Definitions
- the invention relates to a differential extension guide for pull-out furniture parts, especially drawers, to be attached to the furniture body carcass rail, a center rail and a pull-out furniture part pull-out rail on both sides of the extendable furniture part, wherein at least on the middle rail load-transmitting rollers are rotatably supported, via which the rails between an inserted and an extended state of the differential extension guide are mutually displaceable, and the extension of the middle rail from the carcass rail is limited by in the fully extended state of Differentialauszieh Entry abutting stop elements, which are arranged on the one hand on the carcass rail and on the other hand on the middle rail or parts connected thereto , and for releasing and inhibiting a disengagement of the center rail from the carcass rail and an insertion of the center rail in the carcass rail at d he middle rail is an adjusting member between a release position and a locking position adjustable.
- Pull-out guides which have a center rail with a load-transmitting differential role and in which the center rail moves during Auszieh- and insertion process at half the speed of the pull-out rail and thus always covers half the distance of the pull-out, are also referred to as differential separations.
- differential separations Such differential extracts are known in different embodiments.
- the pull-out rail rests on a downwardly facing track on the differential roller and the differential roller rolls on an upwardly facing track of a fixed carcass, wherein a portion of the weight of the pull-out rail and the load carried by it is transmitted via the differential roller on the carcass rail ,
- the differential role is this rotatably mounted on the center rail with a vertical Verstellspiel.
- the differential role with radial play is rotatably mounted on a mounted on the center rail axis. It is also known to support the axis of the differential roller on a swivel lever pivotally mounted on the center rail. Also, an axleless storage of the differential role of the center rail with a corresponding game is known.
- a front roller In the region of its front end, a front roller is rotatably mounted on the center rail, which projects beyond the center rail downwards.
- a rear roller In the area of its rear end, a rear roller is rotatably mounted, which projects beyond the middle rail upwards.
- upper and lower middle rollers are rotatably mounted, of which the lower roller is designed as a play with respect to its axis rotatably mounted differential role.
- the carcass rail is U-shaped and surrounds the middle rail.
- the pull-out rail has a horizontal ridge having a downwardly facing track for engagement with the front roller and the center roller differential roller and an upwardly-directed track for co-operation with the upper center roller of the center rail.
- cooperating stop elements are attached to the rails.
- the acting between the middle rail and the carcase rail stop members are usually usually fixed in differential drains and to insert the middle rail in the carcass rail or unmount from this, the carcass rail is pivoted about a horizontal axis extending parallel to the extension axis and with its upper longitudinal edge in the Carcass rail inserted, then swung back again, so that the lower longitudinal edge is inserted into the carcase rail.
- the disadvantage here is that the carcass rail to allow such threading of the center rail can not be formed continuously C-shaped. The necessary recesses worsen the lateral guiding characteristics for the respective rollers of the center rail.
- a differential guide is known in which in the region of the front end of the middle rail at this a securing part is pivotally mounted.
- the pull-out rail In a release position of this securing part, the pull-out rail can be raised (tilted) with its front end relative to the center rail, whereupon abutment elements arranged on the middle rail and on the pull-out rail can be guided past one another in order to unhook the pull-out rail from the middle rail.
- the pull-out rail is "threaded" into the middle rail again and the pull-out is closed, one moves on the Pull-out rail attached front panel of a drawer to the securing part shortly before reaching the fully inserted state and pivots this in its blocking position. In this tilting of the pull-out against the center rail is blocked by the securing part.
- the unhooking and insertion of the center rail in the carcass rail is not described.
- a Differentialauszieh arrangement known, in which the safety catch for the puller again a similar operating principle as in the GB 202 562 B having.
- the securing part is here moved between its release position and its blocking position of the tilting of the pull-out against the center rail parallel to the withdrawal direction.
- a pivotable stop lever is provided on the middle rail in the region of its rear end, which cooperates with a stop of the carcass rail. To unhook the middle rail, this stop lever must be swung up and pulled out the middle rail at the same time.
