gegenständen oder Möbelstücken schieben und auch wieder entfernen.

Description

  • Ein Türstopper besteht im Allgemeinen aus einer Stoppvorrichtung aus weichem Material,die mit einer Schraube an der Wand oder am Füssboden befestigt wird.Hierbei werden immer Wand oder Fussboden beschädigt.Weiterhin gibt es Türstopper die lose auf den Fussboden gelegt werden.
  • Diese Art von Türstoppern sind auf Grund ihrer geringen Höhe für höherliegende Türen (z.B.Balkontüren) kaum zu gebrauchen.Auch schwere Türen sind von losen Türstoppern nur bedingt zu stoppen.
  • Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung,liegt das Problem zugrunde,einen Türstopper zu schaffen,der fest fixiert werden kann,ohne ohne Fussboden oder Wand durch Schrauben zu beschädigen.Das Problem wird mit den in Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht,daß der Türstopper, versehen mit einem biegsamen Bügel,mit dem flachen unteren Ende,unter die zu schützenden Gegenstände (Möbel,Musiktruhen ect.)geschoben werden kann und dort durch das Eigengewicht des zu schützenden Gegenstandes fest fixiert wird.Durch die S förmige Form des Bügels3, gibt dieser durch Druck nach oben nach und federt die Tür weich ab.Der Bügel 3 aus biegsamen Material ist tiefer und höher verstellbar,wodurch auch höherschließende Türen (Balkontüren ect.)gestoppt werden können.
  • Mit den zwei Aufsätzen 4,die am unteren Ende des Bügels6, (der dort scherenartig gespreitz ist)aufgesteckt werden, kann der Türstopper in eine vorhandene Fuge unter die Fußleiste gesteckt und dort fest fixiert werden.
  • Der Bügel 3,ist am oberen Ende mit einer elastischen Kugel versehen,kann aber alternativ mit einer elastischen Kappe versehen werden.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:Fig.1 den Türstopper von oben.
    • Fig.2 eine Seitenansicht des Türstoppers mit Kugel.
    • Fig.3 eine Seitenansicht des Türstoppers mit Kappe.
  • In den Figuren 1 und 2,ist der Türstopper mit einer Kugel 1,die durch eine Schraube 2, am Bügel 3, befestigt wird,dargestellt.Der am unteren Ende scherenartig auslaufende Bügel 6,kann durch Aufstecker4, (die spitz zulaufen) verlängert werden.

Claims (4)

  1. Türstopper, elastische Kugel,verbunden durch eine Schraube mit einem S förmigen Bügel,der verlängert werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass,die elastische Kugel 1,durch eine Schraube 2,mit dem Bügel 3,verbunden ist.
  2. Türstopper nach Anspruchl,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass,der Bügel 3,mindestens 2mm, maximal 4mm, vorzugsweise 2mm dick und ca.15 cm lang ist.
  3. Türstopper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass,der Stopper die Form einer Kugel 1, oder einer Kappe 5,hat.
  4. Türstopper nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass,zwei Aufstecker 4,auf den unteren Bügel 6,gesteckt werden können.
