Claims (13)

  1. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung, wobei das Gehäuse (1) vom Typ derjenigen mit der allgemeinen Form eines Zylinders ist, der wenigstens eine seitliche Öffnung aufweist, und umfaßt:
    - eine Spule, die durch Zusammenfügen von zwei Flanschen (3) gebildet ist, und deren Drehung um eine feste Welle (2) die vertikale Verlagerung des Rolladens gewährleistet,
    - eine Spiralfeder zur Kompensation (4) des Gewichts des Rolladens durch Einwirkung auf die Flansche (3), wobei das innere Ende (5) der Kompensationsfeder (4) dazu ausgelegt ist, an der festen Welle (2) befestigt zu sein,
    - ein Zahnrad (7), das dazu ausgelegt ist, an der festen Welle (2) befestigt zu sein,
    - einen Kippriegel (8), der dazu ausgelegt ist, mit wenigstens einem Zahn (9) des Zahnrads (7) zusammenzuwirken und die Drehung der Spule zu blockieren, um das Absenken des Rolladens im Fall eines Bruchs der Kompensationsfeder (4) zu verhindern, wobei der Kippriegel (8) einen Finger (10) umfaßt, der mittels seiner Basis an einem der Flansche (3) gemäß einer axialen Richtung und einer radialen Richtung bezüglich der Welle (2) angelenkt ist, sowie eine Rückstellfeder (18), die auf den Finger (10) einwirkt, derart, dass der Finger (10), von dem wenigstens ein seitlicher Rand (11) des Endes entsprechend einer Schnittebene mit dem einhüllenden Zylinder des Zahnrads (7) abgeschrägt ist, dazu ausgelegt ist, dem Zahn (9) wenigstens beim Verfolgen eines Wegs entlang der axialen Richtung auszuweichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Ende (6) der Kompensationsfeder (4) mittels Befestigungsmitteln (19) mit einer Stange (16) verbunden ist, die translationsbeweglich in zwei parallelen Langlöchern (17) gelagert ist, welche jeweils nahe dem Umfang jedes der Flansche (3) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Ende der Stange (16) mit dem Ende des Fingers (10) zusammenwirkt und den Finger (10) im Normalzustand der Kompensationsfeder (4) auf Abstand von dem Zahn (9) hält, und nach dem Bruch der Kompensationsfeder (4) von dem Ende des Fingers (10) getrennt wird, wobei auf diese Weise das Ende des Fingers (10) befreit wird, der von der Rückstellfeder (18) unter Verfolgen der radialen Richtung zu dem Zahn (9) angetrieben wird.
  2. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel eine Klammer (19) umfassen.
  3. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange durch einen zylindrischen Stab (16) gebildet ist, dessen zwei Enden mit Sicherungsringen versehen sind, welche mit den Rändern der Langlöcher (17) zusammenwirken.
  4. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Stange (16), das mit dem Finger (10) zusammenwirkt, durch einen beweglichen Bügel gebildet ist.
  5. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Stange (16), das mit dem Finger (10) zusammenwirkt, durch ein Rückstellelement in eine zum Finger (10) entgegengesetzte Richtung zurückgestellt wird.
  6. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis des Fingers (10) an einem axialen Zapfen angelenkt ist, der mit einem der Flansche (3) verbunden ist.
  7. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis des Fingers (10) an einer zylindrischen Leiste (12) angelenkt ist, die axial in zwei Bohrungen (25) der Flansche (3) angebracht ist.
  8. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel eine mechanische Gruppe (8) ist, umfassend:
    - eine Platte (23), die eine Befestigungsklaue (26) und einen Teil in Form eines Kranzes (24) aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, an der festen Welle (2) anzugreifen;
    - eine zylindrische Leiste (12), die dazu ausgelegt ist, die Flansche (3) parallel zu der festen Welle (2) zu durchsetzen, und von denen ein Ende mit der Platte (23) verbunden ist;
    - die Rückstellfeder (18), von der ein Ende an der Klaue (26) der Platte (23) befestigt ist, und deren anderes Ende an der Basis des Fingers (10) anliegt;
    - den Finger (10), dessen Basis um die Leiste (12) drehbar gelagert ist.
  9. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Montage der Riegel (8) ferner ein Halteelement (27) umfaßt, das dazu ausgelegt ist, nach der Montage entfernt zu werden, vorzugsweise einen Kunststoffring (27), der die Rückstellfeder komprimiert hält.
  10. Federgehäuse (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis des Fingers (10) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei wenigstens eine längliche Öffnung (15) mit einer Breite im wesentlichen gleich, jedoch größer als der Durchmesser der Leiste (12) oder des Zapfens in wenigstens einem Flügel des U derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie mit der Leiste (12) oder dem Zapfen zusammenwirkt.
  11. Verriegelungsmechanismus (8), der dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Komponente eines Federgehäuses (1) einer Antifallvorrichtung für einen Rolladen mit vertikaler Verlagerung nach Anspruch 1 zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus (8) umfaßt:
    - eine Platte (23), die einen Teil in Form eines Kranzes (24) aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, axial an der festen Welle (2) anzugreifen, sowie eine Befestigungsklaue (26), die sich orthogonal zur Ebene des Kranzes (24) erstreckt,
    - eine zylindrische Leiste (12), die an einem Ende mit der Platte (24) verbunden ist und sich orthogonal zur Ebene des Kranzes (24) erstreckt, wobei die Leiste (12) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Flansche (3) parallel zu der festen Welle (2) zu durchsetzen,
    - den Finger (10), der an seiner Basis um die Leiste (12) gemäß einer Richtung orthogonal und einer Richtung parallel zur Ebene des Kranzes (24) drehbar gelagert ist, von dem wenigstens ein seitlicher Rand des Endes gemäß einer Schnittebene mit dem einhüllenden Zylinder des Kranzes (24) abgeschrägt ist,
    - die Rückstellfeder (18), von der ein Ende an der Klaue (26) der Platte (23) befestigt ist, und deren anderes Ende an der Basis des Fingers (10) anliegt.
  12. Verriegelungsmechanismus (8) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner vor der Montage ein Halteelement (27) umfaßt, das dazu ausgelegt ist, nach der Montage entfernt zu werden, vorzugsweise einen Kunststoffring (27), der um wenigstens einen Teil der Klaue (26) und wenigstens einen Teil des Endes des Fingers (10) angeordnet ist und der die Rückstellfeder (18) komprimiert hält.
  13. Verriegelungsmechanismus (8) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis des Fingers (10) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei wenigstens eine längliche Öffnung (15) mit einer Breite im wesentlichen gleich, jedoch größer als der Durchmesser der Leiste (12) in wenigstens einem Flügel des U derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie mit der Leiste (12) zusammenwirkt.
