Claims (12)
- Verbindungsvorrichtung zum lösbaren Verbinden einer Lampe (7), die einen Lampensockel (8) mit zwei zu einer Längsachse (L) parallel verlaufenden flachen elektrischen Anschlusskontakten (12) mit jeweils einem Durchbruch (13) aufweist, mit einem Reflektor
umfassendeinen hülsenförmigen Adapter (4),der auf der Längsachse (L) zentriert ist,der an einem ersten Ende (23) mit dem Reflektor verbindbar ist,der zu einem dem ersten Ende (23) entfernten zweiten Ende (25) hin mit mindestens einer Rastfläche (27) versehen ist,einen Lampenhalter (15),der auf der Längsachse (L) zentriert ist,dem Haltemittel zugeordnet sind, die die Lampe (7) halten und die entlang der Längsachse (L) eine Verlagerung der Lampe (7) entlang der Längsachse (L) am Lampenhalter (15) zulassen,dem eine Druckfeder (14) zugeordnet ist, über die die Lampe (7) zu einer vorgeschobenen Position hin beaufschlagbar ist,der elastisch verformbare Rastarme (34) aufweist, die an ihren freien Enden (36) jeweils eine Stützfläche (37) aufweisen, mit der sie sich dann, wenn der Lampenhalter (15) in den Adapter (4) bis zu einer Endposition eingesteckt ist, gegen jeweils eine der Rastflächen (27) abstützen,ein Betätigungselement (17),das auf der Längsachse (L) zentriert ist,das an dem Lampenhalter (15) entlang der Längsachse (L) beweglich gehalten ist,das Anlageabschnitte (44) aufweist, welche auf die Rastarme (34) zur Verlagerung deren Stützflächen (37) außer Anlage zu den Rastflächen (27) bei axialer Verstellung des Betätigungselements (17) von Hand einwirken,Stützmittel,die mit dem Reflektor verbunden sind,die eine Anlagefläche (19) für den Lampensockel (8) beim Verbinden des Lampenhalters (15) und der daran vormontierten Lampe (7) mit dem Adapter (4) bilden,wobei die Lampe (7) in der vorgeschobenen Position für das Einführen des Lampenhalters (15) in den Adapter (4) so gehalten ist, dass ihr Lampensockel (8) bereits vor dem Erreichen der Endposition in Kontakt zur Anlagefläche (19) gelangt. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4) unter Zwischenschaltung von Haltemitteln (18, 3, 22) mit den Stützmitteln (1) des Reflektors verbindbar ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastflächen (27) Bestandteil von Durchbrüchen (26) im Adapter (4) sind. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lampenhalter (15) einen Aufnahmeansatz (30) aufweist, der den Lampensockel (8) auf seinem Umfang zumindest teilweise umschließt. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axialer Abstand (A) zwischen der Stützfläche (37) des Lampensockels (8) und der Rastfläche (27) am Adapter (4) im verbundenen Zustand des Lampenhalters (15) am Adapter (4) geringer ist als im unverbundenen, jedoch am Lampenhalter (15) vormontierten Zustand der Lampe (7). - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfeder (14) die Lampe (7 ) vorgespannt in der vorgeschobenen Position hält. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel durch zweite Kontaktelemente (16) gebildet sind, die zumindest einen Abschnitt aufweisen, der im Lampenhalter (15) axial entlang der Längsachse (L) beweglich gehalten ist, und dass die zweiten Kontaktelemente (16) mit den Anschlusskontakten (12) der Lampe (7) und ersten Kontaktelementen (6) verbindbar sind. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes zweite Kontaktelement (16) einen Eingriffsvorsprung (53) aufweist, der in einen Durchbruch (13) des zugehörigen Anschlusskontaktes (12) greift. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Kontaktelemente (6) am Adapter (4) angebracht sind. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes erste Kontaktelement (6) in einem eigenen Kontaktaufnahmegehäuse (5) aufgenommen ist, das am Adapter (4) festgelegt ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (12) an dem Lampenhalter (15) entlang der Längsachse (L) beweglich geführt ist. - Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (17) Durchtrittsöffnungen (43) auf dem Umfang aufweist, durch die die Rastarme (34) hindurchragen und nach außen vorstehen.
