Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sealing tape for sealing joints in the construction industry a core made of soft foam, which has a first and a second outer surface, a tensile reinforcement layer on at least one of the outer surfaces as protection against overexpansion is applied.
Such sealing tapes have been used in the construction industry for years to seal joints used. Especially in the production of sandwich elements, large volume Components with two metal skins, between which polyurethane foam is injected, which the two metal skins glued together, sealing tapes are already when foaming used to prevent foam leakage as a side seal. The sealing tape usually remains permanently with the sandwich element after production connected and is put together when joining two sandwich elements Compression set, whereby the foam nestles optimally on the joint flank and the joint is filled perfectly. Such sealing tapes consist, for example Polyurethane foam, which is impregnated with an aqueous acrylic dispersion is. A tensile reinforcement layer can also serve as protection against overexpansion.
Sometimes it is necessary to completely or partially remove sealing tapes from the joint to remove the sandwich element that has not yet been finally installed. The reason for this is e.g. the installation of a finger protection against moving elements. Joint sealing tapes According to the state of the art, it is usually difficult to remove from the joint because they can not be pulled off in one piece, but tear or at least parts of the Leave the sealing tape in the joint. Other sealing tapes in turn do not form sufficient adhesion to the foam filling of the sandwich element and fall off at Machining the same out of the joint.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a sealing tape which ensures a secure seal during the foaming process of the sandwich element, adheres well to the sandwich element and still adheres to it if necessary after production easily or partially remove the sandwich element from the joint.
This object is solved by the features of
Characterized in that a film is attached to the at least one tensile reinforcement layer, the contains suitable lubricants and is designed such that it on a foam body adheres, but can easily be removed from it without leaving any residue its job as a sealing body is very reliable, but can be done without great effort can be completely or partially removed from the sandwich element joint.
The foam core is preferably made of polyurethane, which is due to the elastic Properties of the soft foam and the resulting resilience a particularly secure seal of the joint is guaranteed.
The foam core is preferably impregnated, the impregnate being the delayed one Resetting the foam-causing property, so that Sealing tape can also be used with a high degree of compression.
An aqueous acrylate dispersion, which has the density by weight, is preferably used as the impregnate of the sealing tape increased about three times and thus an excellent Provides sound absorption.

elastischer, offenzelliger Polyurethan-Weichschaum verwendet.
150 mm.1 shows a preferred embodiment of the
effektiven Schallschutz bewirkt.The
The
A film is applied to the at least one
Klotzkette 25. Das erfindungsgemäße Dichtungsband 1 ist hierzu auf
einer Rolle (nicht gezeigt) aufgewickelt. Nach dem Verlassen der Schäumstation kann das
Sandwichelement abgekühlt und zugeschnitten werden.Fig. 2 shows a plant for the production of sandwich elements using a
sealing tape according to the invention. First, the two are wound on
keine Risse oder eine mangelnde Haftung auftreten.3 shows an example of a connection of two preferred
Due to the properties of the
The sealing tape according to the invention can also be designed in other variations , in particular size relationships and geometric information are not restrictive. Often, two sealing tapes according to the invention are also in a joint arranged, which then lie on each other when pressing the sandwich elements come.
