Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für eine Sanitärwanne zur Erzeugung eines aus Wasser und Luft bestehenden Massagestroms mit
einer an einer Öffnung im Wannenkörper der Sanitärwanne befestigbaren Aufnahmevorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Elektromotors mit Antriebswelle,
einem Propeller mit einer an der Antriebswelle befestigten Nabe und radial um die Nabe angeordneten Flügeln und
einer an der Aufnahmevorrichtung angeordneten, innerhalb der Sanitärwanne positionierten Rosette mit randseitigen Einströmöffnungen sowie einer mittigen Auslassöffnung,
wobei der Propeller in der Sanitärwanne befindliches Wasser durch die Einströmöffnungen ansaugt und anschließend durch die Auslassöffnung in die Sanitärwanne zurückbefördert, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung einen Strömungskanal für eine Zuführung von Luft aufweist, die durch einen in der Nabe angeordneten Luftkanal und mit dem von dem Propeller geförderten Wasserstrom durch die Auslassöffnung austritt.The invention relates to a device for a sanitary tub for generating a water and air existing massage flow with

Der Leitschaufelkranz kann schwenkbeweglich zur Nabenachse angeordnet sein. Hierdurch ist es möglich, den Luft-/Wasserstrom in eine gewünschte Richtung beim Einströmen in die Badewanne zu lenken. Der Leitschaufelkranz weist zweckmäßigerweise eine ringförmige Lagerschale auf, die mit einem an der Aufnahmevorrichtung angeordneten Kugeloberflächensegment ein Kugelgelenk bildet. Gleichzeitig liegt der Leitschaufelkranz randseitig an der der Sanitärwannenwandung zugewandten Seite der Rosette an. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen eine Vorrichtung für eine Sanitärwanne 1 zur Erzeugung eines aus Wasser und Luft bestehenden Massagestroms 2 mit einer an einer Öffnung 3 im Wannenkörper 4 der Sanitärwanne 1 befestigbaren Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 zur Aufnahme eines Elektromotors 6 mit Antriebswelle 7, einem Propeller 8 mit einer fliegend an der Antriebswelle 7 befestigten Nabe 9 und radial um die Nabe 9 angeordneten Flügeln 10 und einer an der Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 angeordneten, innerhalb der Sanitärwanne 1 positionierten Rosette 11 mit randseitigen Einströmöffnungen 12 sowie einer mittigen Auslassöffnung 13. Die Rosette 11 ist zweiteilig ausgebildet und umfasst einen Außenring 34 mit den Einströmöffnungen 12 sowie einen mit dem Außenring 34 verbundenen, inneren Befestigungsring 35 mit der Auslassöffnung 13. Der Propeller 8 saugt in der Sanitärwanne 1 befindliches Wasser durch die Einströmöffnungen 12 an und befördert anschließend das Wasser durch die Auslassöffnung 13 in die Sanitärwanne 1 zurück. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 weist einen Strömungskanal 14 für eine Zuführung von Luft 15 auf, die durch einen in der Nabe 9 angeordneten Luftkanal 16 und mit dem von dem Propeller 8 geförderten Wasserstrom 29 durch die Auslassöffnung 13 austritt. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 ist ferner mehrteilig ausgebildet und weist eine Motoraufnahme 32 mit dem Strömungskanal 14 sowie ein am Wannenkörper 4 befestigbares, mit der Motoraufnahme 32 verbundenes Lagerschild 33 auf. Innerhalb des Luftkanals 16 der Nabe 9 sind Gebläseschaufeln 18 zur Luftförderung angeordnet. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 umfasst außerdem ein Gewinde 30 zur Befestigung des Befestigungsrings 35 der Rosette 11 sowie einen Strömungsraum 31 zur Führung des angesaugten Wasserstroms 29 auf. Der Luftkanal 16 ist ringförmig und konzentrisch zur Nabenachse X ausgebildet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Propeller als einstückiges Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff ausgebildet, welches auf die Antriebswelle 7 aufgeschraubt ist. Wie den Fig. 1, 2 und 3a zu entnehmen ist, sind schaufelförmige Stege 18 vorgesehen, welche gleichzeitig den Abstand zwischen der äußeren und der inneren Wandung des Luftkanals 16 definieren. Die Stege 18 gehen in Strömungsrichtung allmählich in eine rein axiale Ausrichtung mit ungekrümmter Oberfläche über. Vor der Lufteinströmöffnung 19 des Strömungskanals 14 ist ein Rückflussverhinderer 20 vorgesehen, an den stromauf ein Lufteintrittsstutzen 21 angeschlossen ist. Eine vergleichende Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2 zeigt, dass der Leitschaufelkranz 22 schwenkbeweglich zur Nabenachse X angeordnet ist. Der Leitschaufelkranz 22 weist eine ringförmige Lagerschale 27 auf (siehe Fig. 4b), die mit einem an der Aufnahmevorrichtung 5 angeordneten Kugeloberlächensegment 28 ein Kugelgelenk bildet. - Device according to any of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the air supply can optionally be switched on and off by a valve connected to an operating element or by a separate rotary knob.
- Device according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a vane ring (22) is arranged in the outlet opening (13).
- Device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the vane ring (22) comprises an inner ring (23) with a central through-opening (24), with vanes (25) being integrally formed on the outer side of said inner ring.
- Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that flow guide elements (26) are arranged within the inner ring (23).
- Device according to any of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the vane ring (22) is arranged to pivot with respect to the hub axis (X).
