Abstract

A cosmetics case comprising an inside body 10 which filled with cosmetics liquid, is pushed to a cone type resilient member 25 and opened the inside hole 23 then, cosmetics liquid are ejected through the ejecting guide opening 30 to the brush 33 and by expanding power of the cone type resilient member 25 and spring power of the spring 16 formed insert to the peripherals of the perpendicular rod 18, the inside body 10 is returns down , simultaneously; the inside hole 23 is closed to shut down by the closing ring 17 which formed on the top of the perpendicular rod 18, and close the eject of the cosmetics liquids, thus freely open and close of the ejecting of cosmetic liquids by the cone type resilient member 25 formed on the jointing member 22, and easy to assemble and disjoint of the inside body 10 and jointing member 22, available to refill of the cosmetic liquids when evacuate the cosmetics liquids by remove open the inside body 10.

Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 2005-0134755, filed on December 30, 2005 , in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cosmetics case comprising an inside body which filled with cosmetics liquid, is pushed to a cone type resilient member, which formed with a joint member and opened the inside hole, cosmetics liquid are ejected through the ejecting guide opening to the hair brush and by expanding power of the cone type resilient member and spring power of the spring formed insert to the peripherals of the perpendicular rod, the inside body returns, down, simultaneously;
the inside hole is close shut down by the closing ring which formed on the top of the perpendicular rod, and close the eject of the cosmetics liquids, thus freely open and close of the ejecting of cosmetic liquids by the cone type resilient member formed on the jointing member, and easy to assemble and disjoint of the inside body and jointing member, available to refill of the cosmetic liquids when evacuate the cosmetics liquids by remove open the inside body.

2. Discussion of Related Art

Various cosmetics cases have been used to satisfy demands that they should be compact and convenient for use, have an attractive appearance, and be such as to allow the cosmetics contained therein to be easily handled.
Typically, when, dyeing hair, we use a brush with dyeing liquids thereon, coated on the hair in evenly among all and comb out the hair. But it is very difficult and complicated work to do, and long time is required. And there are some disadvantages occurred.
To solve the above disadvantages, in a conventional prior art, will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG.10, disclosed a comb 1 to dyeing hair which comprised as ;
The comb 1 having resilient properties and protrude portion 12 on the circumference surface and a container 10 which filled with liquid dye, a cap 20 is nut jointed with main opening 11 of the container 10 and a comb body 30 in a same body, and, an ejecting tube lane for guide of dyeing liquid from the container 10 in the inside of comb body 30 and connected each other with ejecting hole 34 which formed between multiple of combs protrudes on an end of comb body 30; the dyes liquid is simply eject to the comb body 30 from the container 10 and dyeing the hair.
But as described above, the conventional hair dyeing comb 1 has a construction of ejecting of the dyeing cosmetics liquid in the case 10 is passed through the through hole 23 to the eject hole 34 formed on comb body 30 , directly.;
Thus can not control the eject quantity of cosmetics liquid dye and can't use the dye liquid evenly; that is disadvantages occurred, and there not possess a cap. when reverse positioned the case 10 , dyeing liquid runs to flue on around, handle and carries is very difficult, also.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a reasonable cosmetics case to accomplish good result in convenience in use and commercial.
In order to achieve the foregoing and/or other objects of the present invention, according to the present invention, there is provided A cosmetics case comprising an inside body 10 which filled with cosmetics liquid, is pushed to a cone type resilient member 25 and opened the inside hole 23 then, cosmetics liquid are ejected through the ejecting guide opening 30 to the brush 33 and by expanding power of the cone type resilient member 25 and spring power of the spring 16 formed insert to the peripherals of the perpendicular rod 18, the inside body 10 is returns down , simultaneously; the inside hole 23 is close shut down by the closing ring 17 which formed on the top of the perpendicular rod 18, and close the eject of the cosmetics liquids, thus freely open and close of the ejecting of cosmetic liquids by the cone type resilient member 25 formed on the jointing member 22, and easy to assemble and disjoint of the inside body 10 and jointing member 22, available to refill of the cosmetic liquids when evacuate the cosmetics liquids by remove open the inside body 10.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

