It has been found that a substantial part of the force exerted on the base by an upright is absorbed by the part of the foot extending outside the plate parts, as a result of which a relatively small force is exerted on the part of the base manufactured from plate parts, whereby damage to this base resulting from static forces acting thereon is prevented.
