Description

The invention relates to a gangway made of sheet steel for scaffoldings, working platforms, brackets, podiums and the like, in particular for overlapping bridging of horizontal treads having scaffolding floors of modular or system scaffolds, for example, for bridging Aufstell- or arrangement areas on building corners and / or gaps of or in wall areas, in particular those in which no, the module or system framework corresponding, standardized attachment of running boards is possible, which has a tread, are provided on the longitudinal edges formed by folding longitudinal edge spars, each at least a stiffening profile formed by bending, which preferably extends substantially over the entire length of the gangplank and having at their end faces fixed to the tread and the longitudinal edge spars connected end profiles made of metal, which extends substantially over the entire Br Extend page of the gangplank and preferably have a height, the clear width between the bottom of the tread forming steel sheet and each at least corresponds to a stiffening profile, wherein the end profiles and the longitudinal edge spars form a frame, and wherein in each case at least one of the stiffening profiles of the respective longitudinal-edge spar to form a, preferably approximately parallel to the tread, inwardly extending bottom. Wall portion is folded, from each of which in the space between the longitudinal-edge-spars extending vertical wall portion of the respective stiffening profile, preferably perpendicular, is folded, from each of which a further, each outwardly extending wall portion of the respective stiffening profile is folded , By "folding" in the sense of this patent right bending, folding and / or bending and the like, preferably by means of bending, bending and / or Rollform devices understood, ie in the broadest sense, a reshaping of steel sheets.

When erecting scaffolding, in particular of so-called system or modular scaffoldings, installation or arrangement areas may be present, for example in the area of corners of buildings in which standardized fixing of scaffold floors is not possible and / or in which gaps of or in Wall areas are to be bridged or be providable with accessible scaffolding elements. In such areas, for example, the scaffolding floors are arranged in their end regions overlapping and obliquely one above the other in order to be able to provide a continuous running surface at a desired distance from the building wall.

As bridging floors wooden planks are often used. However, such wooden planks have only a limited weathering stability and their slip resistance, especially when it rains, is not satisfactory. Also, such wooden planks can not meet increased demands on the fire load. Apart from that, there is always the danger in welding work that such wooden planks can catch fire.

Therefore, it is desirable to be able to use bridging or supplementary floors made of metal, in particular steel and / or aluminum. Such bridging or supplementary floors must be secured against lifting and mutual displacement for safety reasons. For this purpose, DE 203 18 090 U1 has proposed a fastening bolt with an elastic and flexible recess-edge-engagement element, which can be plugged through recesses in the running surfaces of at least two scaffold floors, so that they are secured against displacement relative to each other. To avoid repetition and for the sake of simplicity, DE 203 18 090 U1 is incorporated in full here. The bridging curbs known from this patent have U-shaped longitudinal stiffening bars. The bending and torsional stiffness as well as the manageability of such bridging running boards can be improved.

For the construction of modular or system scaffolds particular runways made of sheet steel, for example, from DE 29 16 826 C2 become known. Such steel sheet rolling planks have been used successfully for many years. Especially in applications in the above-mentioned bridging areas and the requirements there, however, these, long-known previously steel sheet rails seem to be improved.

GB 2047317 A beschreibt eine Laufplanke mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.GB 2047317 A describes a gangplank having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a gangplank made of sheet steel, which is easy to manufacture and which is easy and safe to handle with an advantageous bending and torsional rigidity and favorable corrosion protection options, even when gripping with gloves.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1, in particular by the fact that the further wall part of the respective stiffening profile is formed in each case as one or with an obliquely outwards and away from the running surface extending or extending edge-Hintergreif-part.

According to an advantageous embodiment variant, provision may be made for the edge-engagement part to be designed with a plane, rear-engagement oblique surface extending essentially over its entire width. This allows a simple and cost-effective production and a low weight of the gangplank and convenient rear grip ratios, so that a simple and safe handling is possible.

