Durch Ziehen der Handhabe (6) wird direkt oder indirekt über einen Zugelement (16) ein Schloß (4) in der Tür (2) des Fahrzeugs (1) betätigt. Das Zugelement (16) kann ein Bowdenzug sein.
In der Handhabe (6) sind zwei Drucksensoren (7, 17) auf piezoelektrischer Basis integriert, dabei sind diese Piezo-Elemente in Ausnehmungen (19,20) der Handhabe (6) eingesetzt.
Des weiteren befindet sich in der Handhabe (6) ein Sendemodul (13), das einen Modulator und eine Antenne umfaßt, um ein ausgelöstes Signal in ein sendefähiges Signal zu wandeln und zu senden. In diesem Fall wird das ausgelöste Signal per Funk in Bluetooth-Technik ausgesendet, wobei die Frequenz im Bereich von 1 bis 3 GHz liegt.
Im Griffträger (5) ist das Empfangsmodul (10) integriert.
Im Fall der Betätigung des Türgriffs (3) durch einen Benutzer wird durch die Hand des Benutzers Druck auf das Piezoelement (7,17) ausgeübt und ein Strom fließt, der das Sendemodul (13) aktiviert, so daß ein Funksignal gesendet wird. Das gesendete Signal wird von der Empfangseinheit (14) empfangen, in ein elektrisches Signal rückmoduliert und über eine Signalleitung/Kabel (10) zur zentralen Steuereinheit (8) oder direkt zum Schloß (4) gesendet, wonach eine Betätigung eines zugehörigen Schlosses (4) oder der angesprochenen Schlösser (4) erfolgt.
Das von der Sendeeinheit (13) gesendete Signal kann von mehreren Empfangseinheiten (14), die im Fahrzeug an verschiedenen Stellen integriert sein können, empfangen werden, um gleichzeitig an mehreren Stellen Betätigungen von Schlössern oder anderen Bauteilen zu realisieren. So kann das gesendete Signal von sämtlichen am Fahrzeug angeordneten Empfangseinheiten (14) zur Aktivierung einer Zentralverriegelungsfunktion empfangen werden oder aber auch nur von bestimmten Empfangseinheiten (14) im Fahrzeug (1), z.B. an Türinnengriffen zur Aktivierung deren Entkoppelung in der Double-Lock-Funktion.
Es ist auch denkbar, daß das von der Sendeeinheit ( 13) gesendete Signal von der zentralen Sende- und Empfangseinheit (9), die u.a. die Kommunikation mit dem ID-Geber herstellt, empfangen und von dort umgewandelt an die Steuereinheit (8) geleitet wird.
In Figur 3 ist eine alternative erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung dargestellt, die sich von der vorher geschilderten Ausführung darin unterscheidet, daß die Handhabe (6) nur mit einem Sensor (7) ausgestattet ist, der z.B. bei Betätigung das Schließen der Zentralverriegelung veranlaßt. Dabei wirkt dieser als mechanischer Taster ausgeführte Sensor (7) auf ein piezoelektrisches Element, so daß darauf ein Druck ausgeübt wird, der das Piezoelement (21) aktiviert und einen Strom zur Sendeeinheit (13) fließen läßt, wodurch der Sender aktiviert und zur Sendung eines Signals veranlaßt wird.
Die Handhaben können in allen Fällen auch als Klappgriffe oder Druckhandhaben, wie sie an Kofferraumdeckeln oder Innenraumklappen und Handschuhkästen Anwendung finden, ausgeführt sein.
Die Ausführung des Piezoelements ist zudem als piezoelektrischer Lack denkbar, der auf die Oberfläche der Handhabe aufgebracht wird. Dadurch können Aussparungen (19,20) in der Handhabe (6) vermieden werden.
Diese Anordnungen haben allesamt den Vorteil, daß keine elektrischen Leitungen von beweglichen Handhaben (6) zum Fahrzeug verlegt sein müssen. Durch die Verwendung von piezoelektrischen Elementen (7,17,21) wird die Handhabe (6) zu einem autarkem System, wobei auch auf Energiespeicher, wie Batterien, verzichtet werden kann.In Fig. 1, a vehicle (1) is shown which is equipped with an electrical locking system. From the carrier (5) of the door handle (3), the signals are transmitted via cable (10) to the control unit (8) or the door lock (4). A handle (3) with a corresponding carrier (5) and an electric lock (4) and handle (6) is also provided on the tailgate (11).
In Figure 2, a device according to the invention is shown as a schematic diagram. The device has a handle (6) in the form of a pull handle. This pull handle is mounted in a handle support (5) which is mounted on the inside of an outer door panel (12). The handle bracket (5) usually has the task of storing the handle and other lever and release elements, such as crash lock, Bowden cable mounts and bellcranks, which are used to mechanically release locks by actuating the handle (6). The handle (6) is mounted in two places in the handle support (5). On the one hand at the rear bearing (15), where the pull handle (3) can be pivoted about an axis that is almost vertical, and on the other hand at the front bearing (18). By pulling the handle (6), a lock (4) in the door (2) of the vehicle (1) is actuated directly or indirectly via a pulling element (16). The pull element (16) can be a Bowden cable.
Two pressure sensors (7, 17) on a piezoelectric basis are integrated in the handle (6), these piezo elements being inserted into recesses (19, 20) in the handle (6).
Furthermore, in the handle (6) there is a transmitter module (13) which comprises a modulator and an antenna in order to convert a triggered signal into a transmitter To convert and send signal. The receiver module (10) is integrated in the handle support (5).
In the event of the user actuating the door handle (3), pressure is exerted on the piezo element (7, 17) by the user's hand and a current flows which activates the transmitter module (13) so that a radio signal is transmitted. The transmitted signal is received by the receiving unit (14), back-modulated into an electrical signal and sent via a signal line / cable (10) to the central control unit (8) or directly to the lock (4), after which an associated lock (4) is actuated. or the locks (4) mentioned.
The signal sent by the transmitting unit (13) can be received by several receiving units (14), which can be integrated in the vehicle at different points, in order to simultaneously actuate locks or other components at several points. The transmitted signal can be received by all of the receiving units (14) arranged on the vehicle to activate a central locking function or only by certain receiving units (14) in the vehicle (1), for example on inside door handles to activate their decoupling in the double lock function ,

FIG. 3 shows an alternative device according to the invention, which differs from the previously described embodiment in that the handle (6) is only equipped with a sensor (7) which, for example, causes the central locking to close when actuated. All of these arrangements have the advantage that no electrical lines have to be laid from movable handles (6) to the vehicle. The use of piezoelectric elements (7, 17, 21) makes the handle (6) an autonomous system, and energy storage devices such as batteries can also be dispensed with.

In einer alternativen Ausführung ist an der Handhabe zur Signalauslösung mindestens ein Sensor (7) integriert, sowie mindestens ein zusätzliches Piezoelement, das lediglich zur Aktivierung der Sendeeinheit (13) aktiviert werden muß. Dies kann notwendig sein, wenn große Energien zur Signalübertragung benötigt werden.
