Claims (6)
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung in einer Webmaschine zur Randbildung oder zum Leno-Litzenweben an einem Tuchrand, von der Art, bei der zwei kleine Köpfchen (L1, L2), die mit entsprechenden zueinander parallelen Stäben (M) verblockt die Position von zwei einander entsprechenden Anordnungen der Kettfäden steuern, wobei die Stäbe (M) in einer alternierenden und symmetrischen gestreckten Bewegung von einem Elektromotor (1) angetrieben werden, der ein Paar von Antriebsstangen (A1, A2) parallel zu den Stäben (M) steuert und mit diesen ohne Längsspiel verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (1) alternierende Drehbewegungen ausführt und die Stangen (A1, A2) durch ein System von Strängen (3) steuert, die ohne Spiel an den Stangen (A1, A2) fixiert sind und über wenigstens eine Antriebsscheibe (2), die mit dem Motor (1) koaxial ist und mit dessen Abtriebswelle verkeilt ist, in Bewegung gebracht werden, wobei die Stränge (3) auf der Antriebsscheibe (2) in einem abrollenden Zustand ohne Gleiten ruhen.
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Scheibe (2) zwei parallele Kerben aufweist und das System von Strängen aus einem Paar von flexiblen und nichtdehnbaren Seilen (3) besteht, die beide von einer jeweiligen Kerbe der Scheibe (2) aufgenommen werden und an dieser in einer zentralen Position des Seiles in einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Scheibenpositionen gesichert sind, wobei die freien Enden jeder der Seile (3) ohne Spiel an einem Paar von oberen und unteren Verankerungsorten (4, 5) jeweils an den Stangen gesichert sind.
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei jedes der Seile (3) aus zwei Halbseilen (3', 3"), die zwei ösenförmige scheibenseitige Enden aufweisen, wobei die Enden (in 8) durch Schraubmittel an der lateralen Fläche der Scheiben (2) außerhalb der Kerbe, die das Halbseil (3', 3") aufnimmt, gesichert sind.
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die beiden Kerben der Scheiben (2) ausgeschnittene Abschnitte ihrer inneren Begrenzungswände in diametral einander gegenüberliegenden Scheibenpositionen haben, die zum Aufnehmen der Endlängen der Halbseile (3', 3 "), die aus den Kerben kommen und in Richtung auf die Schraubenbefestigungsmittel verlaufen, eingerichtet sind, wobei die Befestigungsmittel in entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (6, 7), die an der lateralen Fläche der Scheiben (2) ausgebildet sind, aufgenommen werden und in Kommunikation mit den ausgeschnittenen Bereichen der Innenwandung der Kerben sind.
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei während der alternierenden Drehbewegung der Scheiben (2) die Stangen konstant tangential zu dem Außenumfang der Scheiben (2) bleiben.
- Kettfadenwebeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, wobei der Elektromotor auf einer Trägerbasis montiert ist, die mit Schnellbefestigungsmitteln an einer willkürlichen Position auf einem Webmaschinenquerelement ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Stützbasis frei von festen Führungselementen ist, die die Steuerstangen längs führen.
