Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mounting rail for positioning of Connection fittings when walling, with a plurality of breakthroughs for cable entries and fasteners, with a to be applied to an unpainted building wall back and a front side.
If connection fittings are walled in a wall recess, so they must be accurately positioned beforehand so that the Supply lines and sanitary appliances in the designated Positions can be connected. The connection fittings are usually elbows and each for the supply line and a connection point for the sanitary apparatus, for example, a faucet. The junction has in usually an internal thread, in the after walling and the Plastering the wall, the coupling piece is screwed in.
The connection fittings must be positioned so that each the front surface as flush as possible after installation Wall surface is. Here is the problem that the surface thickness can be very different and also wall bumps often unavoidable. So far, such deviations by inserting extension pieces and through Cut to length fixed.
Figure 6 of the accompanying drawing shows a mounting rail according to the prior art, attached to a wall niche and positioned at the two connection fittings and a drain pipe are. The mounting rail is made of flat steel and has slots for its attachment to the building wall as well not shown here and spaced apart Breakthroughs for attaching the connection fittings. After this The mounting rail remains in the wall while it is walled in has no function in itself. The mounting rail is used thus only for positioning the connection fittings when Walling.
The invention is based on the object, a mounting rail of the type mentioned, which causes the difficulties mentioned above avoids. The mounting rail is thus a simpler and more accurate positioning of connection fittings when Allow walls.
The task is in a generic mounting rail thereby solved that the back has a recessed inner surface, on which a einzumauernde fitting so positionable is that they are at the unplastered building wall by a predetermined Length protrudes.
With the inventive mounting rail thus a connection fitting positioned so that they are exactly predetermined Amount relating to the exposed side of the building wall protrudes. This projection over the unplastered building wall is so that it corresponds to the surface thickness. In common Wall abutments, this supernatant, for example, 11 mm. at Constructions where, for example, insulation is used, This supernatant can also be greater, what with a corresponding Mounting rail can be considered.
A particularly suitable and inexpensive to manufacture mounting rail has a C-shaped cross-section. On the back side The mounting rail thus runs a backward open Channel, in which the einzumauernden connection fittings used become.
A particularly simple attachment of the connection fittings the mounting rail is then, if according to a development the invention of the front of the mounting rail Threaded plug screwed into the connection fitting and a Sleeve is screwed onto the plug. The connection fitting is thus with the threaded plug and with the sleeve on the mounting rail attached. The sleeve serves as a building protection and as a fastener. The plug is used for pressing and as a holding element for the sleeve. After completion of the installation, the Sleeve and the stopper removed.
According to a development of the invention, the mounting rail is T-shaped educated. The shorter cross section serves for positioning the connection fittings and the preferably longer longitudinal part for fixing the mounting rail to the unpainted Building wall.
The invention also relates to a mounting rail with at least a attached to this connection fitting and a method for walling at least one connection fitting in a wall recess.

das Kupplungsstück 22 aufnimmt.FIG. 1 shows an
Before walling is in the
denkbar. Die Montageschiene 1 ist nicht zwingend
T-förmig, sondern kann beispielsweise auch gerade sein. Die
Durchbrüche 16 können auch zur Positionierung einer Anschlussarmatur
8 verwendet werden.The
The cross member 1b is also a profile part and has two in
Distance from each other arranged openings 18, each through
overlapping circular holes are formed. These holes
are arranged so that they correspond to usual fitting distances.
When positioning two
unverputzten Gebäudewand 5 an.The
In the transverse part 1b, a
The two
The following is the positioning and walling of two
If the two
