Definitions
- the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with a locking mechanism consisting essentially of a catch and a pawl, and with a locking element for a locking lever, wherein the locking element prevents the locking lever is open, the locking lever assumes its locking position.
- the blocking element ensures that the locking lever remains in its unlocking position when the catch is open or opened.
- the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing a motor vehicle door lock of the embodiment described at the beginning in such a way that it is prevented in a simple manner that the locking lever assumes its locking position.
- the invention proposes a motor vehicle door lock according to claim 1.
- the locking lock according to the invention or the blocking element therefore actively moves into the relevant recess of the locking lever.
- a mutual striking and blocking the locking lock and the locking lever does not take place. This ensures under all circumstances that the locking lever maintains its unlocked position, as long as the locking catch or the locking element engages in the relevant recess of the locking lever to its blockage. Only when the locking lock leaves the relevant recess, the locking lever is able to move, for example, in the locked position.
- the locking lock according to the invention is a substantially linearly movable thrust lever, which is connected to an intermediate element acted upon by the rotary latch.
- the linearly movable thrust lever and the intermediate element which is generally designed as an intermediate lever which can be rotated about an axis, form a crank mechanism according to the invention.
- This crank mechanism is acted upon by the rotary latch, so that the locking lock or the push lever performs the linear movements described to set the locking lever, if necessary, in its unlocked position.
- the locking lock usually has an engaging in the recess front nose.
- she may have a front stop to limit their path, which unfolds when retracted into the recess nose its effect. That is, the abovementioned stop ensures that the blocking movement of the push lever or the locking lock experiences a limitation, namely when the stop comes into contact with the locking lever when the nose is retracted into the recess.
- the locking lock is usually performed on an insert or inlet insert.
- This inlet insert is in a housing or the lock case of the motor vehicle door lock used and ensures the functionally reliable leadership of the locking bolt on his way towards the catch and away from it.
- the inlet insert may be designed as open in the direction of the rotary plastic insert, which has a guide surface in the locking lock.
- the locking lock additionally has a recess for a bearing journal of the intermediate element. Both the stop and the recess define the respective end positions of the locking lock and limit it. Because the locking lock can be between the retracted and the locking lever releasing and the advanced and the locking lever blocking end position back and forth. In this case, the recess defines the retracted and the locking lever releasing position, while the stop corresponds to the advanced and the locking lever blocking end position of the locking lock.
- a motor vehicle door latch which has a locking member or latch which operatively holds the latch lever and hence the entire latch lever assembly in the unlatched position when the latch is in its open position. Only then, when the catch is closed, the locking lever is released and can logically take his position "locked".
- a locking member or latch which operatively holds the latch lever and hence the entire latch lever assembly in the unlatched position when the latch is in its open position. Only then, when the catch is closed, the locking lever is released and can logically take his position "locked".
- a motor vehicle door lock which has a locking mechanism 1, 2 of rotary latch 1 and pawl 2 in its basic structure.
- the locking mechanism 1, 2 interacts with a merely in Fig. 1 indicated latch bolt 3 in the usual manner.
- a sensor 4 is provided, which is formed in the embodiment as a micro-switch 4.
- intermediate element 5 which transmits the movements of the rotary catch 1 to the sensor 4.
- the intermediate element 5 is executed in the context of the embodiment as an intermediate lever 5 with a substantially circular to oval overall design.
- any intermediate elements 5 can be realized which are able to transmit the rotational movements of the rotary latch 1 to the sensor or microswitch 4. It is conceivable to work with, for example, adjusting rods, gears, friction wheels, Bowden cables, etc.
- the least design effort is the intermediate lever 5 according to the embodiment.
- the intermediate element or the intermediate lever 5 is rotatably mounted about an axis 6.
- the intermediate element or the intermediate lever 5 is taken along by the rotary latch 1 only within a limited angle of rotation, around the sensor or trigger microswitch 4.
- the described entrainment takes place when the catch 1 in the Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated main switch position leaves.
- the pawl 2 (mechanical or motor) may be excavated, so that the catch 1 a in Fig. 2 indicated by an arrow clockwise rotation performs.
- this process ensures that the sensor or microswitch 4 is not triggered.
- the sensor or microswitch 4 can be arranged at virtually any point within a lock housing or lock case 12. In the present case, its placement on an L-leg of the lock case or lock housing 12 has proven to be favorable. The rotary latch 1 is therefore not (more) before the position of the sensor 4.
- the intermediate element or the intermediate lever 5 is advantageously mounted in the context of the embodiment on an insert 13 for the lock housing or the lock case 12. This shows in particular the Fig. 3 where this insert 13 is shown.
- the insert 13 is an inlet insert 13, that is to say such an insert which defines the inlet opening 11 for the locking pin 3.