For this purpose, it can be provided according to a particularly advantageous embodiment variant that the edge-engagement part is designed substantially straight over its entire width.

It may also be particularly advantageous if the edge-engagement part extends to the bottom wall part. As a result, an advantageous rigidity of the gangplank and a simple and secure gripping by hand can be achieved.

According to a further embodiment, it can advantageously be provided that substantially no gap or only a small gap is formed between the outer edge or the free end of the edge-engagement part and this or this respective opposite wall part of the stiffening profile, so that the risk of injury or pinching of the fingers of a person handling the gangplank in this area is prevented or excluded.

These advantages can be achieved in a special way in that the edge-engagement part preferably rests with its free end on the inside of the lower wall part.

According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, it may be provided that the longitudinal edge spars have a height which is smaller than 60 mm, and it may be particularly advantageous if the height of the longitudinal edge spars is about 45 mm. This can be achieved in a special way a safe, lateral gripping the running boards by hand, even with gloves in conjunction with a low weight of the gangplank.

According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, it may further be provided that the clear height of the stiffening profile is greater than 0.3 times the height of the longitudinal edge spars, in particular about one third of the height of the longitudinal edge spars. This allows a particularly large flexural and torsional stiffness of the barrier, with still advantageous grip options by hand, from the inside to the stiffening profile of the gangplank.

The gangplank can be made particularly inexpensive if the longitudinal edge spars and the wall parts forming the stiffening profiles are folded by means of roll forming.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, it may be provided that the closure profiles are designed free of Einhängehilfsmitteln, in particular free of hooks. As a result, the danger of tripping can be reduced in the area of the end edges of the running planks, and the running planks can be grasped by hand at any desired points along the end profiles by hand, which is particularly advantageous in the case of scaffolding erection and dismantling.

It is understood that the measures described above can be combined as desired within the scope of the invention.

Further advantages, features and aspects of the invention are the following description part can be removed, is described in the advantageous embodiment of the invention with reference to the figures.

The running board 20 shown in the figures made of sheet steel 30 has a running surface 21, on the longitudinal edges 22.1, 22.2 formed by folding longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 are provided. These have at their facing away from the tread 21 ends each at least one by folding (bent 37.1) formed stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2. The gangplank 20 further has at its end faces, of which only one end face 26 is shown in the figures, fixed here by welding (welds 59.1, 59.2, 59.3, Figure 3) with the tread 21 and with the two longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 connected end profiles 27 made of metal, preferably also made of sheet steel, on.

The end profiles 27 extend substantially over the entire width 28 of the gangplank 20 and here have a height 29 which corresponds to the clear width 32 between the bottom 31 of the tread 21 forming steel sheet 30 and the respective at least one stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2, so that the end profiles 27 and the longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 form a frame 33.

The tread 21 is on the one hand to improve the slip resistance and on the other hand to allow easy drainage of liquids, provided with a plurality of here designed as circular holes recesses 47, 48. The Ausnehmungsränder 51 of the recesses 47 are bent upwards, while the Ausnehmungsränder 52 of the recesses 48 are bent downwards (Fig. 3). The arrangement and design of the recesses 47 and 48 shown at the same time causes an advantageous stiffening of the tread 21 and thus the entire gangplank 20th

The longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 are each designed with an upper spar profile 53.1, 53.2 and a lower spar profile 54.1, 54.2 and a respective inwardly bent vertical leg 61.1, 61.2, which are arranged approximately perpendicular to the tread 21. The respective upper beam profile 53.1, 53.2 is in each case designed with an upper profile part 62.1, 62.2, which is designed substantially straight over its entire width and consequently is formed in each case with a plane surface. This surface lies with the upper recess edges 51 of the recesses 47 in a common plane plane.

