Claims (10)
- Dispositif de freinage (2) d'une cabine d'ascenseur (5), comprenant- au moins une unité de freinage (15) fixée à la cabine (5) et pourvue d'un élément d'actionnement (16),- au moins deux poulies de renvoi de moyens de traction (18, 19), l'une étant installée dans la zone de l'extrémité supérieure et l'autre dans la zone de l'extrémité inférieure de la trajectoire de la cabine,- un moyen de traction (17) qui passe sur les poulies de renvoi (18, 19), un brin du moyen de traction (17) s'étendant parallèlement à la trajectoire de la cabine d'ascenseur (5), étant accouplé à l'élément d'actionnement (16) de l'unité de freinage (15) et, de ce fait, à la cabine (5), et se déplaçant de manière synchrone avec celle-ci, en fonctionnement normal,- un dispositif de blocage (20) qui, au moins en cas de vitesse excessive de la cabine d'ascenseur (5), freine le moyen de traction (17), lequel active alors l'unité de freinage (15) par l'intermédiaire de l'élément d'actionnement (16),caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de contrôle (29) qui détecte la défaillance de l'accouplement entre le moyen de traction (17) et la cabine d'ascenseur (5).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de traction (17) forme une boucle fermée qui passe sur les poulies de renvoi (18, 19), les deux extrémités du moyen de traction (17) étant fixées à un élément d'accouplement (23) qui accouple le moyen de traction à l'élément d'actionnement (16) de l'unité de freinage (15).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'accouplement (23) présente un poids qui est suffisant, en cas de défaillance de l'accouplement entre le moyen de traction (17) et la cabine d'ascenseur (5), pour mettre en mouvement le moyen de traction avec les poulies de renvoi (18, 19), de sorte que l'élément d'accouplement (23) descend.
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de contrôle (29) comprend un détecteur (27) qui est fixé dans la zone de la poulie de renvoi inférieure (19) et qui détecte l'élément d'accouplement (23) quand celui-ci est descendu jusqu'au niveau du détecteur (27) après une défaillance de l'accouplement entre le moyen de traction (17) et l'unité de freinage (15) ou de la cabine d'ascenseur (5).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de contrôle comprend un détecteur (28) qui est fixé à la cabine d'ascenseur (5), qui détecte, en fonctionnement normal, si l'élément d'accouplement (23) se trouve dans sa position normale par rapport à la cabine et qui détecte une défaillance de l'accouplement entre le moyen de traction (17) et l'unité de freinage (15) ou la cabine (5) lorsqu'il détecte que l'élément d'accouplement (23) ne se trouve plus dans sa position normale.
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur (27 ; 28) est constitué par un commutateur avec des contacts galvaniques et détecte la présence de l'élément d'accouplement (23) à l'aide d'un élément palpeur mécanique (27.1).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur (27 ; 28) comprend un capteur qui détecte sans contact la présence de l'élément d'accouplement (23).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur (27 ; 28) du dispositif de contrôle (29) est relié à une commande d'ascenseur (30) qui interrompt le fonctionnement de l'installation d'ascenseur (1) en cas de détection d'une défaillance de l'accouplement entre le moyen de traction (17) et l'unité de freinage (15) ou la cabine d'ascenseur (5).
- Dispositif de freinage (2) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la commande d'ascenseur (30) interrompt le fonctionnement de l'installation d'ascenseur (1) dès que la cabine d'ascenseur (5) a atteint un étage.
- Installation d'ascenseur avec un dispositif de freinage (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
