Abstract

La présente invention vise à fournir un procédé permettant l'inspection d'empreintes, port payé sur des dépôts en bloc et/ou d'une facturation de frais pour des dépôts en bloc, procédé qui, avant tout, doit être approprié à la facturation de livraison de types déterminés. Le procédé selon l'invention est réalisé de manière qu'il puisse être utilisé pour le traitement de grandes quantités d'articles postaux et, notamment, pour qu'il puisse être intégré dans des centres de distribution de lettres ou de colis. Selon l'invention, les données graphiques figurant à la surface des articles postaux sont détectées et des éléments d'information sont déterminés. Ces éléments d'information sont utilisés pour l'affectation des articles postaux à un type respectif de livraison lors de laquelle une adresse d'un destinataire, et un détail identifiant l'article postal et/ou le préposé à la livraison de l'article postal est déterminé, et lors de laquelle le nombre d'articles postaux délivrés par le préposé est établi. Les éléments d'information déterminés sont associés les uns aux autres de manière à établir une structure de livraison, et le nombre établi et la structure de livraison établie sont comparés à un lot de tâches de livraison, qui contient un nombre d'articles postaux délivrés et la structure de livraison et qui est transmis par un client, et/ou un lot de tâches de livraison contenant le nombre et la structure de livraison est créé. En outre, le lot de tâches de livraison est comparé à un fichier de client qui contient une somme de frais d'affranchissement prépayés et/ou une limite pour une somme de frais d'affranchissement.
