Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for the hydrodynamic treatment of a certain width having fabric or knitted fabric with a nozzle beam and stored therein nozzle strip with a plurality of closely spaced holes to form a curtain of water during the passage of hard water jets against the yarns and whose crossing points of the fabric od. Like. Are directed. A method applicable to this device and a product obtainable therewith can be taken from EP-B-0 193 078. Depending on the yarn, the individual fibers are not distributed parallel to one another by the water needling, they stick together and do not give the previously known image according to FIG.
It is known to direct the water jets in the direction of the web obliquely against the web, here is to refer to the US 3,214,819, 3,873,255, 5,737,813, 5,806,155 or 6,253,429. But this can not be influenced by the water jets chain and shot of a tissue. This also applies to the solution according to EP-A-0 337 451, according to which the water jets diverge fan-shaped. The neighboring jets of water disturb each other. A further solution to the lateral influence of the fibers has become known in an application for the hydrodynamic treatment of a fiber fleece, namely by WO 2002/034987. The homogenization of the web thickness is effected by obliquely impinging jets of water, which emerge from a normal parallel to the web arranged water bar, but the nozzle strip is provided with holes which extend obliquely to the web. According to Fig. 5 of this WO, the holes can also opposite to the right and left emerge from the water bar, which has the advantage that the web does not move laterally on the supporting endless belt by a one-sided pulse. Applied to a fabric this would give the Treatment of the warp threads. An even distribution of all fibers of a fabric would still not be achieved.
Starting from the device of the type mentioned initially, the invention has for its object to find a device with which all threads of a fabric over its entire length and distribution spreading the fibers can be treated with water jets.
To achieve the object, the invention provides that the displacement, propagation, homogenization and possibly also splitting the fibers of all yarns of the nozzle beam over its length at the same distance, but obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the web and over its entire working width is aligned and in addition all nozzle holes of the nozzle strip not perpendicular, but at an angle oblique and thus the water jets are directed obliquely against the web. Again, it is advantageous if the exiting water jets arranged one behind the other jet bars or nozzle strips are directed against each other to avoid a shift of the fabric web on the supporting endless belt.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- Fig. 5
- Fig. 1
- schematically in plan view a simple warp and weft woven fabric with a transversely extending nozzle bar according to the prior art,
- Fig. 2
- a web with a water jet treatment as it would be desirable
- Fig. 3
- a web with obliquely, but across the working width of the web extending nozzle beam at different angles to the direction,
- Fig. 4
- a web with transverse to the longitudinal direction of the nozzle beam, but with this mounted nozzle strip with obliquely extending in segments nozzle holes,
- Fig. 5
- a web with an inclined nozzle beam, in the nozzle strip two rows of nozzle holes are introduced with oppositely inclined holes, or two nozzle bars, each with only one row of nozzle holes, which are then inclined in opposite directions.
To achieve this technically, according to FIGS. 3 and 5, the nozzle bars 3 'are aligned obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the
It is also advantageous if obliquely oriented and obliquely radiating nozzle bars are combined with nozzle bars whose nozzle strips have holes which are aligned perpendicular to the web. Thus, an example of nozzle bars and associated nozzle strips would make sense, having in the middle obliquely radiating nozzle holes in both directions and before and after a nozzle bar is arranged with nozzle strips, which are aligned as usual perpendicular to the web.
It is also possible according to Fig. 4a, the
In a running obliquely across the width of the web nozzle beam of FIG. 5 a of the nozzle strip Fig. 5 b two rows of nozzle holes having opposite 5 obliquely tapering nozzle holes, or it can also at least two nozzle bars of FIG. 5 c side by side with each a nozzle strip may be provided which have holes with opposite 5 inclined nozzle holes.
