Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung einer mehrlagigen elektrostatisch aufladbaren Materialbahn zu einzelnen übereinanderliegenden Bögen (12), mit einer Fördervorrichtung zum Transport der Bögen (12), einer elektrostatischen Entladungsvorrichtung (70) zur elektrostatischen Entladung der Bögen (12) und einer stromabwärts von der Fördervorrichtung gelegenen Stapelablage (50) zur Bildung von Stapeln (14) aus den übereinanderliegenden Bögen (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Entladungsvorrichtung (70) im Bereich der Stapelablage (50) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Entladungsvorrichtung (70) im stromaufwärtigen Abschnitt, vorzugsweise an der stromaufwärtigen Seite, der Stapelablage (50) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Entladungsvorrichtung eine Druckluftvorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Druckluft, eine Einrichtung (70) zum elektrostatischen Aufladen der Druckluft mit gegenüber den Bögen (12) entgegengesetzter Polarität und eine Blasvorrichtung (66) zum Blasen dieser Luft gegen die Bögen (12) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasvorrichtung die Luft im Wesentlichen gegen die nachlaufenden Ränder (12a) der Bögen (12) bläst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasvorrichtung eine Düsenanordnung (66) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Entladungsvorrichtung (70) in einem Gehäuse (60) sitzt, dessen einer Abschnitt (64) die Stapelablage (50) begrenzt und vorzugsweise einen Anschlag für die Stapel (14) bildet. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5 sowie nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Stapelablage (50) begrenzende Abschnitt (64) des Gehäuses (60) die Blasvorrichtung (66) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Stapelablage (50) begrenzende Abschnitt (64) des Gehäuses (60) mit Öffnungen (66) für das Ausblasen der Luft versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Entladungsvorrichtung (70) eine Entionisiervorrichtung zur Entionisierung der Bögen ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch Saugmittel (80) im unteren Abschnitt der Stapelablage (50). - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangegangnen Ansprüche, mit mindestens einer Schneidevorrichtung (2) zum Schneiden der mehrlagigen Materialbahn (10) in entsprechende übereinanderliegende Bögen (12), einer elektrostatischen Aufladungsvorrichtung (30) zur elektrostatischen Aufladung der mehrlagigen Materialbahn (10) und einer stromaufwärts vor der Schneidevorrichtung (2) gelegenen ersten und einer stromabwärts hinter der Schneidevorrichtung (2) gelegenen zweiten Fördervorrichtung (20) zum Transport der mehrlagigen Materialbahn (10, 12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Aufladungsvorrichtung (30) im Bereich der ersten oder der zweiten Fördervorrichtung (20) benachbart zur Schneidevorrichtung (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrostatische Aufladungsvorrichtung (30) im Wesentlichen zwischen der Schneidevorrichtung (2) und der ersten oder der zweiten Fördervorrichtung (20) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei welcher die zweite Fördereinrichtung (20) eine endlos umlaufende Förderbandanordnung (26) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die endlos umlaufende Förderbandanordnung lediglich aus einem oder mehreren Unterbändern (26) besteht, auf dem oder denen die mehrlagige Materialbahn (12) aufliegt. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Fördervorrichtung (20) eine Saugvorrichtung (40) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberer Trum (26a) der Förderbandanordnung (26) oberhalb der Saugvorrichtung (40) läuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, bei welcher die Saugvorrichtung (40) eine Saugfläche (42) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberer Trum (26a) der Förderbandanordnung (26) auf der Saugfläche (42) aufliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Unterband (26) perforiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidevorrichtung (2) einen Querschneider aufweist.
