Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Installieren und Anschließen von vorgefertigten Raumeinheiten in bzw. an ein Schiff oder anderes Wasserfahrzeug, welches Schiff eine Rumpfstruktur und eine Anzahl von in der Rumpfstruktur umfassten Deckstrukturen (4, 15) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Raumeinheiten (2, 3) auf den Deckstrukturen installiert werden, um verschiedene Ebenen zu bilden, und die untere Raumeinheit (3) den größten Anteil des Gewichts der oberen Raumeinheit (2) trägt, wobei mindestens zwei Raumeinheiten (2, 3) in der Vertikalrichtung direkt miteinander getragen und zueinander angeschlossen sind, um eine Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) zu bilden, und dass die Raumeinheiten-Gruppe zwischen zwei Deckstrukturen (4, 15) eingepasst wird, indem die Raumeinheiten (2, 3) auf das Schiff in Entsprechung der Deckstrukturen übertragen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine, vorzugsweise die Mehrzahl der Raumeinheiten (2, 3) auf das Schiff als Raumeinheiten-Gruppen (1) übertragen wird/werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumeinheiten (2, 3) von mindestens einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) separat auf das Schiff übertragen werden und im Wesentlichen an ihren letztendlichen Platzierungen zueinander angeschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumeinheiten (2, 3) von mindestens einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) nacheinander auf das Schiff übertragen werden, so dass eine Raumeinheit ein Strukturelement umfasst, das zu der anderen Raumeinheit gehört.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem gegenseitigen Anschließen der Raumeinheiten (2, 3) zur Bildung einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) die untere Raumeinheit (3) mit einer Bodenstruktur (12) der oberen Raumeinheit (2) versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzahl von unteren Raumeinheiten (3) auf das Schiff übertragen wird und diese im Wesentlichen an ihren letztendlichen Positionen installiert werden, so dass die Bodenstrukturen (12) der oberen Raumeinheiten (2), die daran angeschlossen sind, zumindest den größten Teil einer einheitlichen leichtgewichtigen Deckstruktur-Ebene bilden, und dass nachfolgend die oberen Raumeinheiten (2) auf das Schiff übertragen und auf dem Schiff durch die Transportebene transportiert werden, die durch die leichtgewichtige Deckstruktur-Ebene gebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem gegenseitigen Anschließen der Raumeinheiten zur Bildung einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) die obere Raumeinheit (2) mit einer Bodenstruktur (12) versehen wird, die zumindest einen Teil der Dachstruktur (11) der unteren Raumeinheit (3) bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzahl von Raumeinheiten mit einem horizontalen Strukturelement (8) versehen ist, so dass die horizontalen Strukturelemente (8) zusammen mindest einen Teil der Durchgangsstruktur und/oder der Deckstruktur und/oder einer anderen Bodenstruktur bilden, die an den auf dem Schiff installierten Raumeinheiten (2, 3) angeschlossen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizung, Verrohrung, Belüftung und elektrische Installation (HEVAC) und/oder andere Schiffsysteme (5) für den Anschluss an benachbarte Raumeinheiten-Gruppen (1) zum größten Teil im Wesentlichen horizontal in Räumen (16) zwischen den Raumeinheiten-Gruppen (1) und den Deckstrukturen des Schiffes geführt werden, und dass die Anschlüsse (6, 7) der Raumeinheiten (2, 3) in einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) an die Schiff-Systeme (5) zumindest zum größten Teil über die andere Raumeinheit (2, 3) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das HEVAC und/oder andere Systeme der zusammengesetzten Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) miteinander im Wesentlichen vor dem Übertrag auf das Schiff angeschlossen werden.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Endwand-Element (18) in den Raumeinheiten (2, 3) in einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) vor dem Übertrag der Raumeinheiten-Gruppe auf das Schiff installiert wird.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Endwand-Element (18, 19) in den Raumeinheiten (2, 3) in einer Raumeinheiten-Gruppe (1) installiert ist, die einen Teil des Außenbordes des Schiffes bildet.
