Abstract
Description
- der vordere Klemmbügel im Bereich seiner vorderen Führungswange die Führungswange des hinteren Klemmbügels beidseitig in einer Führungsschiene verschiebbar umfasst, und eine im hinteren Bereich der vorderen Führungswange nach unten abgewinkelte Klemmwange, die im montierten Zustand vorne am Holm anliegt und im vorderen Bereich, vorzugsweise am Anfang, einen Widerhalt zur Durchführung einer Gewindestange aufweist, und
- der hintere Klemmbügel im hinteren Bereich, vorzugsweise am Ende, seiner Führungswange eine nach unten abgewinkelte Klemmwange, die im montierten Zustand hinten am Holm anliegt und im vorderen Bereich, vorzugsweise am Anfang, seiner Führungswange eine Aufnahme mit Gewindebohrung aufweist, und
Claims (16)
- Klemmhalterung (1) zum Befestigen von Sonnen- oder Blickschutzeinrichtungen oder dergleichen an Holmen (2) von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen, wobei die Klemmhalterung (1) zwei ineinander geführte Klemmbügel (3,4) jeweils mit Klemmwange (6,10) und Führungswange (19,20) aufweist,der vordere Klemmbügel (3) im Bereich der Führungswange (19) die Führungswange (20) des hinteren Klemmbügels (4) beidseitig in einer Führungsschiene verschiebbar zumindest teilstreckenabschnittsweise umfasst,
der vordere Klemmbügel (3) im hinteren Bereich seiner Führungswange (19) eine nach unten abgewinkelte Klemmwange (6), die im montierten Zustand vorne am Holm (2) anliegt, und im vorderen Bereich der Führungswange (19) einen Wiederhalt (7) zur Durchführung einer Gewindestange (9) aufweist, undder hintere Klemmbügel (4) im hinteren Bereich seiner Führungswange (20) eine nach unten abgewinkelte Klemmwange (10), die im montierten Zustand hinten am Holm (2) anliegt und im vorderen Bereich seiner Führungswange (20) eine Aufnahme mit Gewindebohrung (11) aufweist, und - Klemmhalterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgewinkelte Klemmwange (6) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) von vorne betrachtet auf Höhe der hinteren Hälfte der Länge des Führungswange (19), vorzugsweise zumindest 3/4 der Länge angeordnet ist.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswange (19) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) hinter der Klemmwange (6) im Bereich des Endstückes der Führungswange eine Auflagefläche (22) zur Auflage auf den Holm (2) aufweist.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswange (19) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) eine Führungsschiene (5) mit zwei parallel beabstandeten, zur Mitte hin geöffneten Nuten aufweist zur Führung der Führungswange (20) des hinteren Klemmbügels (4) in/an der Führungswange (19) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3).
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Klemmbügel (3) im wesentlichen vollständig aus Kunststoff und der hintere Klemmbügel (4) im wesentlichen vollständig aus Metall besteht.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das s die Führungswange (6) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) einen Hohlkörper aufweist, in dem die Führungswange (20) des hinteren Klemmbügels (4) zumindest hinsichtlich des vorderen Abschnitts allseitig aufgenommen ist.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Klemmwange (6) oder in der Führungswange (19) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) durch Anbauteile geführte Schrauben (21), ggf. in der Form von Holzmadenschrauben, festlegbar sind.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das s die Klemmwange (6) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) zwei parallele Schlitzleisten (13) mit Schlitzen (15) aufweist, wobei sich die Schlitzleisten (13) entlang der Seitenkanten der Klemmwange (6) erstrecken und in den Schlitzleisten (13) verschiebbare Befestigungsglieder (17) mittels durch die Schlitze (13) geführter Schrauben (21) festlegbar sind.
- Klemmhalterung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Schlitzleisten (13) als verschiebbare Befestigungsglieder (17) Kontermuttern einlaßbar sind.
- Klemmhalterung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das s die Gewindelöcher der Kontermuttern (17) exzentrisch zu ihren Schlüsselflächen angeordnet sind, damit sich je nach Ausrichtung unterschiedliche Abstände der Gewindelöcher ergeben.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Klemmbügel (3) im Bereich der Führungsschiene ein nach oben geschlossener Hohlkörper (14), vorzugsweise in Form eines Halbzylinders, ist.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Klemmwangen (6,10) und/oder die Führungswangen (19,20) planparallel angeordnet sind.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Holm (2) gelegenen Seiten der Klemmwangen (6,10) mit rutschhemmendem Material versehen sind.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem vorderen Klemmbügel (3), vorzugsweise an der Klemmwange des vorderen Klemmbügels (6), eine handelsübliche Halterung für eine Jalousie oder einen Rollo bzw. diese(r) selbst angebracht ist.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unterseite der Führungswange (19) des vorderen Klemmbügels (3) eine drehbar gelagerte zweiflügelige Halterung (23) angebracht ist, wobei die zweiflügelige Halterung (23) mit deren Flügelenden (24) durch Drehen innen in Eingriff bringbar ist mit einer Halteschiene (27) einer Jalousie (26) oder eines Rollos, wobei vorzugsweise ein Griff (25) mit der zweiflügeligen Halterung in Verbindung steht, der in der Eingriffposition der zweiflügeligen Halterung (23) mit der Halteschiene (27) außen an der Halteschiene (27) anliegt.
- Klemmhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindestange (9) aus Metall besteht und vorzugsweise eine Stellschraube mit Schraubenkopf ist.
