Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung aufweisend einen Presszangenkopf (1), umfassend zwei gegenüberliegende, schwenkbar zueinander angeordnete Pressbacken (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Pressbacken (2) wenigstens ein Kippgelenk (3) zur Erzeugung eines Kippwinkels (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung aufweisend ein Presswerkzeug (5), umfassend einen Presszangenkopf (1) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden, schwenkbar zueinander angeordneten Pressbacken (2), sowie eine Antriebseinheit (6) zur Bewirkung der Schwenkbewegung quer zu einer Achse (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Pressbacken (2) wenigstens ein Kippgelenk (3) zur Erzeugung eines' Kippwinkels (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippgelenk (3) einen Kippwinkel (4) im Bereich von 120° bis 30° bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippgelenk (3) mindestens ein Rastelement (8) zur Fixierung wenigstens eines vorgegebenen Kippwinkels (4) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Rastelement (8) zumindest ein Federelement (9) und einen beweglichen Bolzen (10) hat, so dass der Bolzen (10) mit dem Federelement (9) hin zu einer Senke (11) des Kippgelenkt (3) auslenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Pressbacke (2) ein Kippgelenk (3) hat, wobei ein Synchronisationsmechanismus (12) zur Gewährleistung des gleichen Kippwinkels (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen wiederlösbaren Verbindungsmechanismus (13) für den Presszangenkopf (1) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheit (6) einen Hubkolben (14) umfasst, der die Schwenkbewegung der Pressbacken (2) bewirkt.
