Claims (18)

  1. Device for removal of coils (2) deposited in front of a coil winder (1), which device has a travel unit (7) which can be displaced in a suspended manner on a rail track (5) laid in front of several coil winders (1) and a gripper unit (30), which is connected to the travel unit (7) via at least one lifting means (27) which can be wound up and cast off in a motorised manner, with a gripper frame (29) and at least two gripping limbs (31) which can be placed in a pincer-like manner on the surface of a coil (2), wherein the travel unit (7) has a travel drive comprising an electric motor (12) and a driving roller (17) which rolls off at least indirectly on the rail track (5), characterised in that the gripping limbs (31) of the gripper unit (30) can be placed on the surface of a coil (2) by mechanical springs (35) and can be raised from the surface using pneumatic or electrical energy, wherein the gripper unit (30) is positionally centred in the raised position in the travel unit (7), wherein the supply lines (VL,STL,PVL) are flexibly embodied for the supply of electrical and/or pneumatic energy to the travel unit (7) and to the gripper unit (30) and extend between an end of the rail track (5) and a connection (13) to the travel unit (7), wherein the driving roller (17) is embodied as a toothed roller and engages positively and non-positively in an omega-shaped loop (18), which moves with the travel unit (7), of a toothed belt (19) fixed along the rail track (5).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the travel unit (7) is restrained in a rolling manner on two rails (6) which are C-shaped in cross-section and are open towards the bottom.
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the supply lines (VL,STL,PVL) for the supply of electrical and/or pneumatic energy to the gripper unit (30) extend in a helical configuration between the travel unit (7) and the gripper frame (29) and between at least two lifting means (27).
  4. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the lifting means (27) are formed by at least two flat belts whose broad sides extend in planes running transverse to the direction of travel (FR) of the travel unit.
  5. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the gripping limbs (31) can be raised from a coil (2) by a pneumatic cylinder (36).
  6. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the gripping limbs (31) can be raised from a coil (2) by a linear drive which can acted upon electrically.
  7. Device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the gripping limbs (31) are embodied arc-shaped and two-dimensionally and are coupled to web-like adjusting limbs (32), wherein guide rollers (33) assigned to the adjusting limbs (32) engage in a horizontally displaceable manner in a vertically adjustable restricted guidance (34) which can be acted upon upwards by the mechanical springs (35) and downwards by the pneumatic cylinder (36) or the linear drive.
  8. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that several pivot positions (37) are provided on the gripping limbs (31).
  9. Device according to Claim 7 or 8, characterised in that safety strips (39) which are fitted with air chambers sealed to the outside and are monitored by electronic sensors are provided along the free lower edges (38) of the gripping limbs (31).
  10. Device according to Claim 7 or 8, characterised in that electronic bumpers are provided along the free lower edges (38) of the gripping limbs (31).
  11. Device according to one of Claims 4 to 10, characterised in that the lower ends of the flat belts (27) are fastened laterally of the gripper frame (29).
  12. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that further lifting means (27) are fastened on the front side of the gripper frame (29).
  13. Device according to one of Claims 4 to 12, characterised in that a winding drum (22) mounted in the travel unit (7) is assigned to each flat belt (27), wherein several winding drums (22) are synchronously driven by an electric motor (26) in the travel unit (7).
  14. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the gripper frame (29) has a centring mandrel (40) which extends upwards and a receiving sleeve (41) for the centring mandrel (40) is provided in the travel unit (7).
  15. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 14, characterised in that the supply lines (VL,STL,PVL) for the supply of electrical and/or pneumatic energy to the travel unit (7) are embedded in a link-type energy chain (14) which can be deposited next to the rail track (5).
  16. Device according to Claim 15, characterised in that the energy chain (14) can be deposited in a U-shaped channel (15) which is open towards to the top.
  17. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the travel unit (7) is surrounded by a hood (42) which has a concave receiving region (43) which is open towards the bottom for the gripper unit (30).
  18. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 17, characterised in that a collecting screen (44) which can be displaced under the gripper unit (30) is assigned to the travel unit (7).
