Abstract

Il est constitué d'un corps de chauffage (1) fabriqué en matière résistante à la corrosion et aux températures élevées, de même qu'en métal recouvert par de la céramique ou de l'acier inoxydable, à entrée cylindrique et à fond en forme de calotte sphérique, autour duquel, au niveau de la zone haute extérieur, se trouve une résistance blindée, ou couverture chauffante (2), dont l'action provoque le chauffage du corps de chauffage dont l'espace intérieur abrite la ballon à chauffer. Le dit corps de chauffage possède un rebord supérieur, en forme de bague circulaire (3), qui se trouve serré entre deux anneaux circulaires plats (4-5) fabriqués en matière à forte capacité d'isolation thermique ; une couverture supérieure (6) dont l'orifice circulaire central coïncide parfaitement avec l'entrée du corps de chauffage (1). Dans l'intérieur il y a un écran isolant (8) qui entoure la totalité du corps de chauffage (1), sur les côtés et par en dessous, tout l'espace intérieur de l'appareil étant rempli de laine ou d'un morceau de matériau d'isolation thermique (9). Il comprend un module électronique de commande (11), actionné depuis l'extérieur (11a).