As illustrated in FIG. 1 - FIG 4, a cosmetics case in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention comprising;
a spring 16 is inserted and positioned on the upper portion of the support member 15 having a through hole 14, a perpendicular rod body 13 having a perpendicular rod 18 ,which has a closing jaw ring 17 is position on the inside body 10;
the said perpendicular rod body 13 is positioned on the upper portion of the inside body 10, the perpendicular rod 18 is insert in the inside hole 23,the inserting member 24 with formed the inside hole 23, is connected to the cone type resilient member 25 and jointed on the medium body 20 with joint member 22;
the ejecting guide 30 having multiple eject opening 31 which mounted on the brush 33 which filled with the moisten body 34 on the inserting member 24 which formed the medium body 20 ;
the inside body 10, the medium body 20 and the ejecting guide 30 are jointed and mounted on the brush body insert 42 and cap insert member are installed on the outside body 40;
the comb body 50 having comb 51, is insert jointed on the comb body inserting member 42 and, the cap 60 is jointed on the cap insert 43.
As above described, the cosmetics case comprising;
an inside body 10 which filled with cosmetics liquid, is pushed to a cone type resilient member 25 and opened the inside hole 23 then, cosmetics liquid are ejected through the ejecting guide opening 30 to the brush 33 and by expanding power of the cone type resilient member 25 and spring power of the spring 16 formed insert to the peripherals of the perpendicular rod 18, the inside body 10 is returns down , simultaneously; the inside hole 23 is closed to shut down by the closing ring 17 which formed on the top of the perpendicular rod 18, and close the eject of the cosmetics liquids, thus freely open and close of the ejecting of cosmetic liquids by the cone type resilient member 25 formed on the jointing member 22, and easy to assemble and disjoint of the inside body 10 and jointing member 22, when evacuate the cosmetics liquids , the user available to refill of the cosmetic liquids by remove open the inside body 10.
Now, the action and effect of the present invention in use in a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG.2 , cosmetics case 1 according to the present invention; in normal state, it does not added power to the bottom of the inside body 10 ; the inside body 10 takes down positioned on the inside of the outside body 40, a cap 60 is jointed and closed on the upper portion of the outside body 40.
Then, the perpendicular rod body 13 is positioned on the top of the inside body 10 and the jointing member 22 which mounted on a medium member 20, is jointed by nut. The perpendicular rod 18 which constitute the perpendicular rod body 13, is positioned through the inside hole 23 which formed on inside of middle portion of the medium member 20. The closing jaw ring 17 which on the top of the perpendicular rod 18 is close down the inside hole 23, at this moment. As above, in the state of closing the inside hole 23.
When, pushing the bottom of inside body 10 by the closing jaw ring 17 of the perpendicular rod 18, the cone type resilient member 25 formed on bottom of the jointing member 22, is compressed, the inside body 10 moved up to the inside of the outside body 40.
Therefore, as to the mentioned above, pursue to the inside body 10 moved up, the closing jaw ring 17 which is on the top of the perpendicular rod 18 is close down the inside hole 23 is removed and the inside hole 23 is opened as shown in FIG.4, and the spring 16, which insert positioned on the peripheral of the perpendicular rod 18, is in the state of pressed.
Then, by the cosmetics liquid case 1 is reverse positioned, the liquid cosmetics as an example of a hair dye cosmetics liquid received in reservoir 11 of the inside body 10 is pass through the inside hole 23, the eject guide 30 and the multiple ejecting opening 31 then, ejected to the moisten body 34.
Thus, the cosmetics liquid of the ejected and moisten body 34 to the brush 33 in an appropriate and reasonable quantity, and may dyeing by using the comb 51 which formed on the brush 33 and comb body 50.
Then, after cosmetics beauty care, the power is removed from the inside body 10 and the cone type resilient member 25 formed on bottom of the jointing member 22, is expanded, and the inside body 10 is move down and the perpendicular rod 18 is moved down simultaneously then , the closing jaw ring 17 which is on the top of the perpendicular rod 18 is close down the inside hole 23 and a hair dye cosmetics liquid received in reservoir 11 of the inside body 10 is plugged to prevent ejecting through the inside hole 23 and prevent the flue over of the cosmetics liquid, in the time of non use.
While the spring 16, which positioned on peripherals of the perpendicular rod 18, is expanding and help the cone type resilient member 25 's expansion with spring power of spring itself, and help to return for the inside body 10 close down of the original state.
And, Therefore, constructed and jointed as above, according to the present invention, the cone type resilient member 25 is expand and compressed by the press and release of the inside body 10, while, the closing jaw ring 17 is open and close the inside hole 23.
For hair dyeing, when pushing press the inside body 10, it open the inside hole 23 to inject cosmetics liquid; and when, release the inside body 10 to close the inside hole 23 freely return to the original state.
The inside body 10 and conjunction joint member 22 are jointed by the screw so, easy to assembly and deconstruction, thus, when the inside body is empty, separate the inside body 10 and open and fill or refill are available in ease. In the FIG of the present invention, the hair brush 33 is in the direction to upper portion, while, the brush 33 portion is in the direction of down in practical use.
FIG. 5 - FIG.8 shows the another embodiment of the present invention, In a cosmetics case comprising;
an inside body 10 having the reservoir 11 which receive the cosmetics liquid; the medium member 20 is jointed with screw on upper portion of the inside body 10;
the outside body 40 is enclosed the eject guide 30 which has the eject hole 31;

An comb body insertion member 42a is formed on the upper portion of the outside body 40a, moisten body 34a is installed in the comb body insertion member 42a, a cylinder type comb body 50a having an eject hole 52 and horizontal comb edge 51a, is installed on outside body 40a.
The above described cosmetics case 1a of which insert jointed with the cylinder type comb body 50a with the horizontal comb edge 51a, when, keep to a reversed positioned and the cosmetics liquid in the reservoir 11 of the inside body 10 , move through the inside hole 23 , via , the eject guide 30 and multiple ejecting opening 31 to the moisten body 34a which installed in the cylinder type comb body 50a. and evenly to eject through the eject hole 52 and the horizontal comb edge 51a. Therefore, the user can make a beauty care with this invention.

Claims

A cosmetics case comprising;
a spring 16 is inserted and positioned on the upper portion of the support member 15 having a through hole 14, a perpendicular rod body 13 having a perpendicular rod 18 ,which has a closing jaw ring 17 is position on the inside body 10;
the said perpendicular rod body 13 is positioned on the upper portion of the inside body 10, the perpendicular rod 18 is insert in the inside hole 23,the inserting member 24 with formed the inside hole 23, is connected to the cone type resilient member 25 and jointed on the medium body 20 with joint member 22;
the ejecting guide 30 having multiple eject opening 31 which mounted the brush 33 which filled with moisture body 34 on the inserting member 24 which formed the medium body 20 ;
the inside body 10, the medium body 20 and the ejecting guide 30 are jointed and mounted on the brush body insert 42 and cap insert member are installed on the outside body 40;
a comb body 50 having comb 51, is insert jointed on the comb body inserting member 42 and, the cap 60 is jointed on the cap insert 43.