- a Differentialauszieh Entry of the type mentioned is from the GB 1 335 776 A known.
- pivotally mounted control part At the middle rail between a locking position and a release position pivotally mounted control part is arranged. In the locked position, a removal of the middle rail is blocked from the carcass rail.
- the actuator also forms a stop which cooperates with a rigid stop of the carcass rail.
- a disadvantage of this differential extension it is, inter alia, that after inserting the middle rail in the carcass rail, the control part must be manually adjusted from its release position to its blocking position. If this is not done, it may come in the normal operation of the pull-out to a complete withdrawal of the center rail from the carcass rail.
- the object of the invention is to provide a differential extension of the type mentioned, which allows a compact design with a good lateral guidance of the load-transmitting rollers and which is characterized by ease of use when inserting the center rail in the carcass rail and when unmounting the center rail from the carcass rail. According to the invention, this is achieved by a differential extension guide with the features of claim 1.
- the middle rail is inserted into the carcass rail from the front, ie, the middle rail is threaded in the longitudinal direction of the rails in the carcass rail, wherein the center rail is tilted relative to the carcass rail to bring the cooperating stop elements past each other.
- the middle rail actuator in its release position. If the middle rail is subsequently inserted completely into the carcass rail, then the actuating part is automatically adjusted to its locking position. As a result, a tilting of the center rail relative to the carcass rail is blocked or at least limited so that the stop elements can not be passed each other and thus the center rail is secured against complete removal from the carcass rail.
- a differential extension guide according to the invention allows a very compact construction and a particularly simple assembly process of the center rail in the carcass rail. The dismantling process is easy to carry out.
- the actuating part is preferably arranged in the region of the rear end of the middle rail at this.
- the middle rail preferably in the region of its front end, further mounted a securing part between a release position and a locking position, which serves to AushNicolge Albert the pull-out of the center rail by tilting the Ausziehschiene in its blocking position blocked the center rail so that cooperating stop elements of the pull-out rail and the center rail, which limit the extension of the pull-out, can not be passed by each other.
- the pull-out rail in the release position of the security part, can be inserted into the middle rail or removed from it completely.
- the adjustment of the security part is carried out automatically in its blocking position when the pull-out rail attached to a drawer is completely inserted into the center rail.
- a first embodiment of the invention is in the Fig. 1 to 24 shown.
- the differential extension guide according to the invention is designed as a pullout pullout.
- the load-transferring rollers are rotatably mounted on the rails.
- the pull-out guide includes one on a furniture body, which is only in Fig. 1 is indicated by a dashed line 4, to be mounted cabinet rail 1, a pull-out on the furniture part 5, in particular in the form of a drawer or a drawer to be attached pull-3 and an intermediate middle rail. 2
- the rails 1 - 3 are differentially guided, ie the center rail 2 moves when pulling the pull-out rail 3 in each case by half the distance or at half the speed.
- a differential roller 6 is rotatably mounted on the middle rail 2, which protrudes downwards over the middle rail 2 and rolls on an upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1 and on a downwardly oriented track 27 of the pull-3 rests.
- the differential roller 6 is load-transmitting, ie a part of the weight of the pull-out rail and the load carried by it is transmitted to the carcass rail 1 via the differential roller 6.
- the differential roller 6 a Verstellspiel in the vertical direction, for example in that it has a radial clearance with respect to the axle journal of the center rail 2 which supports it.
- the axis of the differential roller could be mounted on a pivotally mounted on the middle rail pivot lever. A non-axle mounting of the differential roller 6 on the middle rail 2 with game is conceivable and possible.
- the remaining load-transmitting rollers 7 - 11 are also mounted on the center rail 2 and a part connected thereto. It would also be conceivable and possible to provide rollers on the carcass rail 1 and / or pull-out rail 3, whereby part of the rollers 7-11 on the middle rail could also be omitted.
- carcass rail 1 is formed in cross-section C-shaped.
