Claims (13)

  1. Weave system of the Jacquard type for forming the shed on a weaving loom, said system comprising a plurality of electric rotary actuators (2) adapted each to drive in rotation a pulley (4) for winding a cord element (5) controlling the position of at least one heddle (6), while a cover (20) is provided to isolate from the outside and/or protect a group of pulleys mounted on adjacent actuators, characterized in that said cover (20) is provided with means (22-24) for retaining at least one pulley in a position allowing its assembly (F10) on the corresponding actuator or its dismantling (F'10) with respect to said actuator.
  2. System according to Claim 1, characterized in that said retaining means (22-24) are adapted to retain a plurality of pulleys (4) in position of assembly/dismantling and are compatible with a simultaneous assembly/dismantling (F10) of said pulleys on the corresponding actuators (2).
  3. System according to one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that said retaining means (22-24) are adapted to impose the angular orientation of the or each pulley (4).
  4. System according to one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that said retaining means comprise at least one elastically deformable (F6) tab (23a) defining with a corresponding member (23b) a zone (22) for receiving a part (42) of a pulley (4).
  5. System according to Claim 4, characterized in that said tab (23a) and said member (23b) are provided with elements in relief (24) adapted to cooperate with elements in relief (43) of corresponding shapes provided on said pulley (4), the cooperation of said elements in relief inducing an elastic catching of said pulley between said tab and member.
  6. System according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterized in that said tab (23a) and said member (23b) define, with a bottom web (22a) of said cover (20), a zone (27) for blocking a part (42) of said pulley.
  7. System according to one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that said cover bears (20), in the vicinity of said retaining means (22-24), at least one element in relief (22b) adapted to cooperate with an element in relief (45) of corresponding shape provided on said pulley (4), the cooperation of said elements in relief (22b, 45) inducing a control of the angular orientation of said pulley about its central axis (X4).
  8. System according to one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that said cover (20) is provided, in the vicinity of said retaining means (22-24), with a housing (25) for receiving said pulley (4) without contact, said pulley being able to be displaced with respect to said cover between a first position in mesh with said retaining means and a second position, disengaged from said retaining means and in which it is in place in said housing, and vice versa, thanks to a localised elastic deformation (F6) of said retaining means.
  9. System according to Claim 8, characterized in that said cover is mobile, with respect to a casing (1) in which said actuators (2) are mounted, in translation (F11, F'11) in a direction perpendicular to the axes of rotation (X3-X'3) of the output shafts (3) of said actuators, between two positions in which the pulleys (4) mounted on said actuators are either in said first position or in said second position.
  10. Weaving loom (M) equipped with a weave system (1-45) according to one of the preceding Claims.
  11. Method for assembly of a weave system of Jacquard type for forming the shed on a weaving loom, said system comprising a plurality of electric rotary actuators (2) adapted each to drive in rotation a pulley (4) for winding a cord element (5) controlling the position of at least one heddle (6), characterized in that it comprises steps consisting in:
    - mounting (F2, F4) at least one pulley (4) on a cover (20) for isolating and/or protecting said actuators;
    - bringing said cover and said actuators (2) closer to one another by a movement of translation (F10) in a direction substantially parallel to the axes of rotation (X3-X'3) of the output shafts (3) of said actuators;
    - connecting (F1) said pulley to the output shaft of the corresponding actuator at the end of the movement of approach, and
    - displacing (F11) said cover in a direction substantially perpendicular to that of the movement of approach, while releasing said pulley with respect to said cover.
  12. Method according to Claim 11, characterized in that connection (F1) of said pulley (4) and of said shaft (3) is effected by clipping.
  13. Method for totally or partially dismantling a weave system of Jacquard type for forming the shed on a weaving loom, said system comprising a plurality of electric rotary actuators (8) adapted each to drive in rotation a pulley (4) for winding a cord element (5) controlling the position of at least one heddle (6), characterized in that it comprises steps consisting in:
    - angularly orienting at least one pulley (4) by a traction effort (F12) exerted by the cord element (5) associated therewith,
    - displacing a cover (20) for isolating and/or protecting said actuators (3) in translation (F11) in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation (X4-X'4) of said pulley, until said pulley (4) is engaged in a retaining zone (22) made on said cover, and
    - displacing in translation (F'10 said cover (20) equipped with said pulley in a direction substantially parallel to said axis of rotation and in a sense of moving away with respect to said actuator.
