Claims (10)
- Bremse (1) für einen Aufzug, die aus zwei Bremshälften (3) besteht, wobei je Bremshälfte (3) eine Druckfeder (6) zur Aktivierung der Bremse (1) und ein Aktuator (15,16) zur Lüftung der Bremse (1) vorgesehen ist und wobei Druckfeder (6) und Aktuator auf mindestens einen aktiven Bremsbelag (4) einwirken, der bei deaktiviertem Aktuator (15,16) an einer Bremsfläche (8) eine Bremskraft erzeugt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (1) senkrecht zur Bremsfläche (8) schwimmend gelagert ist. - Bremse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einseitigem Ausfall der Bremse (1) auf der betroffenen Bremshälfte (3) ein passiv wirkender Bremsbelag (4,5) vorgesehen ist, der durch die Druckfeder (6) der anderen Bremshälfte (3) an die Bremsfläche (8) andrückbar ist. - Bremse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je Bremshälfte (3) mindestens ein zusätzlicher Bremsbelag (5) vorgesehen ist, der bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte (3) anstelle des aktiven Bremsbelages (4) der ausgefallenen Bremshälfte (3) wirkt. - Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsbelagträger (15) im unbetätigtem Zustand an einem Anschlag (2.1,16) anliegen und der zugehörige Bremsbelag (4) damit den passiven Bremsbelag bildet. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je Bremshälfte (3) ein zusätzlicher passiver Bremsbelag (5) vorgesehen ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator ein Bremsmagnet (16) mit einer Ankerplatte (15) ist, wobei der aktive Bremsbelag (49 an der Ankerplatte (15) angeordnet ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (1) an der Antriebseinheit angeordnet ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (1) an der Aufzugskabine oder am Gegengewicht angeordnet ist. - Bremse nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen eines Aufzuges als Bremsfläche 8 dienen. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Bremse für einen Aufzug, die aus zwei Bremshälften (3) besteht, wobei je Bremshälfte (3) eine Druckfeder (6) zur Aktivierung der Bremse (1) und ein Aktuator (15,16) zur Lüftung der Bremse (1) vorgesehen ist und wobei Druckfeder (6) und Aktuator auf mindestens einen aktiven Bremsbelag (4) einwirken, der bei deaktiviertem Aktuator (15,16) an einer Bremsfläche (8) eine Bremskraft erzeugt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Normalbetrieb und bei Ausfall mindestens der Druckfeder (6) einer Bremshälfte (3) dieselbe Bremskraft erzeugt wird.
