    (d) a rebate (26) is implemented between the frame (2) and the sash (23), and at least one or more electromechanical or electromagnetic locking elements (8 - 9) are arranged and distributed in or on the rebate (26), which locking elements bridge the rebate (26) and are used for the purpose of locking the sash (23) on the frame (2) in the closed position of the window,
    (e) a control unit, which is designed for activating the functional elements and also for activating the locking elements,
    characterized in that
    (f) the at least one functional element is a coupling element (10, 11, 12), which is wireless or is activatable via electrical lines, wherein these coupling elements are designed for the purpose of coupling the fittings (4, 5, 6, 7) into and out of their functional settings, and
    (g) the frame (2) and the sash (23) are implemented without pushrods.
  2. The turn-tilt window according to Claim 1, characterized in that respectively one of the functional elements (10, 11, 12) is assigned to the tilt bearing (5) and the rotational strip (6).
  3. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the functional elements act as couplings, which couple the tilt bearing (5) and the rotational strip (6) into and out of a functional setting, in which these fittings act as a swivel joint.
  4. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by an operating unit for activating the functional elements (10 to 12) and the locking elements (8,9).
  5. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a handle (13) arranged on the sash (23) is provided as the operating unit, which handle has a grip part, which is movable - in particular pivotable - on the sash (23) into various grip positions, which correspond to different operating positions of the sash, wherein the handle (13) has switch elements and/or sensors.
  6. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is connected in a wireless manner or via electrical lines to the locking elements (8-12) for the sash (23) and/or to the functional elements for the fittings (4, 5, 6, 7) and/or to an electromechanical drive device for opening and closing the sash (23).
  7. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is not connected to the locking elements (8, 9) and/or the fittings via mechanical elements, such as a gearing.
  8. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is designed for manually opening and closing the sash.
  9. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is assigned an electrical monitoring device for detecting the grip position of the handle (13).
  10. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle is connected in a wireless manner or via an electrical line to the monitoring unit and/or the control unit.
  11. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by an extension device (7) for delimiting the tilting or rotational mobility of the sash (3).
  12. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the extension device (7) is assigned the electromechanical drive for opening and closing the window.
  13. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the extension device (7) is assigned one of the functional elements (10, 11, 12).
  14. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is connected in a wireless manner or via at least one data line to the control and/or monitoring unit.
  15. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (13) is assigned, directly on the sash (23), an electronic circuit, in particular the control and monitoring unit.
  16. The turn-tilt window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electronic circuit of the handle (3) is arranged in a grip housing, in particular like a collar.
  17. The window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sash (23) is implemented as frameless.
  18. The window according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the sash (23) has a sash frame.
  19. The window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame is implemented as peripheral.
  20. The window according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that electromechanical components are provided as the locking elements, which displace a component such as a locking bolt electromechanically into a locking position and transfer it in a spring-actuated manner into the open position.
