Description
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit einer Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von stabförmigen Tabakprodukten mit einem Filter, insbesondere von Filterzigaretten, im wesentlichen umfassend eine Tabakstockzufuhreinrichtung, eine Filterzufuhreinrichtung, eine Belagpapierzufuhreinrichtung, eine Zigarettenherstelleinrichtung, eine Zigarettenprüfeinrichtung sowie eine Zigarettenabgabeeinrichtung, wobei sämtliche Einrichtungen eine Vielzahl von Trommeln zur Bildung eines Trommellaufs aufweisen, der mittels eines Antriebsmittels lagesynchron zum Transport der stabförmigen Tabakprodukte innerhalb der Vorrichtung antreibbar ist. Es sind weiterhin Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen der Antrieb integraler Bestandteil der Trommel selbst ist. Sämtliche Vorrichtungen weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß sie konstruktiv sehr aufwendig und damit teuer in der Herstellung sind. Dies wird insbesondere durch den Einsatz eines Getriebes bzw. von Kupplungen verursacht. Die Antriebseinheit 33 ist lösbar an einer Trennwand 34 der Vorrichtung 10 befestigt, wobei der Lager- und Steuerflansch 25 auf der Vorderseite 35 der Vorrichtung 10 und das Antriebsmittel 19 auf der Rückseite 36 positioniert ist. Die Trennwand 34 weist hierzu eine Öffnung 37 auf. Die Öffnung 37 ist vorzugsweise als Bohrung ausgebildet, wobei der Durchmesser der Bohrung geringfügig größer ist als die äußeren Abmessungen des Antriebsmittels 19 bzw. des Gehäuses 23. - Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that each drum (17) of the drum course (18) is assigned a separate drive means (19) which, together with the drum unit (27), each forms an independent drive unit (33).
- Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the drive means (19) and the drum unit (27) have a common through-shaft (24).
- Apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the shaft (24) is designed as a common drive and drum shaft and includes a receptacle (40) for the drum (17).
- Apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the shaft (24) is double-mounted within the bearing and control flange (25).
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the drive means (19) is arranged in the region of a free end (32) of the shaft (24) on the shaft (24).
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the shaft (24) is cantilever-mounted on the side facing towards the drive means (19), namely at the end (32).
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the separate drive means (19) is a servo motor, essentially including a rotor (20), a stator (21) and a shaft encoder (22).
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the drive means (19) is shielded by a housing (23), whereby the housing (23) is smaller in its external dimensions than an opening (37) within a partition wall (34) of the apparatus (10).
- Apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that the housing (23) has a substantially rectangular profile.
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that all the drive means (19) are connected to a common control system.
- Apparatus according to claim 11, characterized in that the control system includes an integrated single-turn absolute value device.
