Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressanordnung zur Entwässerung oder Glättung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben mit wenigstens einem, von einer Press- (1) und einer Gegenwalze (3) gebildeten Pressspalt, deren Achsen (8,9) zumindest an einem Walzenende in separaten Supportteilen (2,4) gelagert sind, wobei die Presswalze (1) einen rotierenden Walzenmantel (11) besitzt, der über ein Anpresselement (10) zur Gegenwalze (3) gedrückt wird und die gegenüberliegenden Supportteile (2,4) wenigstens eines Walzenendes über ein oder mehrere Verbindungselemente (5) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Dabei soll die Belastung der Verbindungselemente (5) dadurch vermindert werden, dass die Verbindungselemente (5) zumindest in einem, vorzugsweise in beiden Supportteilen (2,4) gelenkig gelagert sind.