- a vertical connecting web 12 which is to be attached to the furniture body 4 stand from this upper and lower horizontal flanges 13, 14 laterally, the free ends are provided with mutually facing beadings 15, 16.
- pull-out rail 3 has a substantially L-shaped cross-section. It has a vertical fastening web 17 which is to be fixed to a vertical side wall of the extendable furniture part 5. At the upper end of this fastening web 17 is connected to a horizontal flange 18, the edge remote from the fastening web 17 is provided with a downwardly directed bead 19.
- the center rail 2 has a single, planar vertical web 20, projecting from the upper and at the lower edge horizontal webs 21, 22 in the same direction.
- the lower horizontal web 22 is further provided at its edge remote from the vertical web 20 with an upwardly directed bead 23.
- the middle rail 2 is thus, apart from a lack of beading of the upper horizontal web 21 C-shaped.
- the underside of the horizontal flange 13 and the upper side of the horizontal flange 14 of the carcass rail 1 form a downwardly directed track 24 and an upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail first
- the upper side and the lower side of the horizontal flange 18 of the pull-out rail 3 form an upwardly directed and a downwardly directed track 26, 27 of the pull-out rail 3.
- the center rail 2 In the assembled state of the pullout guide the center rail 2 is inserted into the carcass rail 1 and extends more or less far (depending on AusziehGerman) in the space between the two horizontal flanges 13, 14 of the carcass rail 1.
- the pull-3 projects with its horizontal flange 18 between the Horizontal webs 21, 22 of the center rail 2.
- a front roller 7 is rotatably mounted on the middle rail 2 about a horizontal axis, which protrudes downwards over the middle rail 2 and cooperates with the upwardly directed raceway 25 of the carcass rail 1.
- a rear roller 8 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis.
- the rear roller 8 projects beyond the middle rail 2 upwards and interacts with the downwardly directed track 24 of the rail 1.
- a support roller 9 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis in a relation to the differential roller 6 higher position. This cooperates with the upward trajectory 26 of the pull-3.
- an auxiliary roller 10 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis on the center rail 2. This cooperates with the downwardly directed track 27 of the pull-3.
- the diameter of the auxiliary roller 10 is smaller than that of the differential roller 6, so that the auxiliary roller 10 is spaced from the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1.
- the auxiliary roller 10 is mounted without play in this embodiment.
- a roller 11 is further rotatably mounted a roller 11 about a horizontal axis which cooperates with the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1.
- This roller 11 when the actuator 29 is in its locking position as described below, prevents the rear end of the middle rail 2 from tipping down, which could otherwise occur when the extension guide is near its fully retracted condition.
- this function is taken over by the auxiliary roller 10, which, however, in this embodiment of the invention, as stated, is spaced from the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1.
- the auxiliary roller 10 Apart from this modification of the auxiliary roller 10 and the additional existing roller 11 is the function of the load-transferring rollers 6 -11 as known from conventional differential extension guides.
- the stop element 30 of the carcass rail 1 is formed by the front end of a stamped out of the upper horizontal flange 13 of the carcass rail 1 and down bent tab 32, see. especially Fig. 2 and 4 ,
- the stop element 31 of the middle rail 2 is formed by the front end edge of an upwardly projecting extension 33 of the vertical web 20 of the center rail 2, which is behind the rear end of the upper horizontal web 21 of the middle rail 2 is located (this upper horizontal web 21 ends before the rear end of the vertical web 20) and the upper horizontal web 21 projects slightly upwards.
- adjusting member 29 in contrast to a in the Fig. 9 . 10 . 12-14 and 16 shown release position pivoted so the center rail 2 relative to the carcass rail 1 from its normal position in an in Fig. 13 shown tilting position can be pivoted in which the stop elements 30, 31 for unmounting the middle rail from the carcass rail 1 during disassembly of the pull-out or for inserting the middle rail 2 in the carcass rail 1 during assembly of the pull-out guide can be passed to each other.
