Claims (21)
- Einrichtung für das Beschneiden der Kopf- und Fuss- sowie der Oeffnungskante eines Druckproduktes (3) wie beispielsweise eine Zeitung, Zeitschrift, Broschüre oder Teile davon, das in einer geschlossenen Klammer (6) einer taktsynchron angetriebenen Fördervorrichtung (2) durch den Schneidbereich eines zugeschalteten Schneidwerks (5, 7, 8) transportiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (2) als Förderrotor mit nach aussen abstehenden Klammern (6) ausgebildet ist, die auf einer Umlaufbahn zur Beschickung an einer Uebernahmestation und zur Abgabe eines Druckproduktes (3) an einer Abgabestation in einer Offenstellung, und im zwischen Uebernahmestation und Abgabestation angeordneten Schneidbereich eines Schneidwerks (5, 7, 8), in dem das Druckprodukt (3) in der geschlossenen Klammer (6) eingespannt und zum Beschneiden in eine Schneidstellung steuerbar ist, vorbeigeführt werden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderrotor (2) wenigstens eine an einem gestellfest verbundenen, eine horizontale Drehachse bildenden Lagerbock (9) gelagerte Radscheibe (17) aufweist, an deren Umfang die Klammern (6) um parallel zur Drehachse (12) des Förderrotors (2) angeordnete Schwenkachsen befestigt sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Radscheibe (17) zur Aenderung des Abstandes zweier einer Klammer (6) zugehörigen Klammerteile (21, 22) aus zwei zumindest annähernd aneinanderliegenden, an dem Lagerbock (9) um die Drehachse (12) gegenseitig verdreheinstell- und feststellbaren Scheibenblättern (15, 16) besteht, an denen jeweils ein einer Klammer (6) zugehöriger Klammerteil (21, 22) um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachsen der Klammerteile (21, 22) einer Klammer (6) den gleichen Radialabstand von der Drehachse (12) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammerteile (21, 22) eine Klemmplatte (27, 29) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammerteile (21, 22) einer Klammer (6) jeweils einen mit einer Steuerbahn (28, 30) verbundenen Steuerhebel (25, 26) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Umlaufrichtung nachlaufende erste Klammerteil (21) durch den in einer ersten endlosen Steuerbahn (28) zwangsgeführten ersten Steuerhebel (25) betätigbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Umlaufrichtung vorlaufende zweite Klammerteil (22) durch den auf einer zweiten Steuerbahn (30) geführten zweiten Steuerhebel (26) betätigbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Steuerbahn (28) zur Oeffnungs- und Schliessbewegung des ersten Klammerteils (21) einer Klammer (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Steuerbahn (30) zur Oeffnungsbewegung des zweiten Klammerteils (22) einer Klammer (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmplatte (29) des zweiten Klammerteils (22) wenigstens im Schneidbereich eines Schneidwerks (5, 7, 8) durch die Kraft einer Feder (39) gegen die Klemmplatte (27) des ersten Klammerteils (21) pressbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Klammerteil (22) durch die Kraft der Feder (39) gegen die zweite Steuerbahn (30) pressbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, mit einem ein stationäres Schneidmesser (33) und wenigstens einem mit dem Schneidmesser (33) auf einer kreisförmigen Schneidbahn (34) zusammenwirkenden, an einer umlaufenden Trommel (35) befestigten Gegenmesser (36) gebildeten Schneidwerk (5, 7, 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmplatten (27, 29) der zu einer Klammer (6) gehörenden Klammerteile (21, 22) im Schneidbereich eines Schneidwerks 5, 7, 8) eine zu einer an die Schneidbahn (34) gelegten Tangente etwa senkrechte Lage aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Schneidbahn (34) und Aussenkante der Klemmplatte (29) des zweiten Klammerteils (22) einer Klammer (6) ein Abstand besteht und das Gegenmesser (36) des Schneidwerks (5, 7, 9) eine Abstützvorrichtung des an der zweiten Klemmplatte (29) anliegenden Druckproduktes (3) bildet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenkante der Klemmplatte (27) des ersten Klammerteils (21) gegenüber der Aussenkante der Klemmplatte (29) des zweiten Klammerteils (22) nach innen zurückversetzt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, mit einem die Druckprodukte (3) in beabstandeten Halteklammern (41) dem Förderrotor (2) zuführenden Transporteur (42), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Transporteur (42) im Uebergabebereich eine die Druckprodukte (3) an der Rückseite durch Stützfinger (45) führende Stütztrommel (43) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (2) zwei an einer gemeinsamen Drehachse (12) achsial verstell- und feststellbare Förderrotoren aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderrotoren spiegelbildlich an der Drehachse (12) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Uebernahmebereich der Druckprodukte (3) eine nach deren Endlage in einer Klammer (6) einstellbare Positioniervorrichtung (55) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniervorrichtung (55) beidseits der Klammern (6) auf drehbaren Rollen (57) aufliegende, umlaufende Bänder (56) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf einem gebogenen Abschnitt hintereinander angeordneten Rollen (57) an dem in Förderrichtung der Druckprodukte (3) vorderen Ende der Positioniervorrichtung (55) um eine zur Drehachse (12) parallele Achse (62) schwenkbar sind.
