- Treibscheibe für Aufzüge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sektor im Winkelbereich (α) von 15° bis 35° gehärtet ist und mindestens ein Sektor im Winkelbereich von 1° bis 15° nicht gehärtet ist.
- Treibscheibe für Aufzüge nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sektor durch Induktionshärtung und/oder durch Flammenhärtung gehärtet ist.
- Treibscheibe für Aufzüge nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Treibscheibe aus einer regelmässigen Folge von gehärteten und nicht gehärteten Sektoren besteht.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Treibscheiben (1) für Aufzüge mit mindestens zwei Sektoren (3, 4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sektor (3) gehärtet wird und mindestens ein Sektor (4) nicht gehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sektor im Winkelbereich von 15° bis 35° gehärtet wird und mindestens ein Sektor im Winkelbereich von 1° bis 15° nicht gehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sektor durch Induktionshärtung und/oder durch Flammenhärtung gehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sektoren der Treibscheibe sequentiell um den ganzen Umfang der Oberfläche der Treibscheibe gehärtet und nicht gehärtet werden.
