Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Wickeln eines Fadens (F) auf einem rotierenden Träger (1), wobei der Faden mittels eines Fadenführers (2) verteilt wird, der in Translation parallel zu den Generatoren des rotierenden Trägers (1) verschiebbar ist, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Wagen (3) umfasst, der den Fadenführer (2) empfängt und Einrichtungen (10) vom Drehzapfentyp zum Kuppeln mit einem elastischen Kraftübertragungs- und Antriebsorgan (4) aufweist, das zwischen zwei Getriebeelementen (5) und (6) angebracht ist, die sich um eine Achse drehen, und in der Lage ist, den Fadenführer (2) parallel zu den Generatoren des rotierenden Trägers einer Hin- und Herbewegung zu unterwerfen, in Kombination mit Translationsführungsmitteln, die einen Stift (11) umfassen, der in eine gerade Nut (12a) eingerückt ist, die in der Dicke einer Trägerplatte (12) gebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Festpunkt (A) des Fadenführers (2), der Festpunkt (B) des Führungsstifts (11) und der Festpunkt des Drehzapfens (10) der Kupplungseinrichtungen winkelig an dem Wagen (3) gemäß der drei Scheitel eines Dreiecks (A, B, C), in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Achse der Getriebeelemente (5) und (6) gesehen, versetzt sind, wobei der Translationsführungsstift (11) zwischen dem Fadenführer (2) und dem Drehzapfen (10) angeordnet ist, um eine zusätzliche Geschwindigkeitskomponente in Nachbarschaft der Umkehrpunkte unter einem Schaukeleffekt des Wagens (3) durch ein Schwenken um den Führungspunkt (B) herum während der Passage des Kupplungspunkts (C) von einer Seite auf die andere der Getriebeelemente (5) und (6) zu erzeugen, und der Führungspunkt (B) von dem Festpunkt (A) des Fadenführers (2) und von dem Festpunkt (C) des Drehzapfens (10) in gleichen oder ungleichen Abständen getrennt ist, die bestimmt sind, um die Umkehrzeiten auf Höhe des Fadenführers (2) zu beschleunigen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Translationsführungsmittel und die Kupplungseinrichtungen an den Enden von zwei Armen positioniert sind, die um ungefähr 90° winkelig versetzt sind und den Wagen bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Kraftübertragungs- und Antriebsorgan durch einen Zahnriemen (4) gebildet ist, der zwischen den beiden Elementen (5) und (6) in Form von Zahnrädern angebracht ist, von denen mindestens eins in Drehung versetzt ist, wobei die Kupplungseinrichtungen des Wagens (3) mit einem Teil des Riemens (4) fest verbunden sind, derart, dass die Hin- und Herbewegung dem Nachlauf des Umrisses des Riemens unterworfen wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zum Kuppeln des Wagens (3) mit dem Teil des Riemens (4) durch eine Verbindung vom Drehzapfentyp (10) gebildet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung vom Drehzapfentyp (10) mindestens eine Achse (8) aufweist, die durch ein Gehäuse (9) getragen ist, das den Querschnitt des Riemens (4) umgibt, wobei die Achse (8) zwischen zwei Zähnen des Riemens positioniert ist, wobei das Gehäuse mit Schwenkbarkeitsvermögen mit dem Wagen verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12) aus zwei Teilen gebildet ist, die einen Freiraum (12e) begrenzen, in dessen Innern der Wagen (3) verschoben wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptachse des Wegs, der durch das Kraftübertragungs- und Antriebsorgan (4) beschrieben wird, einen Winkel mit der linearen Führungsachse des Wagens (3) bildet, so dass der Gesamtweg des Fadenführers (2) von dem Winkel abhängt, der regelbar ist.