- the adjusting part 29 is a component separate from the rigid stop elements 30, 31.
- the adjusting member 29 has in this embodiment in the release position of the actuating member 29 against the force of a spring about a horizontal axis 35 pivotable lever 34 on which the roller 11 is rotatably mounted at a distance from the axis 35.
- the lever 34 has a nose 36 which is inserted in the blocking position of the actuating part 29 under a lower edge of the vertical web 20, as shown in particular in FIGS FIGS. 7 and 8 is apparent. As a result, the upward pivoting of the lever 34 and thus the roller 11 is blocked.
- the spring may be formed, for example, by a helical spring surrounding the axle 35, one end of which is connected to the axle 35 and the other end of which is supported on the lever 34.
- the adjusting member 29 is secured in the two displacement positions, according to its blocking position and its release position against displacement, the width of the slot 37 in the region lying between its two ends is slightly narrower, so that the axis 35 under a slight elastic deformation of the actuating member 29th between the two end sections the slot 37 can be moved and is secured in the two end portions of the slot 37 in the manner of a snap closure.
- Fig. 12 shows the position before the upwardly extending projection 33 of the vertical web 20 of the center rail 2, which forms the stop element 31 in the embodiment, starts at the flap 32, which forms the stop element 30 in the embodiment.
- the center rail 2 is tilted for further insertion into the carcass rail 1 by its front end is raised relative to its rear end. This is in Fig. 13 shown.
- the actuator 29 is here in its release position.
- the Fig. 14 and 16 show the state just before a stop surface 39 an administrat at the rear end of the actuator 29 to a counter-stop 40 of the carcass rail 1.
- the counter-stop 40 is formed in this embodiment by a punched out of the lower horizontal flange 14 of the carcass rail 1, upwardly bent tabs.
- the abutment surface 39 of the setting member 29 abuts against the counter-stop 40 and displaces the setting member 39 toward the front end of the center rail 2, wherein the nose 36 moves under the vertical web 20 of the center rail 2.
- the control part 29 is adjusted in its blocking position.
- the outer periphery of the roller 11 in this case forms a contact element 41 of the actuating part 29, with which the actuating part 29 is supported on the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1 to prevent the tilting of the center rail 2 in its tilted position.
- the adjusting member 29 could also have a sliding part, the sliding surface of which cooperates with the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1 and the contact element 41 of the actuating part 29 forms.
- the counter-stop 40 of the carcass rail 1 also prevents the further displacement of the center rail 2 relative to the carcass rail 1, when the fully retracted state of the center rail 2 is achieved by this anesthesia the rear end of the lower horizontal web 22 of the center rail 2.
- the control part 29 is first manually adjusted to its release position.
- an upwardly projecting actuating arm 42 is arranged on the adjusting member 29, by means of which the adjusting member 29 can be moved relative to the central rail 2.
- a securing part 43 is adjustably mounted on this further between a release position and a locking position.
- the show Fig. 2 . 7 and 11 the blocking position. In this prevents or limits the securing part 43 a tilting of the pull-out rail 3 relative to the center rail 2 from her unverschwenkten normal position in such a way that stop elements 44, 45 of the middle rail 2 and the pull-3 in the fully extended state of the pull-3 go into mutual contact and block the further extraction of the pull-3 from the middle rail 2.
- the stop element 44 of the middle rail 2 is formed by a punched out of the vertical web 20, bent tabs.
- the stop element 45 of the pull-out rail 3 is formed by a step of the bead 19.
- the securing part 43 is formed in the embodiment shown by a pivotable about the axis 46, two-armed lever, which is also displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the center rail 2 relative to the central rail 2.
- the axle 46 passes through the securing part 43 through a slot.
- a shoulder 47 of the securing part 43 protrudes under the upper horizontal web 21 of the middle rail 2, whereby the pivoting of the second lever arm is blocked upwards.
