Claims (12)
- Méthode de fabrication pour blocs de construction, plus spécialement des blocs isolants de coffrage, caractérisée en ce que cette méthode comprend la fabrication d'un ensemble de plusiers blocs de construction (11) sous forme d'un bloc monolite (10), suivi d'un découpage du bloc monolite (10-19) afin d'obtenir plusieurs blocs de construction (11) avec les dimensions souhaitées.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le découpage du bloc monolite (10-19) se fait au moyen d'une lame de scie (16).
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le découpage du bloc monolite (10-19) se fait au moyen de plusieurs lames de scies (16) circulaires montées sur un arbre d'entraínement (17) avec des distances intermediaires axiales égales ou sensiblement égales à une des dimensions des blocs de constructions (11) à réaliser.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que, pour le découpage, le bloc monolite (10-19) est déplacé à travers la zone de sciage des lames de scie (16).
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10) est déplacé contre un guidage pour le bon positionnement du bloc monolite (10) par rapport à la position des lames de scie (16).
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est découpé en sens longitudinal.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est découpé en sens longitudinal et en sens transversal.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendiction 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est succesivement découpé en sens longitudinal, en sens transversal et en épaisseur.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est coulé dans un moule (1).
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est pressé.
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est coulé dans un moule (1) étant pourvu d'éléments (6) pouvant former des alvéoles (12) dans les blocs de construction (11).
- Méthode de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc monolite (10-19) est fabriqué à partir d'un mélange (9) de copeaux de bois et de ciment.