- In the use or inlet insert 13 is a plastic injection molded part with integrated damper element 14 for the locking pin 3 and the rotary latch. 1
- This insert or inlet insert 13 has a mounting plate 15 with extension, which receives a pin as an axis 6, on which in turn the intermediate lever 5 is attached.
- insert 13 and intermediate lever 5 form a structural unit which can be connected as a whole to the lock housing or lock case 12, for example by latching, riveting, screwing, gluing etc.
- the intermediate element or intermediate lever 5 may also be designed as a plastic injection molded part.
- An additional still in Fig. 3 illustrated reinforcing plate 16 provides, inter alia, for the proper mounting of the catch 1.
- the catch 1 is in its closed position, the locking lock or the push lever 17 is withdrawn from the intermediate lever 5, so that the nose 19 leaves the recess 20.
- the locking lever 18 is then free.
- the locking element or the push lever 17 forms a crank drive together with the intermediate element or the intermediate lever 5, which is braked by a front stop 21 in its movement. This applies when the locking lock or the push lever 17 is moved into the advanced and the locking lever 18 blocking end position. Because then the stopper 21 comes to the relevant locking lever 18 to the system and consequently the path of the locking lock or the push lever 17 is limited when retracted into the recess 20 nose 19.
- the locking lock or the push lever 17 has a recess 22 for a bearing pin 23 of the intermediate element or the intermediate lever 5. With the help of this recess 22 and the journal 23, a further end position of the locking device 17 is defined, namely the retracted and the locking lever 18th releasing position. Both end positions are in the 4 and 5 shown.
- the thrust lever 17 moves back and forth, linearly.
- the inlet insert or insert 13 contributes to its guidance with a corresponding guide surface 24. That is, the rotational movements of the rotary latch 1 are first transformed via the intermediate lever 5 once in another plane and from this with the help of the rotatably connected thrust lever 17 and realized between the intermediate lever 5 and the thrust lever 17 crank mechanism in the aforementioned linear movements along the insert 13th or its surface 24 implemented.
- the connection of the push lever 17 to the intermediate lever 5 can be done by riveting the push lever 17 to the intermediate lever 5 or clipped onto the intermediate lever 5. Similarly, all other levers can be connected together, namely by riveting or clipping.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with a locking mechanism consisting essentially of a catch and a pawl, and with a locking element for a locking lever, wherein the locking element prevents the locking lever is open, the locking lever assumes its locking position. As a rule, the blocking element ensures that the locking lever remains in its unlocking position when the catch is open or opened.
As a result, one wants to achieve a total that with the door open and consequently open catch the relevant locking lever can not assume its locking position. Because that could lead to the fact that the catch is closed. This in turn would have the consequence that, for example, manually closed motor vehicle door strikes against the mandatory locking pin, because the catch is no longer open.
Hier will die Erfindung insgesamt Abhilfe schaffen. The previous embodiments can not convince in all points. Because they rely on mostly complex constructions back. Here, the invention aims to provide a total remedy.

The invention is based on the technical problem of further developing a motor vehicle door lock of the embodiment described at the beginning in such a way that it is prevented in a simple manner that the locking lever assumes its locking position.
To solve this problem, the invention proposes a motor vehicle door lock according to
In detail, the locking lock according to the invention is a substantially linearly movable thrust lever, which is connected to an intermediate element acted upon by the rotary latch. Taken together, the linearly movable thrust lever and the intermediate element, which is generally designed as an intermediate lever which can be rotated about an axis, form a crank mechanism according to the invention.
This crank mechanism is acted upon by the rotary latch, so that the locking lock or the push lever performs the linear movements described to set the locking lever, if necessary, in its unlocked position. For this purpose, the locking lock usually has an engaging in the recess front nose. In addition, she may have a front stop to limit their path, which unfolds when retracted into the recess nose its effect. That is, the abovementioned stop ensures that the blocking movement of the push lever or the locking lock experiences a limitation, namely when the stop comes into contact with the locking lever when the nose is retracted into the recess.
In order to represent the substantially linear movement of the locking lock or the push lever, the locking lock is usually performed on an insert or inlet insert. This inlet insert is in a housing or the lock case of the motor vehicle door lock used and ensures the functionally reliable leadership of the locking bolt on his way towards the catch and away from it. The inlet insert may be designed as open in the direction of the rotary plastic insert, which has a guide surface in the locking lock.
In addition to the stop, the locking lock additionally has a recess for a bearing journal of the intermediate element.
As a result, a motor vehicle door latch is provided which has a locking member or latch which operatively holds the latch lever and hence the entire latch lever assembly in the unlatched position when the latch is in its open position. Only then, when the catch is closed, the locking lever is released and can logically take his position "locked". Here are the main benefits.

Between the sensor or
This has the consequence that a
Starting from the open position of the
Either way, this process ensures that the sensor or
However, the
It can be seen that the locking element or the
Between these positions, the