- this release position of the securing part 43 this is displaced relative to its blocking position in the direction of the front end of the middle rail 2, whereby the shoulder 47 is disengaged from the upper horizontal web 21 and the second lever arm 49 is pivotable upwards.
- This release order is among others in the Fig. 17-19 shown.
- the axis 46 of the securing part 43 is snapped into widened areas of the slot 50 of the securing part 43.
- Fig. 17 shows the disconnected state of the rails 2, 3.
- Fig. 18 shows the state in which the pull-out rail 3 is tilted relative to the center rail 2 in a tilted position to the stop members 44, 45 pass each other.
- Fig. 19 is the fully inserted state of the pull-3 in the middle rail 2 is not quite reached and the shutter 51 of the drawer, on which the pull-out is attached, is approached straight to the front end of the first lever arm 48, wherein the securing member 43 in the Has pivoted rotational position in which it can be moved to its blocking position.
- the security part 43 is still in its release position.
- the second lever arm 49 whose end for this purpose cooperates with the upwardly directed raceway 26 of the pull-out rail 3, prevents or limits tilting of the pull-out rail 3 about a horizontal axis lying at right angles to the pull-out direction 28 such that the front end of the pull-out rail 3 can not be raised or only so little that the stop members 44, 45 can not be passed by each other.
- the securing part 43 is first manually adjusted to its release position, whereupon the process described above can be reversed.
- a side guide roller 52 is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis, which cooperates for lateral guidance of the center rail 2 relative to the carcass rail 1 with the vertical connecting web 12 of the carcass rail 1.
- a second embodiment of the invention is in the Fig. 25-27 shown.
- the auxiliary roller 10 is mounted with a vertical clearance on the center rail 2, for example by having a radial clearance against the axis 53, which supports them, as is apparent from Fig. 27 best seen.
- the auxiliary roller 10 cooperates in this embodiment both with the upwardly directed track 25 of the carcass rail 1 and with the downwardly directed track 27 of the pull-3 and thus has at least approximately the same diameter as the differential roller. 6
- the play of the auxiliary roller 10 is so large that the middle rail 2 for insertion into the carcass rail 1 or for unmounting from the carcass rail 1 can be tilted so much about a horizontal axis lying at right angles to the pull-out direction 28 relative to the carcass rail 1, that the stop element 31 of the middle rail can be guided past the stop element 30 of the carcass rail, in an analogous manner as in Fig. 13 shown.
- the carcass rail 1 and the pull-out rail 3 are formed the same as in the first embodiment.
- the adjusting part 29 has a fork-shaped portion 54, which in the blocking position of the actuating part 29, a hub 55 of the auxiliary roller 10, which is formed as a projecting collar, c. Fig. 26 , And in the release position of the actuator 29, this hub 55 releases.
- the setting member 29 is again displaced in the longitudinal direction of the center rail 2, wherein it is preferably locked in its two end positions (eg., By a locking and guide pin 59 which passes through a slot 37 of the adjusting member 29).
- the shift from the release position to the blocking position is in turn automatically upon complete retraction of the center rail 2 into the carcass rail 1, by starting a stop surface 39 of the actuating part 29 on the counter-stop 40 of the carcass rail first
- FIG. 29-32 Another embodiment of the invention is in the Fig. 29-32 shown.
- the adjusting member 29 is again in the longitudinal direction of the center rail 2 between its blocking position ( FIGS. 29 and 30 ) and its release order ( Fig. 31 ) displaceable. It interacts here with a separate system part 56.

Description
The invention relates to a differential extension guide for pull-out furniture parts, especially drawers, to be attached to the furniture body carcass rail, a center rail and a pull-out furniture part pull-out rail on both sides of the extendable furniture part, wherein at least on the middle rail load-transmitting rollers are rotatably supported, via which the rails between an inserted and an extended state of the differential extension guide are mutually displaceable, and the extension of the middle rail from the carcass rail is limited by in the fully extended state of Differentialausziehführung abutting stop elements, which are arranged on the one hand on the carcass rail and on the other hand on the middle rail or parts connected thereto , and for releasing and inhibiting a disengagement of the center rail from the carcass rail and an insertion of the center rail in the carcass rail at d he middle rail is an adjusting member between a release position and a locking position adjustable.
