Claims (14)
- Procédé pour réaliser un carnet, notamment un document d'identité, ce carnet (1) présentant plusieurs feuillets (31) entre une couverture (23) et chaque feuillet possédant un recto et un verso et au moins une page d'informations (2, 24-27, 37) étant prévue, laquelle est reliée à demeure avec la couverture (23), la page d'informations (2, 24-27, 37) présentant au moins une couche flexible (3-7, 38) et cette couche flexible (3-7, 38) dépassant d'un support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41) avec une zone (3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b) et la liaison avec la couverture (23) et les autres feuillets (31) s'effectuant au niveau de cette zone (3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b), la couche flexible (3-7, 38) présentant au moins dans une autre zone (3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 38a) des traversées (15, 17) qui sont utilisées comme moyen de liaison supplémentaire afin de relier le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41) avec la couche flexible (3-7, 38) de manière essentiellement indétachable, et la couche flexible (3-7, 38) étant un textile, caractérisé en ce que la couche flexible (3-7, 38) forme deux couches extérieures (38a, 38b) ou une couche intérieure, que la couche flexible (3-7, 38) est reliée au support de données (8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41) par laminage, des points de soudage se formant au niveau des traversées (15, 17) qui relient de manière essentiellement indétachable la couche flexible (4, 7, 38) ou les couches flexibles avec le support de données, les traversées (15, 17) présentant des ouvertures des mailles du textile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de données (2) présente deux couches extérieures (13) qui présentent à l'intérieur à chaque fois une surface adhésive (12) qui relient ces deux couches (13) avec la couche flexible (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des caractéristiques de sécurité et notamment des gravures (32) et/ou des fils de sécurité, des impressions de sécurité ou des pigmentations sont disposés dans la zone en saillie (3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b).
- Page d'informations pour un carnet réalisé conformément à la revendication 1, comprenant une couche flexible et un support de données, la couche flexible (3-7, 38) présentant comme moyen de liaison supplémentaire des traversées (15, 17) dans une autre zone (3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a) et la couche flexible (3-7, 38) étant reliée avec le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41), la couche flexible (3-7, 38) présentant un textile, notamment un tissu ou un maillage, caractérisée en ce que la couche flexible (3-7, 38) est reliée par laminage au support de données (9, 11, 13, 14), des points de soudage étant formés au niveau des traversées (15, 17), lesquels relient la couche flexible (3-7, 38) avec le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41), les traversées (15, 17) présentant des ouvertures de mailles du textile.
- Page d'informations selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche flexible (3-7) est reliée à plat avec le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41).
- Page d'informations selon l'une des revendications 4 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la couche flexible (4, 7, 38) relie ensemble deux couches du support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18).
- Page d'informations selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la couche flexible (3-7, 38) présente une zone libre (3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b) en saillie qui doit être liée, notamment cousue en un carnet (1).
- Page d'informations selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la zone en saillie (3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b) présente des caractéristiques de sécurité (32) et notamment des gravures et/ou des fils de sécurité tissés ou tirés.
- Carnet réalisé conformément au procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci présente au moins une page d'informations (2, 24-27, 38) selon la revendication 4, laquelle est intégrée et notamment cousue dans le carnet avec une couche flexible (3-7, 38) reliée directement par laminage au support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41).
- Carnet selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la page d'informations (2, 25-27) présente au moins un support de données externe (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41) qui est réalisé en matière plastique et notamment en polycarbonate et qui est pourvu de données pour une personnalisation du carnet et qui est relié à plat avec la couche flexible (3-7).
- Carnet selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la page d'informations (37) présente une couche flexible (38) qui est reliée avec le support de données (37) au niveau des deux côtés extérieurs de celui-ci.
- Carnet selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la couche flexible (38) est pliée et présente un pli (39) dans lequel est formé un point de couture (40).
- Carnet selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41) présente un composant électronique interrogeable, notamment une puce (42).
- Carnet selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le composant électronique (42) est intégré et notamment intégré par laminage dans le support de données (9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 41).
