Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Öffnen eines Behälters (2), insbesondere eines Getränkebehälters, mit einem Betätigungselement (3), bei dessen Betätigen ein in fester Phase vorliegender Wirkstoff (4) dem Behälter (2) zugebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkstoff (4) an dem Betätigungselement (3) und/oder einem weiteren Element (6, 14) der Vorrichtung (1) festgefügt ist, und dass beim erstmaligen Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3) der Wirkstoff (4) vom Betätigungselement (3) und/oder dem weiteren Element (6, 14) lösbar ist und dadurch dem Behälter (2) zugebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim erstmaligen Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3) eine Öffnung in eine Außenwand (24) des Behälters (2) einbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die eingebrachte Öffnung der Wirkstoff (4) dem Behälter (2) zugebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die eingebrachte Öffnung der Inhalt (5) aus dem Behälter (2) entnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) mindestens ein weiteres Element (6, 14) aufweist, und dass der Wirkstoff (4) durch eine beim erstmaligen Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3) auftretende Relativbewegung zwischen dem Betätigungselement (3) und dem weiteren Element (6, 14) lösbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (3) eine Kappe ist, insbesondere eine vom Behälter (2) oder von einem weiteren Element (6, 14) der Vorrichtung (1), das an dem Behälter (2) festlegbar ist, abschraubbare Schraubkappe.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) ein weiteres Element (14) aufweist, das vorzugsweise einstückig ein Trennmittel (21) ausbildet zum Öffnen des Behälters (2) beim erstmaligen Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3).
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Element (14) Verhakungsmittel aufweist, in welche der festgefügte Wirkstoff (4) eingehakt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkstoff (4) verschlussmittelfrei an dem Betätigungselement (3) und/oder einem weiteren Element (6, 14) der Vorrichtung (1) festgefügt ist, und dass erst durch das Anbringen der Vorrichtung (1) an dem Behälter (2) der Wirkstoff (4) gegenüber der Umgebung gekapselt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Behälter (2) um eine Weichverpackung für Flüssigkeiten handelt, insbesondere um eine Weichverpackung für Getränke, und dass der Flüssigkeit durch den Wirkstoff Kohlensäure zugegeben ist.
- Verfahren zum Festfügen eines Wirkstoffes (4) an einem Betätigungselement (3) und/oder einem weiteren Element (6, 14) einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Öffnen eines Behälters (2), insbesondere eines Getränkebehälters, wobei beim erstmaligem Betätigen des Betätigungselements (3) der Behälter (2) zu öffnen ist und der Wirkstoff (4) vom Betätigungselement (3) und/oder dem weiteren Element (6, 14) lösbar ist und in den Behälter (2) zugebbar ist, und wobei der in fester Phase vorliegende, insbesondere granulare oder pulverförmige Wirkstoff (4) an dem Betätigungselement (3) und/oder dem weiteren Element (6, 14) festgefügt wird, insbesondere unter Einwirkung von Druck festgepresst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkstoff (4) vor und/oder während des Verpressens befeuchtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkstoff (4) in die komplett montierte, aus dem Betätigungselement (3) und mindestens einem weiteren Element (6, 14) bestehende Vorrichtung (1) festgepresst wird, die anschließend an dem Behälter (3) festgelegt wird.
