Claims (13)
- Reguliervorrichtung für eine Uhr, die eine Unruh (1), eine Spiralfeder (2), die auf der Achse der Unruh (1) gelagert ist, ein Spiralklötzchen (5) und ein Mittel (7) zum Befestigen des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) am Spiralklötzchen (5) umfasst, wobei das Befestigungsmittel ein elastisches Klemmbefestigungsorgan (7) umfasst, das fest mit dem Spiralklötzchen (5) verbunden und geeignet ist, das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) aufzunehmen und zu klemmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Klemmbefestigungsorgan (7) eine Klemme ist, deren Backen (8, 9) sich zwischen ihrem Ende in der Nähe des Spiralklötzchens (5) und ihrem freien Ende (13a) im Wesentlichen entlang der Längsrichtung des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) erstrecken, wobei zumindest die eine der Backen (8, 9) elastisch verformbar ist.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Klemmbefestigungsorgan (7) auf dem Spiralklötzchen (5) aufgepresst ist.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Klemmbefestigungsorgan (7) angepasst ist, um das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) nur an bestimmten Punkten (10, 11, 13) zu berühren.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder zumindest die eine der elastischen Backen (9) eine wechselnde Breite aufweist, damit die Beanspruchungen, die das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) auf sie ausübt, auf im Wesentlichen gleichmäßige Weise verteilt sind.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder zumindest die eine der elastischen Backen (9) angepasst ist, um das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) nur an ihrem freien Ende (13) zu berühren, und dadurch, dass die Breite dieser elastischen Backe (9) von ihrem Ende (13a), das am nächsten am Spiralklötzchen (5) liegt, zu ihrem freien Ende (13) hin abnimmt.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste (9) der Backen der Klemme (7) angepasst ist, um mit einer geneigten Ebene (16) des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) zusammenzuwirken, und eine zweite (8) der Backen der Klemme (7) angepasst ist, um mit einem Anschlag (15) des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) zusammenzuwirken, wobei das Zusammenwirken der ersten Backe (9) und der geneigten Ebene (16) dazu neigt, den Anschlag (15) derart gegen die zweite Backe (8) zu halten, dass die Längsstellung des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) in der Klemme (7) gesperrt ist.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Backe (9) der Klemme (7) elastisch verformbar ist und die zweite Backe (8) der Klemme (7) im Wesentlichen starr ist.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner mindestens ein Plättchen (20) umfasst, das an einer Seite der Klemme (7) befestigt ist und die Öffnung der Klemme (7) auf dieser Seite zumindest teilweise schließt.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) aufgrund der Tatsache, dass seine Breite größer ist als diejenige des Rests des Blatts, das die Spiralfeder (2) bildet, im Wesentlichen starr ist.
- Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Klemmbefestigungsorgan (7) aus einem Material ausgeführt ist, das ein Elastizitätsmodul und/oder eine Elastizitätsgrenze aufweist, die höher sind als diejenigen des Materials, aus dem die Spiralfeder (2) ausgeführt ist.
- Uhrwerk, das eine Reguliervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst.
- Uhrspiralfeder für eine Reguliervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 9, wenn er vom Anspruch 6 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Ende (6) der Spiralfeder (2) eine geneigte Ebene (16), die angepasst ist, um mit einer ersten der Backen der Klemme (7) zusammenzuwirken, und einen Anschlag (15) aufweist, der angepasst ist, um mit einer zweiten (8) der Backen der Klemme (7) zusammenzuwirken, damit das Zusammenwirken der ersten Backe (9) und der geneigten Ebene (16) dazu neigt, den Anschlag (15) derart gegen die zweite Backe (8) zu halten, dass die Längsstellung des äußeren Endes (6) der Spiralfeder (2) in der Klemme (7) gesperrt ist.
- Uhrspiralfeder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr äußeres Ende (6) aufgrund der Tatsache, dass seine Breite größer ist als diejenige des Rests des Blatts, das die Spiralfeder (2) bildet, im Wesentlichen starr ist.
