- the gas tap of the present invention includes a transfer movement device 40 adapted to convert a displacement of said shaft 2 in the first direction D1, to the inside of the member 22, into a displacement of the regulation element 4 in the second direction D2, to its open position.
- the aforementioned movement transfer device 40 comprises an intermediate member 10 adapted to slide in the second direction D2, aligned with the spindle 5 of the regulation element 4, inside the aforementioned conduit 11, which, in this example, is disposed downstream of said ring-shaped seating 9 and upstream of the housing 24 of the flow control member 1.

Claims (3)
- Gasflusshahn für einen Gasbrenner, welcher umfasst:- ein Durchflusssteuerungsglied (1), welches durch eine Achse (2) gedreht wird, wobei diese Achse (2) axial in eine erste Richtung (D1) durch dieses Durchflusssteuerungsglied (1) hindurch beweglich ist;- ein vor oder nach dem Durchflusssteuerungsglied (1) angeordnetes Sicherheitsventil (3) mit einem Regulierungselement (4) auf einer Spindel (5), das in eine zweite Richtung (D2), die anders ist als die erste Richtung, axial beweglich ist, eine erste Feder (6), die so angeordnet ist, dass sie dieses Regulierungselement (4) in eine geschlossene Stellung gegen eine ringförmige Sitzfläche (9) drückt, und einen Elektromagneten (7), der so angepasst ist, dass er über ein Thermoelement versorgt wird, um das Regulierungselement (4) in einer offenen Stellung zu halten und somit die Wirkung der erste Feder (6) auszuschalten; und- eine Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsübertragung (40), das so angepasst ist, dass es eine Verlagerung dieser Achse (2) in die oben genannte erste Richtung (DI) in eine Verschiebung des Regulierungselements (4) in die oben genannte zweite Richtung (D2) in seine offene Stellung umwandelt,
wobei diese Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsübertragung (40) ein Zwischenglied (10) umfasst, das in der Lage ist, in die zweite Richtung (D2) zu gleiten, ausgerichtet an der Spindel (5) innerhalb eines Kanals (11), der vor oder nach der ringförmigen Sitzfläche (9) angeordnet ist, wobei ein erstes Ende (10a) dieses Zwischenglieds (10) so angeordnet ist, dass es von der Achse (2) oder von einem Glied der Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsübertragung (40) in Berührung mit der Achse (2) gedrückt werden kann, ein zweites Ende (10b) so, dass es das Regulierungselement (4) in Berührung mit einem mittleren Teil darauf drückt, was die Wirkung der ersten Feder (6) aufhebt, und mindestens ein Längsdurchgang (10c) vorhanden ist, der es dem Gas ermöglicht, durch diesen Kanal (11) zu strömen, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsübertragung (40) außerdem eine erste kegelförmige Fläche (12) umfasst, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie von der Achse (2) gegen das erste Ende (10a) des Zwischenglieds (10) gedrückt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am ersten Ende (10a) eine schiefe Ebene (13) entsteht, an der die erste kegelförmige Fläche (12) gegen die Achse (2) gedrückt wird. - Gasflusshahn gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Zwischenglied (10) einen dreiarmigen, sternförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, so dass einer der genannten Kanäle (10c) zwischen jeweils zwei Armen gebildet wird, eine Längsprojektion (8), parallel zur zweiten Richtung (D2), am Ende eines jeden Arms des Zwischenglieds (10) definiert wird, und Rillen (27) im Kanal (11) gebildet werden und als Führung für die Projektionen (8) dienen, um die Verschiebung des Zwischenglieds (10) zuzulassen und seine Drehung zu unterbinden.
- Gasflusshahn gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsübertragung (40) eine Stange (14) umfasst, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie in die erste Richtung (D1) gleiten kann, wobei diese Stange (14) ein erstes Ende (14a) besitzt, das so angeordnet ist, dass es von der Achse (2) gedrückt wird, und ein zweites Ende (14b), mit dem die erste kegelförmige Fläche (12), die gegen die schiefe Ebene (13) zeigt, verbunden ist, wobei die kegelförmige Fläche (12) in ein Teil (16) integriert ist, die am zweiten Ende (14b) der Stange (14) befestigt ist, und das Teil (16) Kanäle (28) umfasst, die es dem Gas ermöglichen, innen durch das Durchflusssteuerungsglied (1) zu strömen.
