- Device for the deburring and/or improving the surface of machined workpieces (W1-W3; W1'-W8'), having at least two oppositely arranged brushing tools (B1, B2), by which a deburring and/or a surface improving of the machined workpiece or the machined workpieces (W1-W3; W1'-W8') can be carried out, and wherein a transportation means with at least one workpiece receiver (3a-3c) through which at least one workpiece (W1-W3; W1'-W8') can be moved between the at least two oppositely arranged brushing tools (B1, B2) of the device (1) is provided, wherein the workpiece receiver (3a-3c; 3) or the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') are arranged rotatingly in the transport means (2), wherein the transport means (2) has a drive means, by which this or these workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') being arranged in the transport means (2) can be driven rotatingly, whose workpiece or the workpieces (W1-W3; W1'-W8') are in engagement with the brushing tools (B1, B2), wherein the drive means (5) for the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') being rotatingly arranged in the transport means (2) only drives those workpiece receivers or workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') which are in working relation with the at least two brushing tools (B1, B2), wherein the distance of the brushing surfaces (B1', B2') of the brushing tools (B1, B2) is smaller then the thickness of the workpiece (W1-W3) to be worked on, so that the workpiece (W1-W3) is kept by the pressure exerted by the brushing tools (B1, B2) in the workpiece receiver (3a-3c; 3') without spanning, and wherein the device (1) has got a sensor arrangement (20) with at least one tactile sensor (20a, 20b), by which the position of at least one brushing tool (B1, B2) can be detected.
- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotation direction and/or the rotation velocity of the transport means (2) and/or of the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') can be inverted.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the brushing tools (B1, B2) are moveable in an axial direction.
- Device according to claim 3, characterized in that at least one brushing tool (B1, B2) is arranged on a carriage.
- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one tactile sensor (20a, 20b) is formed as a tactile sensor having one tactile finger (21 a, 21 b).
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the transport means (2) carries out a circular transport movement of the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3').
- Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the transport means (2) for the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3') has got a transport disc (3), which can be rotatingly driven.
- Device according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the transport means (2) carries out a linear transport movement of the workpiece receivers (3a-3c; 3').
