Claims (8)
- Heftpistole mit Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10), die aufweist• ein Gehäuse (20), das hohl ist und aufweisto eine obere Kante;o eine vordere Kante;o ein Unterteil; undo zwei Gehäusehälften (21), die symmetrisch und miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jede Gehäusehälfte (21) aufweisto eine vordere Kante;o ein hinteres Ende;o eine obere Kante;o einen Ausschnitt (211), der in der oberen Kante der Gehäusehälfte (21) zwischen der vorderen Kante und dem hinteren Ende gebildet ist, um eine Handgrifföffnung zu bilden, die mit dem Ausschnitt (211) in der anderen Gehäusehälfte (21) zusammen wirkt;o eine Schwenkbohrung (213), die durch die Gehäusehälfte (21) neben dem Ausschnitt (211) gebildet ist und mit der Schwenkbohrung (213) in der anderen Gehäusehälfte (21) ausgerichtet ist, wenn die Gehäusehälften (21) miteinander verbunden sind;• einen Handgriff (30), der schwenkbar mit dem Gehäuse (20) verbunden ist, von der Handgrifföffnung in der oberen Kante des Gehäuses (20) hervor steht und aufweisto ein inneres Ende (31), das schwenkbar in dem Gehäuse (20) zwischen den Gehäusehälften (21) montiert ist und aufweist:■ zwei Seiten;■ zwei Montageschlitze (311), die jeweils durch die Seiten des inneren Endes (31) gebildet und miteinander ausgerichtet sind; und■ zwei Schwenkschlitze (312), die jeweils durch die Seiten des inneren Endes (31) des Handgriffs (30) gebildet, in Längsrichtung verlängert sind und jeweils den Schwenkbohrungen (213) in den Gehäusehälften (21) entsprechen;o ein äußeres Ende (32), das durch die Handgrifföffnung in der oberen Kante des Gehäuses (20) hervor steht;• einen Schwenkstift (40), der den Handgriff (30) schwenkbar mit dem Gehäuse (20) befestigt und durch die Schwenkbohrungen (213) in den Gehäusehälften (21) und die Schwenkschlitze (312) im inneren Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) montiert ist;• eine Feder (24), die das innere Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) nach unten drückt und in dem Gehäuse (20) zwischen dem inneren Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) und der oberen Kante des Gehäuses (20) montiert ist;• einen Heftstößel (60), der verschiebbar zwischen den Gehäusehälften (21) in der vorderen Kante des Gehäuses (20) montiert ist und in das innere Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) eingreift, wenn der Heftstößel (60) gespannt wird; und• ein Heftmagazin (50), das in dem Gehäuse (20) am Unterteil zwischen dem vorderen Ende und dem hinteren Ende montiert ist und aufweistdadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gehäusehälfte (21) eine Verriegelungsnase (214) aufweist, die an der Gehäusehälfte (21) gebildet ist und von ihr hervor steht, wobei jede Verriegelungsnase mit der Verriegelungsnase (214) in der anderen Gehäusehälfte (21) ausgerichtet ist, wenn die Gehäusehälften (21) miteinander verbunden sind undo ein vorderes Ende, das mit der vorderen Kante des Gehäuses (20) ausgerichtet ist; undo eine Heftöffnung, die in dem vorderen Ende des Heftmagazins (50) gebildet ist und mit dem Heftstößel (60) ausgerichtet ist,
dadurch, dass das Gehäuse eine Verriegelungsklammer (33) aufweist, die U-förmig ist, im inneren Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) montiert ist und zwei Schenkel und zwei Nasen (331) aufweist, die jeweils an den Schenkeln gebildet sind und jeweils in den Montageschlitzen (311) montiert sind und durch sie hervor stehen, wobei jede Nase ein quer verlaufendes distales Ende und ein geneigtes proximales Ende aufweist, wobei die Verriegelungen (331) in die Verriegelungsnasen (214) eingreifen, wenn das äußere Ende des Handgriffs (30) nieder gedrückt wird und der Handgriff (30) leicht aus dem Gehäuse (20) gezogen wird. - Heftpistole nach Anspruch 1, wobei• jede Gehäusehälfte (21) überdies ein Verbindungsloch (212) aufweist, das durch die Gehäusehälfte (21) neben der vorderen Kante gebildet und mit dem Verbindungsloch (212) in der anderen Gehäusehälfte (21) ausgerichtet ist, wenn die Gehäusehälften (21) miteinander verbunden sind; und• das Gehäuse (20) überdies ein Verbindungsstück (23) aufweist, das die Gehäusehälften (21) zusammenhält und durch die Verbindungslöcher (212) in den Gehäusehälften (21) montiert ist.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verriegelungsnase (214) an jeder Gehäusehälfte (21) rechtwinklig ist.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Montageschlitze (311) rechtwinklig sind.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 2, wobei• die vordere Kante des Gehäuses (20) offen ist;• die vordere Kante jeder Gehäusehälfte (21) offen ist;o das Gehäuse (20) überdies eine Abdeckung (22) aufweist, die U-förmig ist, auf der offenen vorderen Kante des Gehäuses (20) montiert ist, mit den Gehäusehälften (21) neben den offenen vorderen Kanten verbunden ist und aufweisto eine vordere Kante, die eine Innenfläche aufweist;o zwei Verbindungslöcher (221), die durch die Abdeckung (22) gebildet sind, miteinander ausgerichtet sind und jeweils den Verbindungslöchern (221) durch die Gehäusehälften (21) entsprechen; undo zwei Schwenklöcher (222), die durch die Abdeckung (22) gebildet sind, miteinander ausgerichtet sind und jeweils den Schwenklöcher (213) durch die Gehäusehälften (21) entsprechen;• das Verbindungsstück (23) überdies die Abdeckung (22) an dem Gehäuse (20) hält und durch die Verbindungslöcher (221) in der Abdeckung (22) und die Verbindungslöcher (212) in den Gehäusehälften (21) montiert ist;• der Schwenkstift (40) überdies durch die Schwenklöcher (222) in der Abdeckung (22) montiert ist; und• der Heftstößel (60) verschiebbar gegen die Innenfläche der vorderen Kante der Abdeckung (22) montiert ist.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Verriegelungsnase (214) an jeder Gehäusehälfte (21) rechtwinklig ist.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 6, wobei• das innere Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) U-förmig ist und überdies einen Federsockel (313) aufweist, der auf dem inneren Ende (31) des Handgriffs (30) gebildet ist und von ihm hervor steht; und• die Feder (24) um den Federsockel (313) montiert ist.
- Heftpistole nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Montageschlitze (311) rechtwinklig sind.