Pull-out guides, which have a center rail with a load-transmitting differential role and in which the center rail moves during Auszieh- and insertion process at half the speed of the pull-out rail and thus always covers half the distance of the pull-out, are also referred to as differential separations. Such differential extracts are known in different embodiments. In each case, the pull-out rail rests on a downwardly facing track on the differential roller and the differential roller rolls on an upwardly facing track of a fixed carcass, wherein a portion of the weight of the pull-out rail and the load carried by it is transmitted via the differential roller on the carcass rail , The differential role is this rotatably mounted on the center rail with a vertical Verstellspiel. This can be realized, for example, in the way that the differential role with radial play is rotatably mounted on a mounted on the center rail axis. It is also known to support the axis of the differential roller on a swivel lever pivotally mounted on the center rail. Also, an axleless storage of the differential role of the center rail with a corresponding game is known.
Compared to the so-called telescopic extensions, which is also a full statement or overdraw allow the differential statements on a much better refinement on. There are also known in the manner of a telescopic extension pullers are known in which further rotatably mounted on the center rail, elastic, frictionally engaging the carcass and pull-out rail driving role is present to achieve a differential run of the rails.
The acting between the middle rail and the carcase rail stop members are usually usually fixed in differential drains and to insert the middle rail in the carcass rail or unmount from this, the carcass rail is pivoted about a horizontal axis extending parallel to the extension axis and with its upper longitudinal edge in the Carcass rail inserted, then swung back again, so that the lower longitudinal edge is inserted into the carcase rail. The disadvantage here is that the carcass rail to allow such threading of the center rail can not be formed continuously C-shaped. The necessary recesses worsen the lateral guiding characteristics for the respective rollers of the center rail.

The object of the invention is to provide a differential extension of the type mentioned, which allows a compact design with a good lateral guidance of the load-transmitting rollers and which is characterized by ease of use when inserting the center rail in the carcass rail and when unmounting the center rail from the carcass rail. According to the invention, this is achieved by a differential extension guide with the features of claim 1.
In a differential extension guide according to the invention, the middle rail is inserted into the carcass rail from the front, ie, the middle rail is threaded in the longitudinal direction of the rails in the carcass rail, wherein the center rail is tilted relative to the carcass rail to bring the cooperating stop elements past each other. Here is a mounted on the middle rail actuator in its release position.
Advantageously, a differential extension guide according to the invention allows a very compact construction and a particularly simple assembly process of the center rail in the carcass rail. The dismantling process is easy to carry out.
The actuating part is preferably arranged in the region of the rear end of the middle rail at this.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention is on the middle rail, preferably in the region of its front end, further mounted a securing part between a release position and a locking position, which serves to Aushänggesicherung the pull-out of the center rail by tilting the Ausziehschiene in its blocking position blocked the center rail so that cooperating stop elements of the pull-out rail and the center rail, which limit the extension of the pull-out, can not be passed by each other. In contrast, in the release position of the security part, the pull-out rail can be inserted into the middle rail or removed from it completely. Preferably, the adjustment of the security part is carried out automatically in its blocking position when the pull-out rail attached to a drawer is completely inserted into the center rail.
When this document is referred to as "front" and "rear", this refers to the situation with respect to the pull-out direction of the pull-out guide, d. H. a further forward part is closer to the pull-out end of the pull-out guide than a lower-lying part.

The rails 1 - 3 are differentially guided, ie the
In the embodiment of the invention shown, the remaining load-transmitting rollers 7 - 11 are also mounted on the

In lying between the

At a further described in detail below, in the embodiment shown in the region of the rear end of the
Thus, the adjusting

The counter-stop 40 of the carcass rail 1 also prevents the further displacement of the

On the adjusting
