Abstract
Description
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, einen Verschluss mit Erstöffnungsgarantie und Aromaschutz zu schaffen, der mit einer im Drehverschluss integrierten Schneidevorrichtung durch eine einzige Drehbewegung von Konsumenten einfach und vollständig geöffnet werden kann.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen sicheren Drehverschluss zu schaffen, wodurch jede Gefahr von Verletzungen während und nach der Drehbewegung, insbesondere durch eine möglicherweise gefährliche Schneidevorrichtung oder durch ein unvollständiges Entfernen von spitzigen Kunststoffteilen, vermieden wird.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen einfachen, sicheren und wirksamen Drehverschluss ganz aus Kunststoff zu schaffen, der ohne metallische Schneidevorrichtungen auskommt.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, diese Vorrichtungen im Drehverschluss zu integrieren und auf Schutzeinrichtungen wie Schutzfolien oder Schutzkleber zu verzichten. Der Drehverschluss soll einfach in der Herstellung sein und er soll durch eine einfache Drehbewegung leicht zu öffnen sein.

Claims (7)
- Drehverschluss zum Öffnen und Verschliessen für einen Behälter und versehen mit einer Schneidevorrichtung aus Kunststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere Rückhalterippen (19) aus Kunststoff zur vollständigen Abtrennung einer oder mehrerer vorstehender Kunststoffteile (8) dient.
- Drehverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhalterippen (19) im unteren Teil (3) sind.
- Drehverschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Teil (3) mit den Rückhalterippen (19) einstückig hergestellt ist.
- Drehverschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Kunststoffteile (8) und die Rückhalterippen (19) fest verbunden sind.
- Drehverschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schneidekante (14) des oberen Teils (4) in die Rückhalterippen (19) des unteren Teils (3) verkeilt und dadurch einen Widerstand bei der Drehbewegung erzeugt.
- Drehverschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhalterippen (19) bei der Drehbewegung der Schneidekante (14) die vorstehenden Kunststoffteile (8) vom unteren Teil (3) abreissen.
- Drehverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (4) auf dem unteren Teil (3) mit Schnappflügeln (12) festsitzt und sich beim Drehen nicht vom unteren Teil (3) löst.
