Claims (6)

  1. Blanchet destiné à être utilisé sur des cylindres d'impression, en particulier sur les machines d'impression offset, qui présente une couche de support (4) non extensible qui, lorsque le blanchet est utilisé, est tournée vers le cylindre d'impression, une structure de blanchet constituée d'une couche intermédiaire (3) en élastomère compressible microporeux, un tissu de renfort (2) et une couche extérieure d'impression (1) en élastomère, la couche de support (4) débordant aux deux extrémités de la structure de blanchet,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de support (4) est une couche stratifiée constituée d'une tôle métallique (5) revêtue sur ses deux faces d'un matériau thermoplastique ou élastomère (6 et 7) sur la longueur de la tôle métallique (5).
  2. Blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en cde que le revêtement est constitué de feuilles (6 et 7) en matière synthétique de polyamide.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un blanchet destiné à être utilisé sur des cylindres d'impression, en particulier sur les machines d'impression offset, dans lequel une couche de support non extensible qui, lorsque le blanchet est utilisé, est tournée vers le cylindre d'impression, éventuellement une couche intermédiaire en élastomère microporeux et/ou compressible, une couche extérieure d'impression en élastomère et éventuellement d'autres couches sont reliées,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une bande de tôle métallique (5') flexible adaptable à la courbure du cylindre d'impression est préparée en continu,
    en ce que la bande (5') de tôle métallique est revêtue sur ses deux faces d'un matériau thermoplastique ou élastomère (6' et 7'),
    en ce que la couche extérieure d'impression (1'), la couche intermédiaire (3') en élastomère microporeux et/ou compressible et éventuellement d'autres couches sont reliées pour former une structure de blanchet,
    suite à quoi on établit une liaison solidaire de cette structure de blanchet (1, 2, 3) avec la couche de support (4) et différentes unités de blanchet dont les extrémités (8 et 9) de la couche de support (4) débordent sont découpées à longueur.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le côté inférieur de la structure de blanchet est doté d'un adhésif à froid avant d'être appliqué sur la couche de support (4).
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la structure de blanchet présente la forme d'une bande et est découpée perpendiculairement à intervalles jusqu'au revêtement supérieur (6) après avoir été appliquée sur la couche de support (4), et en ce qu'un intervalle sur deux défini par la découpe de la structure de blanchet est étiré par étirage du tronçon de structure de blanchet et est enlevé et en ce qu'ensuite, les structures de blanchet sont reliées à la couche de support (4) par vulcanisation.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que différentes structures de blanchet de longueur limitée sont appliquées à intervalles sur la couche de support (4).
