Claims (6)
- Machine pour le découpage de poses dans des feuilles de papier, carton ou matière analogue, comprenant un poste d'alimentation en feuilles (1), un margeur (3) un poste de découpage (5), un poste d'éjection des déchets libres (6), un poste de séparation et de réception des poses (7), un poste d'évacuation (11) des déchets liés aux poses (7) et un dispositif d'encartage (9) pour intercaler des encarts (8) entre des poses (7) au fur et à mesure de leur empilement, à partir d'une pile de stockage de ces encarts (8), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un compartiment d'alimentation (10) pour recevoir ladite pile de stockage de ces encarts (8) qui occupe le volume situé entre le poste d'évacuation (11) des déchets liés aux poses (7) et la base de la machine et un mécanisme élévateur (12) pour faire monter ladite pile de stockage d'encarts (8) au fur et à mesure de l'insertion des encarts (8) entre les poses (7) empilées.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle une porte (40) est située sur la façade transversale aval d'un carter entourant la machine, pour permettre la mise en place de la pile de stockage d'encarts (8).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite porte (40) comporte une fenêtre d'observation (40a).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, dans laquelle ladite porte (40) est une porte de sécurité destinée à commander l'arrêt de la machine en cas d'ouverture.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit compartiment d'alimentation (10) comprend une butée avant fixe (19), deux butées latérales de centrage (20a, 20b) mobiles, un dispositif d'actionnement comprenant deux organes d'entraínement (25, 27) desdites butées latérales de centrage (20a, 20b), comprenant des moyens (25a, 25b, 27a, 27b) pour venir en prise avec ces butées latérales de centrage (20a, 20b) et pour les déplacer simultanément de longueurs identiques et en sens inverse l'une de l'autre.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit compartiment d'alimentation (10) comprend une butée arrière (30) présentant une position de repos, articulée autour d'un arbre de pivotement horizontal (31) et un détecteur (35) pour détecter tout pivotement de ladite butée arrière (30) autour dudit arbre de pivotement à partir de sa position de repos.
