Sur la figure 1, on voit un déclencheur électromagnétique à haute sensibilité destiné à être intégré à un interrupteur différentiel. Ce déclencheur comporte une armature A en forme de U et une palette pivotante 1. Cette armature A est formée par une base 2 et deux ailes 5,6. La palette 1 est articulée sur l'extrémité 8 de l'une 6 des ailes 5,6 de l'armature A, et en position armée du déclencheur D, ladite palette 1 vient s'appliquer sur les extrémités 7,8 des ailes 5,6 constituant deux surfaces polaires. Autour de l'une des ailes de l'armature A, est enfilée la carcasse d'une bobine B. Un aimant permanent P de polarisation de l'armature A, est intercalé entre lesdites ailes 5,6 pour maintenir la palette 1 en position attirée sur les surfaces polaires 7,8 à l'encontre de la force de rappel d'un ressort 9. Un tel déclencheur est bien connu, et il suffit de rappeler que la libération de la palette 1 est provoquée par une excitation de la bobine annulant l'attraction de la palette 1 par l'aimant permanent, entraînant de ce fait le rappel de la palette 1 dans une position éloignée des surfaces polaires 7,8 de l'armature A par l'intermédiaire du ressort de rappel, ce mouvement de la palette 1 entraînant l'interruption du circuit électrique.
Ce déclencheur D comporte également une lame de réarmement 10 fixée sur la palette 1 au niveau de l'une 12 de ses extrémités opposées 11,12. Les deux extrémités 13,14 de la lame 10 sont en appui sur la palette 1 au niveau des zones polaires 7,8 afin de répartir les forces de réarmement et d'empêcher ainsi la déformation de la palette 1 qui nuit aux propriétés fonctionnelles du déclencheur D. Les évidements 19,20 précités de la lame 10 sont destinés à loger chacun l'une 23 de ces branches 23 de l'armature 6. Les deux pattes 17,18 précitées de la lame 10 comportent chacune une partie angulaire 24,25 formant pivot apte à coopérer avec la face interne 32 des branches précitées 23 et sont logées dans un logement 31 prévu à l'extrémité de ladite aile 6.
L'un 26,27 des bords de chaque évidemment 19,20, situé du côté de l'articulation, constitue une butée arrière 28 apte à limiter le déplacement de la palette 1 vers l'avant, c'est à dire vers le côté opposé à l'articulation. Ainsi est garanti un positionnement optimum de la palette 1 sur son articulation et par rapport aux surfaces polaires 7,8.
Les pattes 17,18 comportent également chacune, sur leur face intérieure, un bossage 29,34 s'étendant en direction de l'axe central de la lame 10 et assurant le positionnement latéral de ladite lame 10.
Ainsi, le positionnement latéral est réalisé par des points sur une surface plate, hors surface polaires et sans entraîner de bavure de découpe.
Cette lame 10 est également prolongée par une partie de forme spécifique 30 destinée à permettre l'accrochage du ressort de rappel précité 9. Cette lame 10 est réalisée dans un matériau choisi pour ses propriétés élastiques, amagnétiques, non corrosives, et soudables au laser.
