Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von fälschungssicherem Wertpapier, umfassend den Einsatz von einem Faden (1) auf das Netz (2) des Zylinders (3) einer Papiermaschine, die Entwässerung der Papierzellstoffschichten (4), die in einem Bad (5) gebildet sind, und deren Pressen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Faden (1) der Erfindung ein Faden (1) in Form von einem unendlichen Band verwendet wird, hergestellt aus einem metallisierten Kunststoff, und der ein Kern (15) hat, der eine Oberflächenhaftbeschichtung und seitliche Elemente in Form von Flügeln (16) mit einer haftenden Beschichtung aufweist, wobei der Kern (15) Schutzinformation trägt, die visuell prüfbar oder maschinenlesbar ist, ringförmige, kontinuierliche und/oder intermittierenden Schlitze (6), die geneigte Wände aufweisen, über die Länge des Netzzylinders (3), vor dem Aufbringen des Fadens (1) darauf, gefertigt sind, und die Breiten des Schlitzbodens (7) im angemessenen Verhältnis zu der Breite des Fadenkerns (9) gefertigt sind, und bei dem Einsatz des Fadens (1) er in Kontakt mit einem Schlitz (6) gebracht werden soll, vor dem Zeitpunkt der Netzkontaktierung mit dem Papierbrei (4) im Bad (5), bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung des festen Sitzes des Fadenkerns an den Schlitzböden, um den Fadenkern (15) auf dem Papieroberfläche (17) zu fixieren, die Flügel nach oben aufgrund der geneigten Wände des Schlitzes angehoben sind, und die Flügel (16) in dem Papierstoff beim Entwässern während der Stufen der Gestaltung und des Pressens befestigt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von fälschungssichem Wertpapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Einsatz des Fadens (1) er in Kontakt mit einem Schlitz (6) gebracht werden soll, nach dem Zeitpunkt der Netzkontaktierung mit dem Papierbrei (4) im Bad (5) und in dem Papierbrei (4), und dabei die Bildung der primären Papierstoffschicht auf der Netzoberfläche und auf dem Schlitz (6) sichergestellt wird, der Fadenkern (9) an der unteren Schicht und innerhalb des Papierstoffs angeordnet wird, die Flügel (16) nach oben aufgrund der geneigten Wände des Schlitzes angehoben werden, und die Flügel (16) in der Papieroberfläche (17) beim Entwässern während der Stufen der Gestaltung und des Pressens befestigt werden, und die angezeigte Flügel (16) durch thermoplastische Haftung zwischen der Fadenbeschichtung und der Papierfasern befestigt werden.
- Wertpapier, das gemäß dem Verfahren der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 hergestellt ist.
