Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung (V) zum Anschlagen und Anheben von Betonteilen, insbesondere Stahlbetonfertigteilen (1), mit einem Verwahrkasten (2) und mindestens einem den Verwahrkasten (2) durchdringenden, flexiblen Seilelement (S), das eine Seilschlaufe (3) und einen Endanker (4) besitzt, wobei die Seilschlaufe (3) in dem Verwahrkasten (2) zumindest teilweise aufnehmbar und aus diesem herausbringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilschlaufe (3) und/oder der Endanker (4) des mindestens einen flexiblen Seilelements (S) zumindest abschnittsweise gegenüber dem Verwahrkastenboden (2') einen Winkel (δ) zwischen 0 und 45° einnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilschlaufe (3) und/oder der Endanker (4) des mindestens einen flexiblen Seilelements (S) zumindest abschnittsweise gegenüber dem Verwahrkastenboden (2') einen Winkel (δ) zwischen 5 und 25° einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden des mindestens einen Seilelements (S) im Bereich des Endankers (4) miteinander verbunden sind, bevorzugt durch eine Stahlpressklemme (9).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verwahrkasten (2) ein länglicher Körper zur Aufnahme der mindestens einen Seilschlaufe (3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verwahrkasten (2) ein Längsprofil in C- oder U-Form darstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine flexible Seilelement (S) den Verwahrkastenboden (2') im Bereich einer Durchbrechung (7) durchdringt, die durch ein Formteil (8) abgedichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner ein Befestigungselement (13) aufweist, mittels dessen die Vorrichtung an stabförmigen Elementen wie Bewehrungsstäben oder dergleichen anbringbar, insbesondere einhängbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungselement (13) aus einem Drahtbiegeteil, einem Blechteil oder einem Kunststoffteil besteht und/oder eine zumindest abschnittsweise gekrümmte Form besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Verwahrkasten (2) mindestens eine Aufnahme (12), insbesondere eine Öffnung, Vertiefung, Eindrückung und/oder Herausbiegung, zum Anbringen eines Befestigungselements (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (13) mit dem Verwahrkasten (2) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stirnseitigen Enden des Verwahrkastens (2) durch Endabdeckungen (19) abgedichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stirnseitigen Enden des Verwahrkastens (2) einstückig durch Umbiegungen (19) gewonnen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verwahrkasten (2) auf seiner dem Verwahrkastenboden (2') gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Öffnung (9) aufweist, die durch eine abnehmbare Abdeckung (18) verschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbare Abdeckung (18) als selbstklebende Folie ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verwahrkasten (2) mindestens ein Nagelloch (16), bevorzugt mindestens zwei Nagellöcher, zur Befestigung des Verwahrkastens (2) an einer Schalung (15) aufweist.
- Betonbauteil, insbesondere Stahlbetonfertigteil (1), mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilschlaufe (3) und/oder der Endanker (4) des mindestens einen flexiblen Seilelements (S) zumindest abschnittsweise auch zur angrenzenden Bauteiloberfläche einen Winkel (δ) zwischen 0 und 45°, bevorzugt zwischen 5 und 25° einnimmt.
