Claims (7)

  1. Outil de sertissage (1), pour relier des pièces d'oeuvre de forme tubulaire, avec au moins deux mâchoires de sertissage (2), se raccordant l'une à l'autre en direction périphérique, assurant un guidage autour d'un premier axe (3), les mâchoires de sertissage étant déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre dans des directions perpendiculaires au premier axe (3), et présentant, une fois regroupées, une surface de sertissage (4) pratiquement fermée lorsqu'on est à la position finale de sertissage, la surface de sertissage devant être ouverte, pour mettre en place et prélever l'outil de sertissage (1) lorsqu'un intervalle d'ouverture (5) est créé entre deux premières mâchoires de sertissage (2a), où, à l'exception de l'intervalle d'ouverture (5) libre entre les deux premières mâchoires de sertissage (2a), les mâchoires de sertissage (2) raccordées les unes aux autres sont directement reliées ensemble, par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de liaison (6), fixés, avec possibilité de pivotement, sur chacune des mâchoires de sertissage (2), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (6) présentent, aux deux extrémités, des zones de palier (6a) et les mâchoires de sertissage (2) présentent des évidements (7), le contour extérieur des zones de palier (6a) et le contour intérieur des évidements (7), observés dans des plans de coupe perpendiculaires au premier axe (3), étant en forme de cercle partiel, et les sections transversales des évidements (7) et des zones de palier (6a) étant adaptées les unes aux autres, au sens de la formation d'un palier de pivotement.
  2. Outil de sertissage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones de palier (6a) des éléments de liaison (6) sont à introduire, transversalement à la direction périphérique, dans les évidements (7), et des éléments de maintien (8) sont à fixer sur les éléments de liaison (6) et/ou sur les mâchoires de sertissage (2), afin de maintenir les zones de palier (6a) dans les évidements (7) et, en particulier, de fournir une surface de sertissage (4) sans aucun décalage.
  3. Outil de sertissage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (6) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
  4. Outil de sertissage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (7) comprennent une première ouverture (7a), guidant hors de la mâchoire de sertissage (2), pour permettre le passage de l'élément de liaison (6) et pour assurer une plage de pivotement.
  5. Outil de sertissage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la première ouverture (7a) est réalisée sur une face frontale de la mâchoire de sertissage (2), qui est tournée vers la face frontale de la mâchoire de sertissage (2) raccordée.
  6. Outil de sertissage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'aux éléments de liaison (6) sont associés des éléments élastiques (10), maintenant l'outil de sertissage (1) dans la forme fermée, le cas échéant des ressorts de choc ou des ressorts à lame étant insérés radialement, à l'extérieur des éléments de liaison (6), entre les mâchoires de sertissage (2).
  7. Outil de sertissage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des appendices de couplage (11), dans lesquels des leviers d'entraînement (11) sont susceptible d'être insérés, pour produire une mise sous serrage ou une mise sous compression, sont réalisés sur les deux premières mâchoires de sertissage (2a).