It is an essential feature of the invention that the gangplank 20 with the exception of the end profiles 27 is integrally formed of sheet steel and that the longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 and the stiffening profiles 25.1, 25.2 with their wall parts 34.1, 34.2; 38.1, 38.2 and 39.1, 39.2 is made of bent sheet steel. These profile parts are preferably produced by roll forming.

The each of the longitudinal-edge Holmen 23.1, 23.2 folded inward (bevel 37.1) stiffening profiles 25.1, 25.2 each consist of one of the respective longitudinal-edge spar 23.1, 23.2 and its lower beam profile 54.1, 54.2 bent inwards (fold 37.1) sub-wall part 34.1, 34.2, one of them approximately vertically upwards, ie towards the underside 31 of the tread 21 forming sheet steel 30 bent (folded edge 37.2) vertical wall portion 38.1, 38.2 and each of an obliquely outwardly and away from the tread 21 away, bevelled (edge 37.3), as an edge-Hintergreif part 40.1, 40.2 formed further wall portion 39.1, 39.2. The respective sub-wall part 34.1, 34.2 of the stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2 is designed substantially straight over its entire width 34.1, 34.2, that is, it has in each case lower planar support surfaces. Similarly, the respective vertical wall portion 38.1, 38.2 of the respective stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2 is designed substantially straight over its entire width or height, so that laterally opposite, respectively planar surfaces are formed.

The edge-engaging parts 40.1, 40.2 are each designed identically, so that below the common reference numeral 40 is used. The edge-engagement portion 40 is designed with a plane extending substantially over its entire width 41 plan engaging inclined surface 42 and substantially over its entire width 41 straight. The edge-engagement portion 40 preferably extends to the respective lower wall portion 34.1, 34.2 and lies with its free end 43 on the inner side 44 of the respective lower wall portion 34.1, 34.2. It is understood that the wall portion 39.1, 39.2 in the area where it rests against the wall portion 34.1, 34.2, can also be folded upwards or outwards or downwards or inwards.

The longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2 have a height 45, which is about 45 mm here. According to an essential feature of the invention, the clear height 46 of the stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2 is greater than 0.3 times the height 45 of the longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2, in particular about one third of the height 45 of the longitudinal edge spars 23.1, 23.2. In the preferred embodiment shown in the figures, the respective stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2 has a height of about 14 to 16 mm, preferably 15 mm.

The end profiles 27 are designed here as a U-profile. This includes an end leg 58 and one of each bent at a right angle lower leg 56 and thigh 57 (Fig. 3). The height 29 of the end profile 27 corresponding to the distance between the lower leg 56 and the thigh 57 corresponds to the clear width 32 or the distance 55 between the underside 31 of the steel plate 30 forming the running surface 21 and the respective stiffening profile 25.1, 25.2, in this case its bending 37.3. As a result, the end profile 27, as shown in particular in FIGS. 1 and 3, can be inserted between the steel sheet 30 forming the running surface 21 and the stiffening profiles 25.1 and 25.2. In this case, the forehead leg 58 is preferably left protruding by a small distance. The end profile 27 is fixed, here by welding (shit seams 59.1, 59.2, 59.3) both with the tread 21 forming sheet steel 30 and with the respective reinforcing profile 25.1, 25.2 forming steel sheet 30 is connected.

It is understood that instead of that shown in the figures and extending substantially the entire length the strut 20 extending stiffening profiles 25.1, 25.2 also shorter but cross-section correspondingly shaped stiffening profiles may be used, wherein at the respective ends of the gangplank in each case a further stiffening profile may be provided, for example in the form of approximately perpendicular to the respective longitudinal edge spar 23.1 , 23.2 inside bent leg. Then either end profiles 27 can be used, as shown in the figures and described above, or end profiles with a correspondingly greater height can be used, so that in turn their thighs on the bottom 31 of the tread 21 forming sheet steel 30 abuts, while the lower leg on the inside of the at the lower end of the respective longitudinal edge spar 23.1, 23.2 inwardly bent leg abuts and there are fixed, preferably fixed by welding.
