Description

Claims (6)
- Pumpe (1) mit zumindest einem, vom Fördermedium gesteuerten Schirmventil, das eine Ventilscheibe (4) aus flexiblem Material hat, die in einem Zentralbereich eingespannt und zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbar ist, in welcher Schließstellung die Ventilscheibe (4) zumindest eine Ventilöffnung (9) verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass an der Ventilscheibe (4) Anformungen (11) stegförmig über den Scheibenumfangsrand vorstehen zur Vermeidung eines schlagartigen flächigen Anlegens der Ventilscheibe an der Ventil-Anlagefläche und/oder zur Begrenzung der Ventil-Öffenbewegung und daß die Ventilscheibe (4) über zumindest eine der stegförmigen Anformungen (11) mit einem die Ventilscheibe (4) umgrenzenden Dichtring (13) verbunden ist, der zwischen zwei Gehäuseteilen (5, 6) eingespannt ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an der Ventilscheibe (4) mehrere, etwa gleichmäßig über den Scheiben-Umfangsrand vorstehende Anformungen (11) hat.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventil-Anlagefläche (10) etwa kegelförmig ausgestaltet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentralbereich der Ventilscheibe (4) mittels eines Zapfens (7) zentriert ist, der eine zentrale Lochung (8) der Ventilscheibe (4) durchsetzt.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine, die Ventilscheibe (4) und den Dichtring (13) verbindende Anformung (11) zumindest abschnittsweise quer zum Scheibenradius und insbesondere spiralförmig verläuft.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Dichtring (13) und der Ventilscheibe (4) zumindest ein als Durchlassöffnung dienender Spalt (14) vorgesehen ist.
